I'm mot a fan of how they serve their people. Self check suck. I had to stay self check out over an hour because the self check out kept freezing up. I had to move THREE times. I would rather an employee check me out. I wish they would get rid of self check out altogether. They employees don't like to help you out, and they are always on their phone. More employees have bad attitudes 😒 I only shop there because it is close to my house

I swear, Everytime I go into this place, I feel unappreciated. The staff is usually rude and make little if any effort to answer a basic question or assist in any way. They never speak friendly nor show any customer appreciation. Additionally, there is a lack of racial diversity amongst the employees leading me to wonder if racism isn't playing s role in how customers are treated.

Stopped at closest walmart near our airbnb and it had everything that we need. It also had a nice collection of clothes that my wife looked through (better than the one near us) and has reasonable prices. You can grab everything you need in a quick way.

Customer service as expected...some nice 🙂 some angry 😠 some neutral 😐. But a good place to shop for one stop shop items. Self checkout works when you dont want to deal with a moody cashier. The deli staff..some are helpful others not so much. Electronics staff, some helpful others not so much.

This place has the most friendly staff and a lot better selection than most do nowadays. I go here almost every day. Their meat sucks but all Walmarts meat sucks in my opinion. Lol The pharmacy is the absolute cheapest on most of my meds though and for that reason I gave them 4 stars.

Cashiers are rude and will speak how customers are lazy if we don't want to use self checkout as they are ringing you up. Right in your face. No decency to talk about it in the back like courteous employees. Go in and get out as best you can.

Some of the morning stockers need to take a class in professionalism and learning to not let ignorance rule their life. While I searched for products needed for my face and hair I was constantly watched by 3 employees. However, the white woman was completely ignored. I was not going to let them insult me nor intimidate me with that brainwashed mentality. Not every black person steals and one of my rings is probably valued at their yearly salary. So, before they spend so much time sniffing around black shoppers they need to watch the white ones, like the one who walked out with a handful of groceries.

I will never shop this store again!! I will drive to another area to shop at the Walmart store!! Horrible service: Cashier was busy flirting with the young man behind me to even ring up my sale. They was one bright star 🌟 in this experience; a young associate working the floor. She helped my friend with her purchase that was taken from the register by another customer. I can't remember her name but she deserves a much better place to work!!🤔

Worst store ever. Nothing I picked up was in the right spot nor priced correctly. It’s like the workers put the items on the shelf where ever they see fit or wherever they have room. I would think customers contribute to this but when you have an entire stock of items placed in the wrong spot under the wrong price tag, we have to conclude that the employees are the problem. I had to take pictures of everything I picked up because nothing was in the correct spot. My entire buggy had to be fixed during checkout to ensure I want over charged. Either hire competent employees or close the store down. I will never return to this store. I would drive to Tuscaloosa or Meridian to avoid the store. Also, it is not fair to find a buggy in the parking lot, then come in the store to shop then check myself out. Free labor because Walmart do not want to hire competent employees.

Usually a pretty good store but recently they put out SEVERELY expired cat food, and just makes it as clearance. It had expired in March of 2022, so it's a year past any sell-by date, and is way past a clearance marking. This is very dangerous for people's animals. Sealed fish/meat that has expired will have no remaining preservatives and will make a pet severely ill.

Just like all other big stores no one Really wants to help you. I've been at checkout and had to wait twice for Helper to get off her phone same checkout!! Then others just want to assert their authority over you.

I do a Christmas giveaway every year to anyone who comes and from where ever they live to kids as well as adults and by the grace of God I'm so thankful that Walmart had a lot of sales and deals. This was the best year ever buying things. I have to start early every year because I buy everything out of my pocket with the help of God and without others help and without a non profit organization . Walmart y'all really blessed me with these sales but unfortunately I have to stop now cause my money have gotten real low. You all are the best.

I love the employees; they're very nice and helpful. The store doesn't have a lot of things that other Walmarts do. I needed to use their water machine and get a propane tank exchange, but they didn't have them available in this store. With a few campgrounds in the area, it would be a benefit to the campers and make the store more money by having these things available. This was at the Demopolis, Alabama store.

My shopping experience was good, but there were extenuating problems. Upon my entry, there were no buggies. I like buggies. The line at Customer Service was a little long, but service at the Vision Center was prompt and friendly. They didn't have half of the items that I wanted, and then the checkout wait was very, very long.

Went on 21 Dec to get an apple replacement cord and no one was working in electronics. The one person I stopped said that she didn't work back there and then I needed to go to customer service to get somebody paid to electronics instead of helping me. Went to customer service to beg them to pay somebody and was told that someone was coming , took quite some time for them to get there and I was finally able to retrieve the product that I needed

The store was Fairly well stocked. The Produce Section was full of gnats & flies. There was a stink of overripe/rotten fruit. This needs to be addressed by the upper management.
