Went there in the early evening and we were looking for heavy comforters for the winter we found 2 that we liked but there was no sale prices showing for them so I went and looked for some help (NO ONE WAS AROUND TO THE BACK OF THE STORE EVERYONE WAS UP BY THE CASHIER'S I HAD TO INTERRUPT THERE CONVERSATION TO GET SOME HELP. WE ENDED UP BUYING THE COMFORTERS FOR A GOOD PRICE THEY WERE $199.00 ON SALE FOR $70.00 AND THEY ARE VERY NICE COMFORTERS.

I ordered a pair of boots, and was charged twice for the order! I called customer service they cancelled my order and submitted a refund. I go to the store and found out they have returned my boots because the order was cancelled, I explained I was charged twice so keep the second payment and give me the boots and they said they only saw one charge. I went to my bank and got a statement I’m now still waiting on both of my credits to be returned to my account.I think ppl are doing small hits to customers credit in hopes that they don’t catch it because it’s Christmas.. I wonder how many times this has happened and someone is pocketing money!!

I bought 2 bras from them several months ago. Love them. They're great. Great fit, great price. I want two more in the same brand, same style. Ugh! I've been back multiple times, and they don't have my size. Ever. They have many sizes below my size, and several above my size. But not MY size! I'm over it. I'm not shopping there anymore.

Ordered a ring online for my son's girlfriend for Valentine's to be picked up in store so that I could use online discounts. They didn't have the size I ordered so my order was cancelled about the same time I made it to the store. However the associates informed me they did have it in another size so I replaced my order while in the store. To my surprise the whole process took less than 15 minutes.

Fine enough. Changing rooms were dirty and only a men’s suit section. Apparently women don’t need stylish professional clothing. It’s a department store so my expectations weren’t high but I was a bit disappointed in the selection for twenty something women. Lots of choices for juniors and men which is great so if that’s what you’re looking for it’s a solid place to shop and the sales were good. Not for me but may be the right place for you.

Pretty good except for checkout. The woman training the new guy was very slow and commented on every single thing I was purchasing. The new guy inspected my shoes for a good 3 minutes before finally putting them in the box and ringing them up. You would think he was looking for diamonds in there! Selection is very very poor for women's clothes, and for big and tall men's clothes.

i like their sales but for the most part the store kinda sucks. noone is ever there to help if you have a question, besides at checkout and unless you catch a good sale the clothes are really expensive. not much of a selection either.

Focus is on soft goods so looking for a quality Dutch oven was unsuccessful. Stock was non existent bare shelves,but they will return your unwanted Amazon items

Customer service was amazing! The store is relatively organized other than missing a lot of price tags. Personally, I do not shop at kohl's because not only can I not wear anything they sell in clothes but I don't feel that the clothes for the rest of my family are fairly priced.

RudeDiscriminationI have a kohl’s card. I was attempting to swipe my card when I was asked for my ID. I asked why, because I have came there before and I wasn’t asked. I have traveled to several states and used my department card and was never asked to show ID. I asked for the manager, she said that it was there policy. I don’t see how when this was the first for me. She then went on to say, we ask for ID on all credit cards. I show a picture of an ID on my phone and that’s it. (Which didn’t match the kohl’s card to see if they would even notice…they didn’t) So why ask for ID? I called kohl’s customer service and filed a complaint and asked for the policy to be sent. Kohl’s rep didn’t confirm that providing my IF was a part of their policy.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Only one dressing room for men and someone was taking their time trying things on. I waited and waited and they still hadn't come out so I left their store in Decatur AL empty handed. This is unfortunate because every other clothing store in Decatur doesn't carry cargo pants, besides Walmart or Target. I would not recommend shopping here for clothes.

Corporate mask policy needs to be revisited. Time to get rid of masks.Staff were very nice in telling customers they must wear a mask. It caused issues with folks returning Amazon products who just wanted to drop a return off.
