Came in today looking to get some pick five fryer drumetts, market made sausage, fresh ground beef, and maybe a ribeye slab. All gone. Why? The meat department is so much worse now. This place was my go-to store for meat, not now though. I doubt I'll ever be back

Most of the people are really helpful. Store is a bit older but seems well maintained. Only opportunity I will mention is their parking lot is in really bad shape

The only thing I like about the place is the customer service the store smells like raw meat but you get a reasonable deal if you can look fast and smell

Good prices, but some stuff seems to be rotten or spoiled. Examples are the candied apples and the buns you cook in the oven (like the Hawaiian buns). Be careful what you buy and make eure to inspect your items beforehand, especially easily perishable items, though I would rather recommend buying produce from elsewhere

I normally have a great experience here . Today was definitely not that. The cashier working this morning was very rude . I saw her applying lotion to her legs at the cash register and then scanning customers food and produce without washing her hands . I also asked her a questionAbout getting some chicken from the meat department and all she could do was nod her head and not answer me . So when I said ‘so do I just ask them in the back?’ She laughed out loud and said ‘yeah.’ But has no problem carrying on a nice conversation with the people in front of me . That is rude and , the other situation unsanitary .

Great meat prices here. The store is a bit old and outdated. Also it always seems dirty but that might be just the age of this location. Remodel of this store would be a great benefit to the community.

Management is the worst. The man with the half of face is the rudest person I have ever seen and I would never come back there again. I rather shop at Shur Value and they meat suck but the service is great.

This is a quick stop in for tonight's dinner kind of store. Their pricing is comparable to publix and then they add a 10% charge on top of that. The store does not have the organization nor the appeal you get from the other stores.

No more pick five here and plus they charge 10% just for walking in their store is unfair for people who spending foodstamps because they still taking out taxes from foodstamps which is against the law

I only go here to buy meat, as far as meat they are amazing!!! Cheapest meat I have found! The store isn't the nicest and some things can be expensive. But if you are going for meat then you are in the right place!!! The people here are usually pretty nice too so that helps.

Great local store. My grandmother and mother lived close and loved it as well. Limited selection of the fancier things but all the basics. Good meat department and good local old school southern produce

We always find ourselves some great beef this week thier whole Ribeyes were only $ 4.99 a pound . Can't beat that and its good steaks. Good fresh vegetables too.

This is my favorite grocery store! The whole staff is friendly, quality meats, great selection of all items, great prices. They usually don't mind if i eat on the isles, SIKE!

Hi I'm your local guideI like the store, cheap till you get to the register and they add that Surplus charge that's not good you might as well go to Walmart Winn-Dixie Publix and all those other places that charge bookoo $$. How did these types of stores get to Alabama in the first place I personally don't like them

It felt like the good old days when me and my mother use to go grocery shopping. One person scanned the other put the grocery s in the cart and even help take it to the car. Awwsome.

My neighborhood store had great quality food, fresh meat, eggs,fruits and veggies from local farmers, and friendly service. Prices are very reasonable.
