Keith apologized in advance for the home getting cold as today was one of the coldest days and I was getting a large window replaced. Great service. My husband traced the awkward curves and ridges in the kids’ desks on a large sheet of paper. I took the large piece of paper he had traced and they were able to cut the glass with all of the edges and ridges we requested. I will definitely use them again.

Ordered glass and when it came in they sent a trainee to make sure it was the right size. I was called and told it was the right size glass and that it would be installed in a few days. The company shows up and the glass is intact the wrong size. Mind you I had to pay half upfront so getting my money back on my card takes days to go with another company. I’m selling my house and need this done. All the company offered was an apology. When the glass came in the right size I asked that it get a rush install because the weather was going to be bad on the day they sated they could come install. I was told no that wouldn’t be possible. Then the day it was supposed to be installed the workers didn’t show up at the time they were scheduled because the weather was going to be bad later in the day. So again nothing extra to help after the situation was companies fault. We have to be out of our house for the sale and the glass is still not installed. It’s very frustrating when a company doesn’t try to do anything to right their wrong when everything is so expensive already. Feels like this company doesn’t care about customer satisfaction at all.

Wade, Kevin, and Scarlett were very knowledgeable and professional. Scarlett was very responsive and helpful during the ordering process, and the whole operation is run in a timely manner. They were the first to come out after requesting a quote from quite literally every glass company in the Huntsville area, and were by far the most impressive with their shower hardware options.They were the highest priced quote, but they had the best looking plan for my shower glass and were always available for questions and help with design decisions. They gave me a 5 week estimate for time to install from the day I placed the order and my installation took place 4 days ahead of schedule. Will 100% use for my next project!

We were in need of a new front door glass that had shattered nearly a year ago, and 3 panes of glass in our historic home in Athens. We had tried to contact a local glass store several times over 2 weeks, but hadn’t heard anything. I found North Alabama Glass on a google search for “glass repair near me” and emailed them. Within a few hours I had a response for pictures of my areas and that evening a long care- written response of my needs as well as their concerns for the windows locations and some wasp nests that needed to go! The next morning I had missed a phone call from them and then got a text asking when they could come see the areas, I believe it was William who came around 10 that morning. That afternoon I had a bid and a phone call from a lady in their office. We paid our 1/2 down and they were ordering the safety glass for the door and would be in touch. 2 days ago I got a call wanting to schedule the install and they came yesterday morning and did a tremendous job installing the front door and the 3 other panes of glass. The workmen worked quickly, they did a great job and no mess was left. If you’re looking for a company to do a top-notch job and be responsive to your messages and “want the work” then I highly suggest North Alabama Glass in Decatur!

When the new door was received by North Alabama, Wade inspected and made adjustments for a custom fit. I can not thank you all enough. Between the initial call and the time that they were able to install the new window was so fast, I think it was a little over 10 days that we had to wait for our replacement window to come in. Other places were saying 6-8 weeks and charging a ton of money. They are reasonably priced and the staff is very nice. Never made us feel like we were getting on her nerves, no matter how many questions we asked or amendments we asked her to make. We were told the turn around time from order to installation would be about 5-7 days and it was exactly that. When they called to schedule installation, we agreed on a time and installers Matt M. and Nick M. were here 5 minutes early. Excellent installation from those two. Devin and Kory came out to my house Monday (28 March 2022) and installed a replacement window pane. They were friendly, quick, and the job was well done. They made something I would have struggled with look easy. And I would likely have busted the glass window pane removing it but they handled that professionally and saved me having to deal with glass everywhere. The rest of the staff I dealt with in the office and by phone were nice and easy to work with. I will use them again if I have another window or glass problem.
