Highly unprofessional, they won't take out all the equipment in the house I bought almost a year ago, just because we can't get the past owner to tell them to remove it even though he hasn't lived here in a year, this is so stupid and ridiculous, because I can't get him to call them I'm going to have to spend money out of MY pocket, to get someone to remove it when THEY should do it for free.

Very knowledgeable tech showed up right on time. ADT pulse had an issue and he refused to let that stop him from doing the job. He stayed and went over everything I needed to know and continue to check on the pulse system being down. Even after he left called to check in and make sure everything was good.
