Waited for 15 minutes after pressing the order button. It eventually timed out pressed it again and after 5 minutes a female voice said she would be right with me. After 10 more minutes we were still not acknowledged nor asked for our order. Took the time to write this review after that and we still had not been acknowledged. Looked like the order taking girl was also having to bring orders out to cars. She had her earphones on bringing food out. Hire some people! It is not your employees fault your cheap self won't staff your place adequately. Saw at least three other cars leave while we waited. I would bet that the franchise owner will not respond to this review. You have to care what people think about your place before you can manage to be responsible and respond.

Visited the Demopolis Sonic and ordered a banana split. When it came I had a banana and three servings of ice cream. When I asked about the topping she said she didn’t know I wanted any toppings. I just drove away. Today I go by and it was just myself and two other vehicles. Know one would answer my call to place an order. I guess everyone was on a pot break because that’s all you could smell. This place is a joke

Went here the other night. Waited 10 minutes and they didn't even take our order so we left. Yes we tried 2 stalls. Half of them don't seem to work. Went there tonight to give it another shot and waited over 50 minutes for our food. Wouldn't have waited but we already paid. Pops were trash. Clearly something wrong with the machine. Tots were cold. Terrible service at this place which is a shame because sonic is normally good elsewhere. Strongly recommend an overhall on this establishment. I recommend you visit elsewhere.

Not the first time! Pull up, press button, voice comes on to tell us “WE ARE NOT TAKING ORDERS”. I Ask when would they be taking orders. She answers “DONT KNOW”. No explanation. On other side of building there are several cars with orders. All the cars around me just threw their hands up and left. SEVERAL TIMES,I have sat there until red button timed out then left. Have even moved to other kiosk. Keep it up, Everyone will be like me, that was your last chance. Blew it big time.

The past few times I've been there, the service has been rude, and the food quality has gone down. Today, I didn't receive any cheese sauce with my pretzel, that didn't have any salt on it by the way, and whenever I asked for some cheese sauce, the lady rudely responded, I understand they were out, but please kindly tell me from the start. The employees have been really rude for no reason lately, and I'm over it. I'm surprised this establishment is still in business, I've heard nothing but bad things from other people as well.

Worst sonic ever they never fix your food the way you tell them they do what they want to do!!!! Order two combos of chicken sandwiches and extra Mayo mustard and when I got home the order was completely wrong... I wasted $16.55 just for two combos never again. I also went back there and one of the workers was nice but when they redid the chicken sandwich it was really hard I guess they have a new cook in the back and I think it could of been better honest

I ordered the bacon Breakfast Toaster and it was perfection. The toast was golden brown on all sides of the bread, the egg was neatly folded and the bacon was placed neatly on top. The sandwich was delicious and the service was spot on!😋Parking: There are plenty of stalls to park at so you don't have to wait too long to place your order.

The overall experience has gotten better. The food still takes about 5 to 10 minutes after it says your food is on its way. The newest thing is a lot of the stalls do not work. There is no warning before you just about park if there is a sign on the screen. Other stalls just don't work with no warning. Have the employees park in the broken stalls get some cones or something. Many times, the employees are even parked in working stalls. It's awful pulling in and out of 4 stalls before finding one that works.

I got my food quick, but it was cold. The tots were old and the burger was half dark and half light, it was old. I politely asked for a remake and the delivery guy was nice about it. After waiting at 15mins still no food. I asked for a refund and left. Restaurant owners need to raise the standards and train better. Cost of living is higher and more people will start to cook at home more, even the kids. I may give them another chance in a few months🙄

Just left. Ordered early and check in. 30 minutes later food was still not ready. Went inside and asked for a refund. Turns out the food had been ready for awhile and was just sitting under the warmers. She gave me a refund without so much as an apology. What makes all this worse is that everyone working there kept running out to their friends outside and ignoring the patrons outside.

They were busy, maybe shorthanded, IDK, but my order was finally delivered nicely and cheerfully. But later when I asked for a straw, the person on the other side of the buzzer misunderstood me, and I couldn't understand her. I finally flagged down the carhop and he gave me a straw. My hot dog was delicious, my tots, not as good as usual, but all in all, eating in my car, as always, was an enjoyable experience. 🌹🤠

Haven't been to sonic in a long time but this time was great. We stopped to get breakfast for my wife and the representative was having difficulty hearing me to take the order and instead of continuing to ask me or getting an attitude she came out to take it from me face to face. I appreciated this because in many places people will get rude or unprofessional but she was patient and pleasant which I appreciate. You can't put a price on good service.

If I could review without giving stars I would. The LARGE order of mozzarella sticks weren’t fully cooked, and we were not able to eat them. Also, the chicken sandwich had brown lettuce on it, and we did not receive our fries with the chicken sandwich combo that was ordered. When asked for our fries, we were told they’d be right out. After waiting another 10 minutes, we just left. We sat there for around 30 minutes in total. Mind you, we had to press the button 3 different times because the staff member was on his phone and did not respond the first two times we pressed the button. We know he was on his phone because we were parked in front of the window with full view of him. It’s very disappointing. This isn’t the first time this has happened but it is definitely the last time.

Waited 25 minutes in total! First 10 minutes at one stall, no one answered. When we did hear someone answer, it was 2 stalls up! So we moved the car. We clicked the button. 15 minutes and nothing. We don't have time for this.

We ordered and waited 30 minutes. After waiting my husband checked to see how much longer. They never put our order in.....we were on our way to our grandsons football game, so needless to day we left. Sadly disappointed in the Sonic here and in Livingston!

This is the 2nd in 4-days that my order has not been taken and was told, "we are NOT taking orders right now." A week ago I ordered a coke and it took them 15 minutes to bring it out. So much for new management!!!
