I loved the amount of variety this store offers. The employees were very nice and professional, I loved all the aquatic species available, but unfortunately the beta fish looked untreated. The fish in the aquarium were very nice and clean. I was truly disappointed seeing the beta fish didn’t get much treatment as the other fish.

Took both of the dogs in today to be groomed by Josette. I just want to start off by saying the dogs look great and smell fantastic. You can tell she took her time with the scissor cuts and she is also so sweet. Definitely recommend her if you want someone who cares about your fur babies and wants them to look amazing!

I brought my dog in for grooming! My little dog Mia is still looking so bad! Her fur was shaved off around her paws and the nails were cut with the exception of 2. And they are sticking out! Her little face looks horrible. I have only lived here for 5 months. Pet Smart in Ft Worth had experienced employees with a lovely grooming! With little braets in her hair! The hair around her eyes was not cut..My heart saddens when I look at her! I gave the girl that done all of this $20.00 tip. Never knowing that she done such a terrible job! That had been 2 or 3 weeks ago. I will use Pet Smart again but I will make sure I have someone that knows her job! When I picked Mia up.. one girl kept hollering at the large dog she was grooming!Alice

Great service, great products, great sales and Banfield Pet Hospital is wonderful. Just had our youngest rescue of our 6 dogs for her comprehensive exam, Dr Laura Macedonia is so good with our dogs and she takes the time to talk to us about our concerns. And all the staff is wonderful. Thanks ladies.

The state of their tanks are beyond dismal! The chances of buying a fish and not bringing home some illness, pest snails, etc is incredibly slim. This has been going on for months and no one has remedied this situation yet!

Clean, well organized and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We bought a cat tower which we assembled ourself as well as a tunnel for them to crawl through. Our cats love it!

I had a very pleasant experience at PetSmart. I went in for dog treats, dog shampoo, and dog bones. I loved the selection they had for everything I bought. The employees were very friendly and helpful. . I even picked up a cute dog tag at the register that was custom made with my dogs name and my phone number on the back. Overall my experience wS great and I'll definitely be back.

I went for gravel yesterday for my new fish tank. The store was pretty empty. I honestly would not have gone but my coworker told me that the gravel was on clearance. I asked a Pet Smart employee where her 10 pound bags of gravel were located because all I saw was the 25 pound bags of gravel by the fish tanks. Her response was the only gravel we have is by the fish tanks and walked on. I called my coworker and she told me they were located on the aisle where fish accessories for your tank is sold. It was on the very bottom shelf most for $3.97. So any one else insearch of the gravel, that is where it was located as of 3-24-23. They still had all colors.

I don't even know where to start ...oh let's start off with this African side neck turtle ..dude should be able to take a dive and swim around. Clearly buddy has NO water. Just the sight of their behavior is appalling..just like the tanks . How could it even get this bad is beyond me and habbits obviously haven't been changed from months. First thing I seen was the dead betas acclimating or sitting in a tank when they stay in one container. The alive ones at least. Which none of these were alive. To save you a trip if you need ANYTHING WITH QUALITY SERVICE stop by petco next to Kroger.

Decatur Alabama location.I regularly take my dog to the Huntsville grooming location and had positive experiences until a stark contrast in service at Decatur. Despite detailing issues in a private email to Decatur and receiving a gaslighting response from the manager, I chose not to return to that location. However, I continued using the Huntsville location for several months without issues. Today, when attempting to book online, I was prompted to call. After contacting them, I discovered that Decatur had blocked my account months after the initial incident. This, coupled with the manager's passive-aggressive actions, further highlights the disparity in service culture between the two locations. I spoke to the Huntsville location, and she promptly agreed to remove the block, emphasizing their commitment to positive customer experiences. I appreciate their responsiveness and plan to continue my positive relationship with the Huntsville location.

I took my baby to get groomed and told the groomer not to grind her nails. When I picked Bailey up they told me two (2) grown adults held her down and grinded her nails. My baby is traumatized not to mention her feet/nails are in pain. Then they charged me for the grinding and holding her down. I didn't pay for either but if I hadn't said something they would have. I will not take Bailey back. I'm taking her to the Vet for observation and if he finds anything I will bring up charges against Pet Smart.

The grooming salon team is always great with my Furbabies! I have been using this salon for over 2 years for my 5 fur kids and they’ve always done a fantastic job and showed lots of love to them while in their care.The store is always helpful with questions I have and with pricing issues I may have. The Pet care team was extremely helpful when I recently adopted a Guinea pig from them.

My pup had to go see the vet and on the way back there everyone spoke to us. After his vet visit he of course went to the toy isle and picked out his stuffed animal. He carried it to the register and the cashier toon it from him and gave it back to him after he rang it up. Very pleasant trip.

Took our 6 month old standard poodle to be groomed. Amanda did a great job! The cut is perfect shaped. Just a little shorter on the body than I care for but I think that was a communication fail between who checked us in to the groomer, maybe? Amanda was also pleasant. Made me feel more comfortable about leaving my pup.

After our regular groomer closed I thought I’d try PetSmart due to the good reviews and ease of scheduling. 3rd time is not the charm here. The first 2 times using them for my 10 yr old 4lb Yorkie were fine. Nothing to write home about but they got the job done. The last time (May 16) they kept him for almost 6 HOURS. The groomer I booked him with apparently didn’t show up to work so they had to work him in between other appts, instead of offering to reschedule. I only found out when picking him up. He has gaps and uneven spots, but that’s nothing compared to the emotional and mental issues he has had since. He now jumps at the slightest sounds and gets upset when it’s time to go for a car ride, which used to be his favorite thing. I don’t know what all happened in those 5 hrs and 45 min to cause him to now be terrified of everything, but I will never forgive myself for putting him through it for the sake of ease. Don’t make this mistake. Think twice before using a “big box” store and find someone you trust with your fur babies.

DO NOT GET YOUR DOGS CLIPPED HERE!! I have had several issues here and know many people who no longer take their dogs here. But the worst happened this past time with the only dog I had who wasn’t afraid of this place so still went. They cut the skin off more than half his back foot pad and didn’t even tell us about it. I found him licking it two days later and you can see the jagged edge from the clippers.This is my fault as I knew better than to leave him. I know other people who have had issues and the woman who took him was the most hateful uncaring human being I have ever met.The groomer part of this place needs to be closed before they keep hurting peoples dogs with their attitude and neglect. Mines foot, someone else I knows dog got his eye hurt, I’ve had several come back with small nicks and all of mine now are terrified to even shop there because they are so afraid of whatever goes on in the groomers after you leave your poor dogs with them.Do not risk your dogs on people who don’t care
