Came today at 11 am to pick up insulin was told yesterday it would be here today. Was told it wouldn’t be ready until 2 pm came back at 4 and waited at window for 20 minutes before anyone came to window, when they finally came to the window they ask us to wait and they would help us. After all the waiting they still couldn’t help us because they didn’t have the insulin available because the computer wouldn’t acknowledge it then was told to come in and wait another 15 minutes. Not pleased at all with this ordeal. Really not on top of things here. 👎

Very trashy low class Walgreens personally I find them to be racist people of African decent. I recently tried to buy a toy hereFor my son. The toy was very clearly labeled 9.99. At the register it was 12.99. Upon complainant the manager goes and gets a tag showing the toy is 11.99 and absolutely refuses to make any change. I visit several Walgreens in the area to drop Fedex packages and this one is the one I absolutely despise entering. Poor service is a regular thing. I dont think anybody wants to be there. All I want to do is drop my package and leave but I cant even do that because I cant get you to come to the register and the person at the door register is staring at me. The call button is conveniently removed. I just need to avoid this toxic atmosphere at all cost.

UPDATE!I am changing my 1 star rating to 5 stars. The store manager Ms.Carter called me on her day off to let me explain everything that had happened with the Pharmacy Manager (Katrina). Ms. Carter talked to me for over an hour and we had a wonderful talk. I am so thankful she heard me out and was very understanding.To everyone that has had a bad experience PLEASE seek out Ms. Carter ( store manager) I can assue you she will listen to you and try her hardest to fix whatever situation you have. I was under the impression since my situation happened with the Pharmacy Manager that my only choice was to go to corporate but that is incorrect! You can go to the store manager over pharmacy issues.Again, Ms. Carter was on vacation with her family and took time out of her day to call me and she let me talk her ear off until I was a happy customer again. I will also be calling and e-mailing corporate about how thankful I am. Reviews are for every experience NOT just the horrible ones!I have never in my life thought someone was being rude towards me because of me being a white female until I had the worst customer service experience at this Pharmacy by the Pharmacist Manager of all people. The first time I blew it off thinking maybe she was having a bad day but then I had the same attitude from her a second time after seeing and hearing her attitude was opposite towards my husband who is mixed.A few weeks ago I called and asked her about a certain medication and if they had it and being told it would be ordered and she was so rude and proceeded to tell me I was incorrect then my husband who is mix went in there and she was very nice so I blew it off thinking it was a bad moment..Yesterday, Same thing. I went in there to ask if a certain medication could be transferred and her whole demeanor was very rude toward me AND she kept arguing with me when I was simply asking a question. So, my husband went in there and asked the SAME question and she was 100% opposite AGAIN towards him. So I know now it is because of my race. I told the walgreens employee about what happened and apparently I am not the only white female this woman is rude towards and she has had several complaints. I will be calling corporate and e-mailing. I will make sure this woman will be nice to ALL her customers.

Convenient and friendly staff. I was able to get my vaccine without any issues. I love the drive through when I'm just picking up my regular prescriptions, or grabbing some snacks or other basics inside. Get the app, totally worth it.

terribly rude. refused to refill my prescriptions when there was an override in place to do so from my insurance company. I get a different opinion/instruction from each different person I speak to at this pharmacy. Once my last fills are done at this pharmacy, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Also, I am a former employee of this company at the prescription benefits level. This is the worst Walgreen's I've ever used. Stay away.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with in 4 states. They always make you wait no matter what for a long period of time. Every week there “system” is down and they say they cannot fill prescriptions. So then the customer has to call their doctor get them to cancel a prescription. Send it to a whole other location and the customer has to wait even longer. This happens every week. You would think they would fix this problem seeing as it happens ALL THE TIME.

We have had multiple issues ranging from no drug availability and wrong dosage. Our last two prescriptions were partially filled; which was discovered by us. We are very concerned that a pharmacy has the dosage and frequency but can't provide the proper quantity. The second issue is that the pharmacy did not notify us; we notified them. When presented with the mistake the manager (Katrina) became defense and wanted to provide a refund in lieu of the remaining prescription for my son. Management change needed!

Rudest people ever! I loaded 27 pictures and had to edit each individually. I asked the lady to help when the screen went blank. This young guy came over and started pushing on the screen then said "she doesnt have anything in the cart". He deleted all and walked off blaming it on me. He didnt apologize or try to help. I went home to load the photographs again.I went to pick up the order. I was standing at the counter, a clerk was unloading merchandise behind me (less than 2 feet)! I rang the bell for assistance and he said "did you need help??"!!! I had laryngitis a d my voice was hoarse...him and another clerk were making fun of me while I was walking off!!!Bad customer service :(( very disappointed in walgreens.

Typical of Pharmacy's now a days! Simple 1 minute question about drug interactions with cold and flu and stand in this booth and wait for pharmacists whose on the phone. Wait for too long of a time and walk out with nothing.Very hard to find customer service in any industry that gives 2 s**%ts!

The pharmacy manager Lisa is bad news. do yourself a favor and go to a cvs or rite aid. This lady has a horrible attitude and can be seen throwing things and making rude comments to everyone she interacts with. This is a CUSTOMER SERVICE job if you don’t have people skills find something else to do like Star in a live action 101 Dalmatians remake as Cruela devil.

Pharmacy manager needs to be FIRED. Multiple occasions she has told me I had a certain qty of my prescription on file and I would get there and it would be different. She told my wife to be quite when my wife was trying to expain something and was very rude to her on multiple occasions. She messed up my prescription and gave me more than my Dr even prescribed and this was a controlled subtance and when my wife called and told her she denied it.

Went in with a SKU for a product that another walgreens reassured me this place had 3 of.. Got told multiple times that I obviously hadn't checked the right isle.. And when someone finally went to look they brought back an entirely different product. They THEN decided to look up the SKU I have them and then just explained "oh it says we have it so it should be on that isle". Horrible customer service, lazy employees.
