Open 24 hours for pick up if u pick up dry freight OR pet food go to gate 3 its next to gate 2 its just few meters maybe 30 meters from gate 1 .but gate 2 and gate 3 same entrance and shipping right front of u left side building for dry frieght pet foods ETC.THEY HAVE SCALE TO YUHOOOO😍

**Warning ** The vmail directions are wrong!! Must turn right at the 1st light over river. Next light turn left then left at next light . Straight then turn left on 10th then right on market. Shame on Smuckers for leaving incorrect directions on the vmail for multiple yrs now . No regard for possible CDL Driver infractions on their record should you wind up one of multiple dead end or no truck streets trying to figure it out.unacceptable!!!3 hrs loads time.

Came 2 hours before appt, got a door right away. Polite personal. Restroom available. Scale available. Plenty of space for a maneuver. Outside parking for 2 trucks.

This place is a nightmare. My husband drives hopper. This place needs BIGGER signs and some customer service training. Construction 🚧 going on all over here. Parking is very little to none. Just be ready to wait regardless.

I service Big Heart Pets everyday during the week and have always enjoyed visiting the place outside the smell. LolThey are very clean and surprisingly have a very nice view of the riverside inside and outside break area for their employees.

Had a 16:30 appt.. delivered 2 miles around the corner to GE so I went and checked in at 15:26. Immediately assigned me to a dock, came out to the truck with paperwork and seal at 18:07. Nice people but the loading process was a little slow being that the load wasn’t staged.

Big Heart Pet Brands was an absolute disappointment. Their vmail directions are consistently incorrect, leading to wasted time and frustration for CDL drivers. Even worse, they completely ignore appointment times, leaving you waiting for hours. It's a logistical nightmare that violates DOT regulations. Avoid them at all costs.

We delivered a load to this pet food manufacturer and all the shipping and receiving employees were courteous and professional. They got us unloaded within 15 to 30 minutes, which doesn't happen very often. Oh and we didn't have to have an appointment. I hope we can deliver and/or pickup more loads from here in the future.

Not a good experience at all. Terribly slow for such a big company. What is the point of having an appointment time if the company completely disregards it? Waiting 3 hours to even get to a sick is bad enough, then it takes a couple more hours for them to unload your truck. Last time I move a load for this company under DOT hours

Appointment for a drop and hook. Load not ready. Got into a dock 2 hours later. Another 2 hours later I feel myself getting loaded 1 pallet every like 15 minutes. Horrible. Out of time. Can i park at your house?

I went there to get chicken meal, they load fast, the paperwork/ testing process takes an hour after loading. You better be loaded correctly because they will NOT let you check your axles, if your over weight on an axle it's your fault apparently. Good luck.

Came Sunday for pickup, there were only 2 trucks, loaded earlier, had appointment for 4:30pm, came at 11 loaded by 1pm, no overnight

This place is really slow. 1st time I was here to get preloaded trl, but got lifeloaded.2nd time same story, but checked in at 13:00 and 16:30 now and still waiting for preloaded trl. Guy from the dock just told me he gonna finish load within 1-2 hrs??????Total time wasted about 5 hrs.

I Had a member down and my Job Travels, So I wanted to stay Home and help out, So at this point it was not about the Money,I sent a resume took a test and Had a interview, well I didn't get hired because they said I make 3 times what they make so I would probably quit. Well why would I even waste my time going through the enter view if I was gone quit but the young people comes in and quit once they get paid, so why not take a chance on an older mature person. Lot is tight if you have to drop trailer, but dont let it get you down. You will most likely be in and out in less than 30 mins, just remember yo bring trl number and cdl inside if you are picking up. Also, be advise, scale may be off by a few hundred pounds and i highly recommend to cat scale it if you are close on drives or tandems. It will give you only the full weight but you can weight individually.

THAT SHOULD BE NEGATIVE FIVE STARS. WORST PLACE EVER!!! SUPPOSED TO BE A PRELOADED TRAILER. THEY DIDN'T HAVE AN EMPTY TRAILER SO NOPE LIVE LOAD. COMPUTER SHOWED THAT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE READY BY 1400. ITS BEEN 6 HOURS AND COUNTING. GO IN AND ASK WHY ITS TAKING SO LONG AND AM GIVEN ATTUTUDE. GUY SAID HE JUST GOT IN AT 7. THEY WILL COME GET YOU WHEN THEY ARE DONE. I HOPE SOMEONE IN THE CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS READS THIS. THIS PLACE IS NOT RUN VERY WELL!!!!

Trucker beware!!!! I had a drop & hook. It was a open window the load should have been ready that morning at 8am I got there 4pm and the load still wasn't ready. I left there 730pm.

Dont come here with less than 3hrs if your unloading grain hauler...tech to busy playing solitaire to let you know why the hell their not testing your product so you can unload 9pm just watching the time run down
