Been shopping here pretty regularly for a few years now, really enjoy it. I would say its one the the best places to get groceries in town, the only downside is the selection, it is a bit difficult to find certain specifics.

I have to admit their prices are a bit high. I can buy my groceries cheaper at other stores but, it's much quieter and less stressful shopping there. The cashier who checked me out was very polite and nice. Store was very neat and clean and if you saw workers they were actually WORKING and not just standing around! I may not come here all the time but I always have a good experience when I do.

This wonderful store has blossomed to a store where you can see the people that work there, Care about the eye appeal. From the moment you walk in you can see that the store is very well maintained. Has changed to the better in the last two years. Quality and quantity is always there when they run a sale. Try it, worth the trip!

It was the last day of their sale items and they were out of half of them. They still had t-bones for 13.99 a pound but they were out of the ones that were on sale for $5.99 a pound. kind of fishy don't you think?

Nice, clean grocery store. Good choice of meats. We were able to find everything we came for even though it is a smaller grocery store. I probably wouldn't go here for a big grocery run, but for a quick trip for a few items, it is the perfect choice. You can get in and out fairly quickly. The associates were all friendly.

My husband and I went in for two items that were advertised and they didn't have either one! They got in one box of the baby back ribs and had no place on the shelf for the canned salmon that was on sale! They said that they had another brand but it was over a dollar higher a can. This has happened previously. Just don't bother!!

I ve always enjoyed shopping herebut I ll make a point of not going in the afternoon hours.11/18/22 was disrespected by Nikolas W, he was rude. Didnt notice till I got home he over charged me.Manager gave me a refund next morning. My point check receipt ALWAYS , times are hard for alot of ppl.

The black female cashier literally stopped in the middle of ringing me up to reply to a text. REALLY???I ALMOST left my order and went somewhere else. Where are you, management? Also, ur new hamburger meat looks awful. I won't buy it. Plz go back to ur previous meat company. It's bad enough that the prices are up, but now the quality is down.

One of the only ones that offer 5 pk for 19.95, staff is ok but manager are slipping and the prices are a lot higher. They have a large selection of food and drinks and cigarettes also miscellaneous. I wish I could give more, whatever you do. Don't complain about anything because if you do. The will Jack up the prices.

This store has went down drastically with it's employees the last few months. The male cashier, younger white slim male ..possibly in his 20s is extremely rude and unprofessional. One occasion he slung the merchandise down the ramp continously after ringing it up so hard that it hit my daughter. He never apologized. I spoke with an employee afterward, I think she may have been a shift leader and she said she would speak to him about his behavior. Well unfortunately, I do not think it worked as I went into the store today to purchase groceries and he had the same attitude as always. Had there been more than one cashier open, I would have went to another employees line .He doesn't speak and has a I have better things to do attitude. The gentleman behind me had to ask him how he was in order for him to even greet him. This is just a few of the things this particular cashier has done..the list goes on for days.

I used to love this little store. It was convenient and as cheap as Walmart but now the prices are the same as Publix. Ghetto store with high end store prices. Don't think I'll be back.

They are a local grocery store and they are always nice and curtius, they bag your groceries which is rare these days. They also have dbl coupons everyday. I LOVE THAT THEY HAVE 5for $25.00 on meats!! Great value and great service!

I've been going to Hometown for years. They are well stocked. They have decent prices. They are NOT Walmart! The employees are absolutely fantastic. What more could you ask for? Definitely recommended.

You can get certain meats for 5 for $20. They were fresh cut meats and the other meats weren't that bad on price. They had ground beef for $1.99 per lb. But the other foods in the store were higher priced than other grocery stores. It was worth the trip to town.

Quick and easy and right by the house. Good for grocery hauls or just picking something quick up, and there's never much of a line if any at the registers. The employees are all very friendly and helpful. Thanks for all y'all do!

Hometown is always a great place to shop! Fresh produce and great sales, THE BEST Cashiers around! Very clean and well stocked! What else do you need in a local grocery store? We love shopping here... I sign my receipt and put it in for the drawing each week that I shop there. If Mine is pulled this week, I'm going to shop for our churches pantry to help some of those in need. United Christian Church of God Non-Denominational in Somerville has the sweetest people!
