I came in on Easter and everyone greeted me with good morning or Happy Easter. I have not seen such a high spirited atmosphere in a restaurant in a long time. Everyone worked as a team from refilling coffee to bringing out the food. I will definitely stop here again if I ever come back to Demopolis Alabama just for the smiling faces. My food was good but the customer service made me feel as if I was home with family and friends. I came around 8 am on a Sunday. Thank you all for exceptional customer service.

We went here with our family that we were visiting. We were seated but it took 10 min before they came over to us to take our drink order and then we had to wait another 10 minutes for our drink. The server finally came to take our order after we looked for her and while taking her order never took the drink orders of the second table after they also have been waiting. We then waited another 30-45 min for our food but we noticed that our server disappeared and no one knew where she was and we couldn't get anyone's attention. We later saw our server getting dropped off with donuts she picked up and decided to check on us after we looked for her for so long. The strawberry waffles were good but the experience in general was horrible.

Service is often slow, because of the lack of people willing to work during Covid's Money for Nothing period, so they're always short-handed, but the food is very good. They're getting by the best that they can, I guess. Patience and understanding is needed.Huddle House should appreciate these employees, they are working under a lot of stress, and in most cases, doing a great job. (No, I don't work there, just being truthful)

My friend ordered off of the dinner menu, chicken fried steak, I ordered MVP, this was Friday afternoon about 2 p.m. no customers when we pulled in. We were advised by the staff sitting outside smoking that the card machine didn't work, cash only..we decided to give it a try, we were just passing thru town traveling, we both left there hungry and couldn't eat most of our meal.. the tea was good...

I came in with my family at 7:10, today and was not greeted at all. I had to ask the hostess if I was supposed to sit myself. I sat myself and was not asked for my drink or food order within the 10 minutes that i stayed. absolutely inappropriate. poor customer service. There was another couple in there, and their food was sitting in the window for quite a while as well. Absolutely poor customer service, will not visit again.

My past experiences was a 4 to 5 star and that was when Jackie Rowser and Allison was in charged they had some of the best servers and they all had smiles this one waiter name Ashley was so nice and kept us laughing and made sure we had what we needed. All the servers was nice but she stood out and I'll never forget her face 😊 now the new experience the new manager has his clothes on him so slouchy and hygiene was not well kept. He don't know anything about what's going on we set and waited over 10 mins no menu or drinks while he set in the back corner on the phone and the server and cook having a conversation about who going to break we were the only customers other than someone who had already been served. Will I go back no but you guys need to be trying to get those servers from last year and before back in......

I will never spend another penny at this location order my food and the waitress brings a over cooked pancake to my table with no silverware it took 10 before I got silverware to eat with my order was incorrect and I got charged for something I didn’t even get I tried getting I touch with a manager and I was unsuccessful i was so upset I didn’t even eat it the ticket came before they replace my pancake

My experience was rather unusual because I came with my wife to enjoy a meal and the cook which was a guy that was so loud and annoying. The server was great Miesha was the just the best sweet kind and patience. The cook just was to loud and where we was seated we could see works shoes on the floor unoccupied. The cook even went in the restroom with gloves on and his apron that is just nasty and came out with the same gloves on and went back to the kitchen. I'll never eat there again. But great job Miesha

HORRIBLE PLACE. everyone takeso longe and they didn’t had people, they took 40mins to bring us the drinks then another 1 hour to bring us the food and every time we would ask for for like ranch it was another 30mins they ignore us we ask for dessert they forgot about it and we had to wait another 40mins

I made an order online. I went to pick up my order and asked for the sweet tea I ordered as well. I was told that the ticket that printed out said hot chocolate. And they would only give me that drink. I tried to show my exact order that I had on my phone, and the person wouldn't even look at it. Said again can only give you what's on the ticket that printed out. As I sat down and started eating, I noticed the name on the ticket was not my name at all. I repeated my name multiple times to the person and still got the wrong order. Next time, be sure to read the name on the order, not what was ordered, and hope it's correct.

Food was good, place was extremely dirty.No bussing of tables, sweeping the floors, etc. Our booth had what looked like 2 or 3 days of crumbs in the edge of the seat.Server was attentive and did a good job.If it was cleaned up then 5 star all around!
