Cute little restaurant serving lunch and bakery items. Lunch is served through a cafeteria line, where they have several daily options to choose from. We chose chicken spaghetti and catfish, both which were delicious. We also had peach cobbler, which was a bit heavy on the bread and not many peaches, probably due to it being one of the last servings from the pan. Atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant and the employees were friendly and very prompt to clean up tables. We would return if we are ever back in this area.

I was passing through Demopolis today with my son and saw this quaint looking bakery and eatery. So, why not try it out? As we entered, to the right, it was really nicely decorated with a lot of unique decorative items for sale - towels, dishes, shirts, etc. To the left, a decent line had started to purchase lunch. While waiting in line, you had an opportunity to shop for take-out food items, which included a variety of cakes, jellies, cookies, breads, then freezer items -- pimento cheeses, chicken salad, dressing... so much to choose from. The lunch selections themselves were limited, though, with fried catfish being the star and a number of veggies. Not bug on catfish, I chose a couple of vegetables. Corn and green beans with a role and peach Cobbler. Of the 3 items, the Cobbler was the best thing going. My son says he enjoyed his fish and veggies. So overall, it was a good find.

So glad we stopped here for lunch. The staff was so welcoming and friendly and the food delicious and reasonably priced. We haven’t had a chance to try the baked goods but they looked delicious. The place is spacious, bathroom was clean, no complaints at all! 5/5

Good was amazing and delicious. Breakfast is to order most days of the week, but on Thursday they do a buffet. Our large party showed up first thing and we're treated with warmth and professionalism.

More like 4-1/2 stars. Cute place. They post their daily menu to their Facebook Page so it’s easy to see if they will have something you like. Lunch is entree plus two sides and a drink. I had the fried pork chop, which was tasty but dry. My sides were Brussel sprouts and mac ‘n cheese, both were great. I also ordered the broccoli cheese soup and it was delicious.

I love when I go to Demopolis and get to eat Simply Delicious. The name says it all. I have not had anything that was not delicious. After you eat your good meal with those fabulous rolls and honey butter get you some to take with you!!!! Do not pass up on the desserts. The earthquake is one of my top picks! It’s something you can’t find anywhere else. The staff has always been polite and accommodating for my food allergies. If you are in need of a catered meal they can help you with that too. They catered a rehearsal dinner for us and it was amazing.

This restaurant held up to its name, Simply Delicious. I enjoyed my meal very much.I had hamburger steak with gravy, turnip greens, black-eyed peas, cornbread, and peach cobbler. I eat at Simply Delicious two or three times a week, sometimes to go, sometimes stay there and eat with friends and for sure I get Chicken Salad to go, so that I can enjoy it at home. My favorite thing to drink is the Watermelon Tea. Friendly and helpful - making sure you have what you need before you leave. A real asset for Demopolis - whether local or just passing thru!!

Delicious food, simple country, from-scratch cooking. Meat dish and two sides, plus cobbler if you like. Their chicken and dressing is a personal favorite. They also have an assortment of cake slices that are amazing.Parking: Plenty of free parking in their lot.

Great food at a reasonable price. Worth going out of your way to eat here. Friendly service. People who love their work and bake and cook from scratch. I had baked chicken with mashed potatoes yum,!, my spouse had meatloaf with Mac and cheese. Another winner. And turtleback cookies a local specialty. Delicious. Wished I lived nearby. I would eat here all the time.

I’m leaving 4-Stars because I’ve been several times with no issues and good service. I came in around 1030ish today because the open sign was on. When I walked towards the back, I simply wasn’t acknowledged. They clearly weren’t ready to serve, which would have been fine if someone had told me, but at least three people that were in the back looked at me and just turned away and kept doing..something. If someone would have simply said I’ll be with you in a moment, I would have waited, but I ended up leaving. I’ll be back, but not acknowledging customers is a pet peeve of mine that should be called out.

A cafeteria style meat and three. Staff was helpful and friendly. They had a nice selection of sides to go with the mains. They will also make sandwiches and other items on request. On the way to the checkout you pass by the store made baked items. I had the Carmel cake which was delicious. What would help first-timers (like us) is to have the board listing the menu options near where you pick-up your trays.

I went to Simply Deliscious today and I simply disgusted. I got three pieces of chicken that was so dry it was only worthy of one bite. It was accompanied by a cold, hard corn muffin. I had broccoli rice casserole and beans which would have been good had they been warm. The good part was the cold, peach Cobbler which really would have been tasty if it was hot. I give this a one out of five because I cannot cut star in half.

Welcoming and beautiful atmosphere. I ordered 4 or 5 cakes for Thanksgiving and they were beautiful, delicious, and very professionally decorated. Thank you for making my first joint family dinner a day to remember. See you next year!

Without a doubt my favorite place to eat on a daily basis. The service is amazing and you always see the same friendly faces. Always up to date on their Facebook menu. Clean establishment with southern charm. I’d give 10 stars if I could!!
