I went in clueless as to what my friend sent me in to pick up for her. The girl at the register was quick to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Everything was neatly organized and displayed.

I like the store but just about every time I come in the workers just look at me walk right through the door and don’t greet me (the customer) . It honestly makes me not want to shop in a store that’s not welcoming . I get to the register & still no one greets me ! No one asked if I found everything I needed or anything the girl just rings my stuff up silently ask if I’m a member and send me on my way ! This time It was the two ladies on the 12pm shift 02/19/22. I just wanted to let that be known to the owner because customer service is a must ! This happens to often when I do go in this store . I try to avoid having to go in there for my products because a lot of the girls have no customer service at all !

We brought our kids in to snag some shirts for an upcoming vacation, and realized that we needed to special order them so they would all be in the shade that we wanted. The 3 girls working played with our toddlers and helped us compare styles, colors, and sizes in their magical book. They were beyond accommodating and helped us order 20 shirts from several different brands that matched in color! A trip I was dreading became a highlight of my Saturday! Thanks for much for the help. ❤️

Upon entering the store, the two ladies working at the counter looked at me and continued talking to one another. I wasn’t received with a welcome, and no one came to ask if I needed help finding anything. First time in and didn’t feel welcomed so I won’t be back.

Love their huge selection of vinyl, blanks and boutique kids clothes! Their clearance room has a large selection as well Easy to get to and open until 7 most nights. Definitely recommend- 5 Stars!

The perfect place for your baby clothes and adhesive vinyl needs. Though care should probably be given to keep the two separate, unless it's a German baby. They're like that, especially when they go clubbing.

The ladies were awesome. I had previously bought some things that I thought I knew how to use, and explained this to them. So 1 of them pulled me to the side and went through the entire process with me, showing me what I was actually missing. She didn't tell me that I had to purchase theirs, but (I did) she made me feel so much better.

Good place to shop. Locally owned and operated. Updated Facebook page. Lots of sales. Good parking and Handicapped accessible. Easy to get in and out of. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well maintained. They sale craft supplies, tshirts, cups, and vynal. Definitely a good place to stop for a visit.

Very nice store to buy heat transfer vinyl and sticky vinyl for cutting machines. They also had a nice supply of blanks. Love their toddler and little girl outfits. Prices are very reasonable.

Very cool place. Staff was very helpful and showed me a few tricks of the trade to get me started. She didn't have to teach me those things but I'm glad she did because it really saved me a lot of money to get started.

If you're a crafter, please go check them out bc they have everything you need! I went in looking for glitter htv and I was amazed at their selection! And they even had sheets of htv, you don't even have to buy a whole roll. Thats a plus!!! Will definitely be back!

It wasn't what I expected. When I think crafts I think of paints, paint brushes, canvases, etc. There wasn't one in the whole store. Also what was with the off-brand build a bear hidden away. Needless to say I was very disappointed in Craft Closet.

Store is a open layout. Vinyl has a good/fair price. A couple things seem expensive in there. But overall a good experience.
