This CVS store is one is super clean. Exceptional customer service and support. Pharmacy staff are very helpful as well as friendly. Managers and Associates are knowledgeable of merchandise as well. We choose to shop here for certain items also sale items too. Great prices as well.

Literally the worst pharmacy I have ever used. I live basically right behind the store so I use it for convenience but I will be switching back to Publix after today. I have strep throat and my doctor wrote me a prescription for Amoxicillan and Lidocaine mouthwash. I was informed by text message that neither medication is in stock and when I called the lady said that it would not be in until possibly tomorrow. Who runs out of Amoxicillan?!?! Not to mention the pharmacy employees are rude most of the time. I have had issues with the pharmacy for months now. This was just the straw that broke the camel's back. I do not know why they cannot get it together.

I was traveling and stopped in this store yesterday to buy some incontinence pads for a relative. Well I asked the man running the register if I could use the restroom. You had to get an employee to let you in. HE WENT ON AND ON AND ON. It was disgusting in the bathroom anyway. And he was pissed because I asked him to unlock the door. Went on to say he got a spanking as a kid if he asked to use the restroom in public. It was a disgrace how he acted about haven't to unlock the door. I'll never stop there again. He was nasty and rude.

The pharmacy at CVS 1270 west main Dothan al is terrible! The do not accommodate their customers at all!! Drive thru closed half the time- always a line inside ….not really willing to accommodate customer needs!

They do NOT have pharmacists trained to administer covid tests, but they SURE do accept appointments for covid testing! : ) After they turn you away, you can't make another appointment at a CVS that does have properly trained staff for at least 24 hours!! Be careful when choosing a store! In my case the website chose this store for me! Their attitude about it was basically "you're SOL, man, try going somewhere else"

I went to CVS to get ordered vaccines. They employees in the pharmacy seemed very active and it took a while for someone to get to me. I was well taken care of and given options. I was told to wait until the vaccine was warm and given a stab. In all it was a good experience

I will never shop this cvs again. The drive through was closed permanently with a hand written sign. The pharmacist was very rude, no way to treat customers. Only person who was helpful was the young girl at the front desk. We had Covid and all we needed was some test pacs at the drive through. Finally had to go in to pick them up. I was very sick and did not want to expose others. this store needs to close completely.

Meds are never ready on time, they are now closed on the weekend, my medicine amount has been incorrect multiple times. Everytime you go there is someone new and they always seem confused. This pharmacy has gone completely down hill👎🚫

The pharmacist sent me to the cashier to get a key for the restroom. After waiting for the cashier to show up, she told me the restroom is out of order. How can a drug store with older and possibly ill, people not have a restroom available? And why wouldn't the pharmacy which is right next to them know of this? I think the cashier just couldn't be bothered getting me the key.Why Tricare went back to using CVS, I'll never understand.

Every time I go in this CVS, there is a squeaky toy that you are supposed to squeeze as to let an associate know that you're ready to check out. I am wildly disappointed that not once has a dog come to check me out. Always a human. A nice human, but they're no floofy dog. What gives, CVS. You'll get your 5 stars when I see floof.

Was there at CVS in Dothan Al. on park and main. It was a little after 8am today and I was picking up my husband's medicine that required (2) IM needles to administer. I always have to ask for these everytime. These people know it's a vial of medicine that I have been getting for months and months now and yet they never say do you need needles with that? So like all the times before I ask for needles and was told by a nice fuzzy male red headed pharmacy tech we have no needles. I said yet you sold me medicine that requires needles and yet you have no needles to sell me. The pharmacist lady obviously overheard our conversation and chimed in that CVS and Walgreens have been contracted to give the Covid vaccine to all nursing home people so all of their needles will be going to that. She then informed me that I could go to and I quote "Mom and Pop" drug store and they would be able to help me with the 2 needles that I need. I said my prescription card is CVS caremark and you send me mail telling me if I shop anywhere else but you, that the prices will be higher because I'm not using you and yet you sell me medicine I can not use because you have no needles. She said covid vaccine is our top priority right now. I said wow I thought the customer would be your top priority. She said you obviously dont understand the importance of this. I informed her I do. I'm a healthcare worker but what I dont understand is I've been asking for these needles long before a vaccine came out. How do you sell me medicine but no means to administer it. Is that what you tell people with their insulin. I'm changing our pharmacy to another pharmacy (NON CVS and NON Walgreens). Preferably one that is more willing to help me and my healthcare needs.

I usually love using CVS as my pharmacy, but this pharmacy is always behind and very unorganized. I went to pick up a prescription a couple of months ago and after I FINALLY made it to the counter (they couldn’t locate something for the man in front of me) the girl ran around forever looking for my prescription and could never find it so I left. Most recently, my doctor sent a prescription for migraine medication and it’s been about a week and a half and they still haven’t filled it. (While I type this I have a migraine and have nothing to take) The guy just says they are “running behind.” I will be switching to another CVS in Dothan because this place is HORRIBLE. It’s one thing to have 1 bad experience, but to have them repeatedly and see other people having the same experiences is unacceptable.

I used this CVS location on 12-12-17. I went to use the photo lab for some prints and had no idea where to start. The guy working was very helpful..polite and genuine. I asked him his name and he told me Mario. I want CVS to know that he is an exceptional employee and that i very much appreciated his assistance.

They are overwhelmed a lot of the time but it's like every other business. They won't allow them to hire enough help to service customers the way they should be serviced. I try to be understanding about that. 99% of the time they are nice but you get a hateful person every once in awhile. In my opinion they do a GREAT job.

Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be. They have lost 2 of my prescriptions and I had to get the dr to rewrite them. Very poor customer service. If my insurance did not require me to use CVS, I would never set foot in there.

Drove all the way here to fill a prescription because it was the only pharmacy open at 7pm on Saturday when the pharmacist wouldn't fill any prescription unless it was from the emergency room. I do not understand it she said I would have to come back tomorrow at 10amif that is the case list it online so we dont waste our time driving an hour there to be turned down.

Horrible store. I have been waiting 42 hours for my medicine. Went in last night, 8 people in line, two people working, wont answer phone, Went in this morning, same thing, went in this afternoon, same thing. Called Robert Purcell, the manager, he never called back. Horrible store.

It's a lady that works at the pharmacy who always seems to have an attitude every time I come there to pick up my prescriptions she rolls her eyes like she hates her job, she's never in a good mood, she never says thank you, she never says you welcome after I tell her thank you, she never says have a good day, she's just plain rude. I recently just picked up a prescription Thursday August 24th around 3:30p and that same rude lady was there she told me the total for my medicine, I gave her my money for my medicine and while she was giving me my change she handed it to me so quickly that I dropped some of my change on the ground and she didn't apologize for it or anything she just watched me as I picked up my change like whatever and went on about her business.

There the slowest pharmacy ever my baby meds were called in and I had to wait two days they kept saying they were filling them now and never were same as with my monthly medicine they never have anything ready on time it makes no sense then it take them 30 minutes just to get one car taken care of in the drive thru so the line like it wrap the building twice it’s just sad
