I don't get out very often on account of covid restrictions for people like me. I really have missed Big Lots and I need to tell him how much I appreciate how clean the store was organized well stocked and there was room to turn around in the aisles without knocking something over thank you so wonderful and the partners for the most helpful and knowledgeable new their inventory. Awesome I appreciate it

Today advertisement was so wrong😡😡😡 sad . It said one thing and but had it in tiny prints about which drinks was 3 for 15 not right at ALL. The display was totally wrong too!!! I talked to the manager nothing was done. Most of the time the customers are always right🤷🏽‍♀️

I've been going to this store much more frequently lately. It has improved a lot. It's clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly and seem to be improving every day. They have a great selection of things that you don't see everywhere else. You also can't beat the prices on some of their products. It's very easy to get in and out of when you are in a hurry. They have some great sales going sometimes. Definitely recommend them these days. A nice improvement lately!

Just left Big Lots of Decatur they have some amazing deals going on and a young man named Randy is running the register and doing a excellent job of providing superior Customer Service. Good Job Randy.

Usually I love shopping at this Big Lots, the lady at the register with Glasses and reddish brown hair is so amazing..always friendly, sweet and helpful. She definitely carries the store. I usually shop at this Biglots 4 to 5 times a week. Today i had an unpleasant experience with an employee there I have never seen before. She stated her name was Erica. First off when i walked up to the register she was on her personal cell phone having a conversation..her conversation as follows to the person on the other end was " let me get off my cellphone and call you on the store phone before i get fired".. she continued to text on her phone after that. I waited for about another minute and finally i said exscuse me ma'am..she said yes without looking at me at that point . I asked her did they carry blue tooth speakers . She said they would be on the electronic aisle. I had already looked and did not see them where they usually were. She walked over with me and pointed down the aisle and said they'd be on this aisle and started waking away as if i was interrupting her. I said to her as she was walking away from me. Do you happen to know if you have any? She said you just have to look.. she didnt offer to help me look or do anything any further. At that point i just left the store. I myself am a manager at my place of employment and that is definitely not how you treat your customers..especially frequent customers. It's terrible how one employee can ruin a customers shopping experience.

Always a great visit to Big Lots!! I usually spend too much money, but I can't complain, they are good quality items. Desmond Jones was an EXCELLENT addition to the Big Lots family!! He's so helpful and always wears a smile. I always look forward to going to Big Lots and spending precious time in the store.

Way over priced to be considered a discount store. I did compare prices with regular retail stores. Big Lots is not a money saving place. It was at one time but not now.

Some furniture sold here has brand names,,, but seems cheap made !! I bought some and it's already junk.. (luv seat) 3 weeks old... $$$

This store has a little bit of everything for household needs. From kitchen, to bed, to decor to toys and gifts. This big lots has a wonderful selection. Or to mention small electronics and accessories. The staff is wonderful, helpful and friendly. The seasonal items here are fantastic and all very reasonably priced. Great deals on dry kitchen food as well. Two thumbs up for sure!

Don't return without receipt because they won't take it . They'll say it's over 90 days when it's not . But I like this store they just need to update their system. Put your number in every time so you'll have a digital receipt. On file no matter what you buy.

This has become one of my favorite places for bargain shopping! I shop online while I'm in the store and receive at least 25% off and a guarantee that my items are at the store! I pay for the items, my receipt is retrieved, and WALLAH! I go home with items for less! Better than Wal-Mart, if you ask me😊

I all ways find lower prices ,in the natural egg pasta best quality for $1,99 or 1,59 and home mail flower for $6,99 compare with wall mart , Gloria health, publix , they beet the price . In the same products and price and same quality.

I've bought the blue tooth speakers there on more than one occasion and EVERYTIME I have issues with them. This time .. theres no power cord in the box and the power button is sunk in. I don't think I'll go back anymore.

I love big lots!! They've always for something new for less than the other retailers around here and I'm forever happy about a bargain price. This location also has a large furniture store in back with really nice items at low prices.

The furniture section is actually pretty great. I was hesitant at first because I didn't know how well the quality of the couches would be. I'm proud to say I have purchased two beds, a sectional, and a love birds recliner from them. All at a great price and super nice!!!

There is a manager that works for this store that expects the impossible from his employees and holds their job over their head to obligate them into working far beyond what their responsibilities or capabilities are. When an employee makes an anonymous tip to HR about his behavior he will call them into his office the following day, and pressure them into doing what he asks or they will get written up and their employment possibly terminated.This is unacceptable behavior from a store manager and I will be reporting this manager to HR for how unfairly and cruelly he pushes his employees. A good manager can make a store feel welcoming to new, hard-working employees trying to support themselves, their children, and their families. A bad manager will drive away good employees that care and destroy the franchise from the inside-out. 1/5 Stars. Get it together.

Expired. If you're ok with paying bottom dollar for products years past their "sell by" date, this is the place for you! Over the years we've found ancient baby formula, pet food, mac and cheese (apparently does eventually go bad), and you name it. But hey, they've got cheap things, so if you need to go just look for random cheap things, this place is awesome

They have some incredible Christmas decorations coming out this year... Upscale and very affordable. If you are into the red truck Christmas themes, they have a whole aisle decorated to it!
