Update; a super nice mr. Scott Edwards took care of everything, thank you so much!Ordered a sandwich from here , was almost half way done eating it when I discovered mold on the bottom side of the bun. Tried calling to let them know and was on the line for almost 15 minutes. Not even the first time the food wasn’t the best. I’ve ordered wings before, they were soggy as all get out. Ordered the cheese bread and it wasn’t cooked all the way. I want to like the food there but every time I go , it’s awful, something is always wrong with it.

I highly recommend this location. I ordered a large pizza and pasta today and it was delivered warm, and perfectly made. The delivery driver, Sam was polite and excellent—only issue was I asked for parmesan cheese packets and he didn’t have any. No problem, I still told him thanks and took the food and went on with my night. Well, about 20mins later Sam stopped back over and apologized for not having the free cheese packets (they normally put In the bag with the pizza) and he gave us free brownies and a soda as an apology. I thought that was so nice and thoughtful. It’s a pandemic and Inflation is soaring and Sam thought he’d lift my day with brownies… wow, that was so sweet! Again, highly recommend this place and if you are getting it delivered, make sure to ask for Sam 😉😁

Domino’s is my favorite pizza store and I own stock in the company. I’m glad that I’ve had better experience from other stores because if this was first experience, it would have been my last. I placed an order through the Dominos app for myself and a coworker and when the order made it back to the office, my pizza was burnt and my coworker described her pizza as sauce and dough. She ate 2 slices and threw the rest in the trash. When I called the store, the person who answered the phone and the person who described himself as the manager refused to give their names. The “manager,” who said, he was the one who made the order argued with me as to the quality of the order before he cancelled the order. Their attitudes and quality of food need major improvement.

There has been a decrease in size and an increase in cost. But I guess that's most places 😕February 25, 2024...Ordered online. Son went in to get our pizzas. He stood at the counter for a few minutes before I called him and told him to ask for assistance(BTW I ordered online, so I texted here when we arrived). My son said excuse me several times and no one responded to him. There was a guy making pizzas to the right of him and one in front of him on the other side of the shelf. Neither greeted him or attempted to assist him. A young lady walked in from delivering pizza. My son asked her for assistance and she gave him the pizzas. With the DECREASE in pizza size, you must do better to keep business.

Each time I have come here they have missed my order or forgot to make it. So when I actually get there(says it’s ready) they have not made it at all so they through it in real quick and say it will be out shortly. Terrible run place

We had it delivered and there was a mishap so it was late getting here but to make up for it they sent an extra pizza. They were great. We enjoyed.

Food is hot and very good. I remember one time I went up to the glass where they had the step at and gave one of the employees a piece of gum a few years ago 🙃I'm grateful that they kept to people employees, not AI. I get upset every time I'm riding home and all I can do is smell the aroma of the pizzas and chicken.

Don’t order anything at 12am for delivery. They will charge you to call you 15 mins later and tell you’ll that they are unable to deliver your order because they have had a long day and trying to clean up and close. Even though they actually close at 1am. For some reason they are not able to turn off the system to stop customers from ordering when they are no longer delivery.

I have always enjoyed a Domino's pizza! I've never had any issues out of this location. My orders have always been ready on time, hot and delicious! Even during the pandemic when things were allowed to resume the employees did everything in there power to make sure customers got their delicious pizzas once again!

Fast friendly service! Wonderful pizza and pasta that my kids love. Tonight we ordered pizza and a few hours later our driver delivered us a free pizza and said he was sorry he forgot a sauce we ordered. That’s just over the top fantastic service… You guys made our day. Thank you!!

Pizza burnt. I am adjusting my review from 1 to 4 stars because the resolution to my issue was excellent and quick. Zachary DiSanto, Customer Care Coordinator, gave me a store credit equal to the cost of my order. I am still a loyal customer.

Domino's in Demopolis needs to be shut down and management needs to be fired. The owner Zan Hall does not deserve to be in business in our town! Having to beg for your order after 2 hours is ridiculous! Please share! This has to be the most poorly run sorry excuse of a franchise. Papa Johns Pizza needs to come to Demopolis! Tonight you took a 15yrs old money who works in the food industry. She wanted to buy her 8 yr old sister a special treat with her paycheck. But instead of doing the right thing, you showed a teenager how not to act! This very angry father will never ever ever ever will spend a dime at this store again. And thank the good Lord up above I deleted my original post, because let me tell you it was something else. It was filled with very colorful language, threats, me asking for an application and all sorts of other stuff that would make your head spin. Thank you for the teachable moment though, tonight my daughter learned:1. You Suck2. How Customer Service is dead3. Jesus does take the wheel, but if your mad enough you can snatch it back4. You Suck so bad5. She gets her money back in 5 days, even though they took it tonight.6 Fat people never play about food7. You Suck you suck you suck!

Domino's Pizza is the best pizza place in town. Their pizzas are always hot and fresh. Online ordering is very easy. You can get exactly what you want on their website and even get rewards points for being a loyal customer. Usually, there are plenty of coupons available to get a decent price. They have had a 3 topping carryout deal which is hard to beat. Like many locations, this store renovated and has booths to eat in, although I can't say I have ever done that myself.

Can't give no stars? Worst pizza I've ever had. Sauce and toppings didn't cover the pizza so most was just dough. 1 slice didn't even have toppings. Toppings also had a weird taste. Absolutely awful in every way.

The customer service at this location is top notch! I ordered a large order for a Drs office and had an A+ experience! From the lady that took my order (Ms. A) to the gentleman that helped me after I lost my receipt, the service here is exceptional!

We received our delivery in a timely manner. The driver apologized for the wait, which I didn't consider a long wait at all. Pizzas were perfect as well as the cheesy bread!! Thank you Jacobi and the Demopolis Dominos team!!!

Can't lie the last couple times I was a little disappointed but tonight the service was really fast the driver was super nice and after about 10 minutes my wife had my 4 and 5 year old sons saying "This pizza is super dank"

Best pizza in town. This is my favorite restaurant in Demopolis, because the food and service are fantastic. Delivery is quick and the food is hot and fresh. The pan pizza and cheese bread are amazing while the penne dishes and boneless chicken with BBQ are pretty good as well.

AGAIN RAWV DOUGH. Ordered cheesy bread and the dough was raw and there was probably a 1/4 cup of grease puddled up on one end and the brownies way undercooked. Not worth the hard earned money I worked for to buy this food.
