I had my dog groomed here and the overall groom was pretty good, pricey - but good. It’s so hard to find a local business to support without having to end up at big box stores. Decatur needs a locally owned full service grooming salon. However, this ain’t the place. There are several issues you notice right away. The smell. The lack of ventilation. The cleanliness. I don’t want to walk into a grooming salon and the place reek of urine and feces. It will knock you down to the ground. They don’t ask for vet records, so I am nervous about kennel cough, parvo, rabies, etc. The place is not organized at all and there is hair everywhere and on every thing. The girls are not that friendly either. I only gave 2 stars because the cut was good. But my dog didn’t smell fresh or clean and didn’t look like it had been a day at the spa.

The shop was so filthy & the smell was so bad I was fighting the urge to gag the whole time. Several free roaming dogs swarmed my cats carriers and stressed them out. There’s no way I could’ve subjected my cats to that environment so we left. Wasted a trip & stressed my animals out for nothing.

I took my kitty to get her nails trimmed and a sani cut. The staff was super sweet and handled my kitty very well. They were super quick and efficient. We were in and out in no time. I definitely recommend anyone who needs to get their cat(s)taken care of. I am a customer for life!

Never again. Took my puppy to be groomed and now his hair is super short (not what I asked for) and choppy. $65 later all I got were excuses about why his nails weren't done properly, why his face was not cut like I asked, and why he looked so terrible. Aside from the horrible hair cut, he didn't even smell clean.
