Alisha was extremely helpful on Easter Sunday. We came in right before closing and needed two pieces of plywood cut. She was professional and quick, we were served and out of the building in 10 minutes.

Joey came out of his department to help me select and cut the wood I needed for my project. He was very knowledgeable and spent at least half an hour with us helping us with everything we needed. He even helped me select the paint and primer I needed for the wood. My experience could not have been any better thanks to him!

The only thing I can say positive about this home depot is the items were correct.. Placed and payed for curbside pickup. The store was under staffed had to go into store for my items and had to wait over 35 minutes to be waited on by a very very rude person that obviously didn't want her job or like it..

A stove is something a family may need right away. Especially a landlord mandated to replace a non functioning stove in 24 hours. I was just informed Home Depot does not stock any ovens anymore other than displays. They are ordered online and delivered. If you need one today you must shop elsewhere.This has to be by far, the dumbest policy I have ever heard. It's infuriating. At the same time a little funny. These companies wonder why conglomerates like Amazon keep getting larger shares of the pie. I have spent good money over the years not anymore.

They’ve been great lately and helpful. Could use an actual curbside pick up parking spots instead of always going through contractor side like Home Depot’s in surrounding cities but overall has been my go to for years

Great customer service. I asked an employee where something was, and he took me right to where it was located, answered my question with an educated response. I was very happy with my purchase. The product was perfect and easy to install. I hate plumbing... but it was a 5 minute job and no leaks. I wish I could share his name, but I didn't remember it. I thank Home Depot for hiring great knowledgeable employees ❗👍😃

I give Home Depot a 5 star because they always have what you need and at a GREAT price! I've found several things I have been looking for at HD for less then other places. Ex. I have been looking for a good microwave for 3wks now. I went on Home Depot site and found a great one with plenty of space for only $99. I was able to pay online and curbside pick it up! Drove to store, texted the pu lane I was in and it was brought to me pretty quick.

Do not accept the 10% allowance fee for damaged appliances! Wouldn’t even cover the damage done. Delivery drivers do not use anything to protect appliances when transferring from the truck to the home.

We bought a couple of large items and could not get any help loading after asking a couple of times. One actually said no that she couldn't get anyone. I am currently recovering from shoulder surgery and could not helpAnd yes there were plenty of people that could have helped.

Got a washer & dryer set. Waited a week for Home Depot to deliver. The driver went to the wrong house. They wouldn’t bring it back. Wanted to make me wait another week. We got our money back & went to Lowe’s had my washer & dryer from Lowe’s the same day. I will never use Home Depot again. I deleted the app.

Keep receipts, pots, and identification on plants that you buy in case you have to return them.I took my plants back in August that I had bought in April of 2023. There were 2 & 1 had died completely and the other was almost gone. They want you to have the receipt & put them in pots. I had to use bags but it worked. You also need some form of identification for the plant since I had bought others at the same time. I was lucky that I had kept the receipt also I had kept the cards with info about the plants but those only had a bar code with the name on them that I had kept. I think you have a year to return them. They don't tell you this when buying them so I hope this helps someone.

Very organized store with help only an aisle away. Always happy with the service they provide and can usually find what I need on my own. Everything clearly labeled and the plant/garden section is always well maintained. Great home Depot location.

I bought a 25 lb bag of bird seed From this Home Depot that was infested with bugs. Hundreds of them got in my car before I took the bag out. I called the store and got forwarded to a manager. He said I could return the bag but that does nothing to fix what happened to my car. My off day is now wasted cleaning out my car. Thanks alot.

It was okay. The guy who was working in kitchens and doors seemed a little preoccupied when I asked for help. His answers were curt and he pointed, rather than get up out of his chair and guide me to the correct aisle. But the shelves were well stocked and everything was tidy.

The people here are friendly. It is what you would expect from a home depot offering exactly what other home depots offer. There are a good amount of workers ready to help here. The reason for 4 stars is for the change in military discount. Now you have to submit your dd214 on line to get your discount. It was much less of a headache to show your military ID.

Terrible service from Wyse. I tried helping him put a water heater in my vehicle. Instead he slammed the water heater in my vehicle braking items. Will never go to this store again. Very ugly attitude
