If you need a prescription filled DO NOT go to CVS pharmacy in Demopolis. Guy came to the windows acting as if he don’t see anything for me when they called me yesterday leaving a voicemail saying it was ready. He proceeded to ask for my insurance card, gave that to him and he comes back to the windows and says they don’t accept our insurance which is Blue Cross Blue Shield. Rude and racist. Had surgery Friday and was discharged Saturday and couldn’t make it in time. So now I gotta suffer with pain until I can get to my own pharmacist. I don’t even give CVS of Demopolis a 1/10.

The pharmacist had the worst attitude possible. You’re working with ppl with various illnesses the least you can be is polite. I tested positive with Covid & came to the drive thru to pick up my prescriptions. She was at the window when I pulled up but let me sit there over 10 minutes before she rudely said I needed to come in bc the register was closed. Had she given me a chance to say WHY I was in the drive thru, my visit would’ve much more pleasant. Instead, I had to risk infecting others bc of her ignorance. Her tone was evil & her attitude was nonchalant. I’ll never feel safe taking medicine she has to mix with the attitude that she carry. Osatohanmwen Okunbor, RPH was the pharmacist on duty.!

First of all, there are two ladies that will fill when requested. It’s usually a little slow but they are sometimes alone so understandable. One younger guy that is not super friendly but kind and helpful is great. And a younger girl that’s nice but tried to tell me what my insurance wouldn’t cover. Please just always run through insurance because if it doesn’t cover it will go towards your deductible usually. Also, please don’t tell me about my insurance or how this stuff works. I’m VERY informed and I understand how medical system works.Secondly, I have also worked in customer service if you are not closed you should serve your customer. Just because it’s 15 minutes til closing doesn’t mean you can’t fill my prescription. The older man that was working tonight got snippy with me, tried to explain how my savings card works and said it would be noon before my prescription was filled tomorrow. If you guys would answer the phone I could have handled my business early but I called once waited on hold for 15 minutes, called a second time was hung up on and finally spoke to someone a third time. I like the convenience of using the app and paying and ordering online but this CVS is the worst. Went to a cvs in another town. One person was working and had three prescriptions filled in 5 minutes with a positive attitude.

Literal worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. This pharmacist is fit better stocking shelves at a Walmart. Ignorant. Whatever you do don’t go here.

This is probably the worst CVS I’ve Been in. The attendant was sitting down behind counter with a buggy in the way of her register. As soon as she needed to move to process loading money to my card she had the worst vibes and attitude. I wasn’t able to load my account with cash at this location. But I would bet it would look more. Like A Dollar General as time goes by

This Pharmacy has the worst customer service ever. I had a prescription filled, and they did not have the medicine I needed. They did not bother to call until I went up there to pick it up. It was late in the day and I did not have time to get this filled elsewhere. This was much needed antibiotics for my child. This was not the first time something like this has happened but I can promise you it will be the last. I will never be back.

I use this pharmacy once a month. I come inside to the pharmacy to get a prescription filled. I gave the girl my prescription. She stuck it in the and it sat in the basket for 25 minutes while she took care of 3 other people who were behind me and proceeded to put their prescriptions into the system and fill theirs. As I'm sitting here watching finally she grabs basket after I made a comment to my daughter and she puts it through the system. Needless to say the folks who come in before me were gone and here I go still sitting in the pharmacy waiting on my prescription for over a half hour. Absolutely unacceptable. If it was an emergency for the other folks I would have not said a word but I will be filing a complaint to the corporate office.

This is really just about the pharmacy. My first encounter with this store came when I placed an order via the CVS app. When I got no response after a day I placed it again. After three times I went in only to find the pharmacist didn't know how to contact my provider but never called me. Even worse she was rude and wouldn't even come to the counter to talk to me. Only after calling corporate hq did they resolve the issue. Now I have been sitting in the drive through for twenty minutes, ten of which as the ONLY car. It took that long for them just to come to the window.I have been a loyal customer of CVS for at least ten years and have used them from coast to coast. This is by far the worst experience I have had

It was Friday afternoon and they had one person working in the Pharmacy. She was working the Pharmacist job, the drive through window, and the pharmacy counter. 3 people s jobs

This Pharmacy have went down. today i went inside because the line was so long at the pick up window. When I went inside they only had two workers so I applaud 👏🏽 the workers! Due to covid it’s a shortage of workers. But the lady got my medicine together quick and I was on out the door!

My daughter had RSV, and CVS didn’t have her breathing mask, and chose not to tell us. So, it wasn’t until we got home that we realized that the breathing mask wasn’t in the bag. I called CVS the next day to see if the mask was in. They said they had it, and I drove all the way up there just for them to tell me they didn’t have it. This continued for a whole week. Luckily, we had some friends that let us borrow their daughter’s breathing mask even though that’s highly unsanitary. We eventually transferred to Boone’s who had the breathing mask by the next day. I did give CVS another try, but they still failed to give me some ointment that I really needed so I transferred it to Boone’s again.

I don't know how this store stays in business. On three different occasions I have not been able to get a prescription filled due to the fact that the computers were down. You people need to get your IT department off it's butt and fix the problem.

If the wait in person is as long as the wait over the phone. Lord help this store. The attitude and customer service is horrible. I will transfer and take my business else where. Customer service is everything for me. I'm sorry i'm not going to spend my money at your business and get poor customer service.

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF.. ESPECIALLY THE PHARMACIST.. ENJOYING THE DRIVE THREW WINDOWS ESPECIALLY WHEN THE WEATHER IS COLD. AND DURING THIS PANDEMIC CRISIS. MEDS ARE READY IN 10 MINUTES OR 15 MINS. CVS STAFF MEMBERS YOU ALL ARE THE BEST.. 🙌🙌🙌

Very slow pharmacy and some do not know how to hide attitudes. I have been in here more than once waiting for medication and the head pharmacist has to ask them to help customers every time. Like do you job people
