The staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed to use bill pay to pay my fatheed rent and was unsure how to do it as it was my first time and it was time for the money center to close. The associate stayed open a few minutes longer and walked me through the process super quick and easy and the rent got paid on time. Great experience love this Walmart compared to the other larger ones.

Thursday March 7th 2023.. Sad, this location has gone downhill .. not a single clerk running a register... 20 people ie, waiting for self check out.. many elderly or impared.. management standing there just watching.. not helping anyone... They are smug and act like they could care less about their customers... Regular employees are doing their best with what management gives them.. which is minimal... Going to drive 5 more minutes to avoid shopping here... This place went from ok, to the pile... Ponytail dude needs to realize they are here for customer service... Not stand around making customers uncomfortable while he knocks down another energy drink... Manag

Very needed improvement in the pick up and deliver. Went through a lot of confusion over and pick up order a month back and took going up there three times to finally get my order! Mos every employee was great at customer Service, they were not to blame! Over all good service .

No employees to work service desk. Some are rude some are super nice. Gas station is ridiculous can't keep people. One lady is so slow it's sad.

The lady at customer service , money center. Was rude, seemed like she didn't want to wait on anyone. It opens at 8 am, it was around 8:30 before she even came to her post. The other employees were friendly and kind, helpful. I would give them a 10, but the Lady would rate a 1.

Friendly, great prices. I'd like to see them compete with other c-stores. The only problem is that they have a lot of cash registers but only have one or two open. The one on 6th. Ave is a great Location.

It took us over 20 minutes to get checked out. The self checkout area is too small . Everyone has big carts. Counters need to be open at least until 10:00 p.m. NOT ONLY SELF CHECKOUT!!!!!!! it is at a point of total ridiculousness, so you simply must do something about it!

I love this particular Walmart. I live literally a few minutes from there. I'm so thankful I don't have to go to the big Walmart. I do all of my grocery shopping here. It's not over crowded and I don't feel like I'm at the circus since the people seem to be normal citizens. My only complaint would be the parking. I always hope that I'm able to get a good spot. Sometimes I get lucky and sometimes not. I don't necessarily mind doing the self check out since it's pretty easy and nothing like the Kroger self checkout.

Usually well stocked except for later in the evening or weekends, which is understandable with the amount of customers.Most of the staff is friendly and courteous. Only issue is if you're like me and work 2nd shift and go later at night be ready to go through self checkout. I don't really mind but I wish the ones with conveyor belts were open later, it's kind of hard to checkout a cart full on the small ones.

The service was wonderful. Although I checked myself out, but, the two ladies were very friendly. I left my keys on the register and the sweet lady took her time to walk around and look for the car with the Honda key. This Walmart is more like family. I was there 2 days in a row, I tried to use my united Health care card for OTC and fresh fruit and meat. Went through self check out and when I scanned card came up error invalid card. Called united Health care said Walmart was malfunctioning.But the clerks were rude and said I had wrong card or something to that effect. Woman clerk with Walker was especially rude. I don't appreciate bad behavior.

I've been shopping at Walmart on spring Ave for years but there was something I needed which my daughter indicated it being at your store.The vegetables didn't look that hot but I let that go.Now I went to self check out because they had the small check out closed at 11am...so I was trying to check out, the buttons on the screen were not responding, so I asked a man from self check out to come over.Let me tell you...he was the rudest person I have come in contact for quite some some.If he had taken the time to see what was wrong instead of being disrespectful and rude, he would have known there was a problem. under any circumstances should he had told me to move over and he will just do it. I was too upset and I didn't have enough time to go speak to the store manager but since I am a valid Google reporter with over 600,000 views I thought I should Express what happened today at 11:30 a.m. at neighborhood Walmart on 6th Avenue Decatur AlabamaAbsolutely no worries, I will not be back. The rudeness from an employee is unacceptable.

This is a great store! It is kept clean and stocked, and carries a large variety of items, even though it is not a Walmart Superstore. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I really like that they have self checkout lanes with conveyor belts for the days when your shopping cart is full.

I picked the order up yesterday and I'm picking up one today and everybody is parking in the pickup spots or you don't have no where to park right now I'm sitting here for my groceries and there are six cars parked in the pickup line and inside the store it's just aggravating they don't want to follow the rules

By far the best way to run in and put to take care of your grocery needs. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The store is always clean and neat and you can tell the employees take pride in their work. Very confident location and quite a wide selection at very reasonable prices. Extensive pharmacy and excellent pharmacy staff.

Its very convenient and MOST of the employees are friendly and helpful, however it gets very, very busy at seemingly random times and the parking is a complete nightmare at almost all times. Im there at the very least once a day and regardless of the amount of people, checkout is very fast since they put in the new scan and go's.

Neighborhood Walmart, was very depressing today. To go shop and then check yourself out. Only one physical person working the number one register and that line was long as heck. Imagine being disabled and have to scan every item you need was very tiresome. No help and no assistance. And on top of that all of the handicap parking spots were taken. Must do better in helping those who are disabled.
