The lady at the register isn't very friendly at all! I like this store but the employee is rude. If your not happy with your job expand your horizons don't take it out on the people that are buying items from you.

Do the math, before you go to register!!Bought several machetes, priced at 7.99.I get home receipt says I payed 8.99 per.Bought a lot of stuff that day, wonder what else they added.Was fairly upset, still am.At least I still have those sharp machetes, right.

Visited for the first time today, AND IT WILL BE MY LAST. Going on other similar comments, the only reasons that makes sense for a cashier with such horrible public relations skills to have a job there after at least a year is that she is either the owner (partner) or related. Either way I will not be returning, and I will advise those I know to do the same.

It’s a 99¢ store alright, the stores pretty cramped but there’s a few good deals on items there but I haven’t found anything great yet.

Very rude customer service didn’t like the way the white woman at the register was on her phone on a call the whole time and cursing on the call in front of little kids I was trying to purchase a bracelet for my little brother I was mid sentence asking if I can purchase the bracelet and she automatically said no in a rude way so we just left.also she smelt like marijuana.

I came up to the front trying to be friendly with the lady even brought her a box that was laying in the floor with items stolen out of it so that nobody else picked it up trying to buy it. She looked at me like I was stupid and walked away before throwing the box behind her while i was checking out. Then when I checked out she didn't say a word to me and when I asked if she had s23 ultra cases she rudely said we don't Have those. At that point I started crying due to my extreme anxiety and she told me the total with annoyance in her voice and when I told her I'm sorry if I've made her mad in anyway she ignored me and rolled her eyes before walking away. I'm sorry for having bad anxiety but being treated that way is a trigger 💔

Just moved here and absolutely love your store!!! Unfortunately your cashier is one of the most hateful people I've ever seen in a retail store. You really should get rid of her or tell her to clean up her nasty attitude ..

I love this store the couple that owns it are the best so sweet and kind and always take time to give the best service ever u need something or looking for something they go out of there way to help you out. I give 5 starts to them but i will be honest they have a daughter who’s there as well. She is the rudest person when I go I hand the money to her and she always makes us put it on the counter and when she gives us our change back she always throws it on the counter at us. Whenever I ask if they have somthing she always looks at us disgusted and just says no. I’d be a great store if she didn’t act like that. It’s hard to believe that’s the store daughters owner when there the sweetest people ever.

Great deals and merchandise..not so friendly/professional staff. The brown haired lady that is at the register never speaks and just looks at you when she's done ringing you up like she expects you to know your own total.

I was in there this evening at the Decatur Alabama store. The cashier was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. I was standing at the register waiting to check out and she walks in. I say to her that I have a question. She looks at me and makes a smart alic remark, Well I don't have an answer! So then I ask her if they carry any Bluetooth style earbuds. She points them out and I say I'd like to see the Red set. She pulls out another color set and just tossed them on the counter in a hateful manner.I have never seen this girl in my life and have no idea why she was being such a witch but I don't appreciate it at all. A manager needs to handle this.

This store is like being on a treasure hunt. Their are items high and low and all mixed up. It's a cool little place to shop. 2 things to be aware of, 1st. Every thing or at least 99% is from China or that part of the world so top quality was left at the dock so check it close before you buy. 2nd. Since the clothes come from China the sizes between Chinese women and American women are vastly different. You buy something that's your size here you probably can't get it over your head or one leg in, Chinese sizes run much smaller than USA size. Other than that it's fun to look around. It's not a bad store I always try to stop there when I'm in Decatur.

Twice now I’ve went in to purchase a police baton. Both times the girl at the register wouldn’t let me choose the style that “ I “ wanted. She just chose for me and when I ask to see the other styles her excuse is that“Someone else has piled all these flashlights on top of them and I can’t get to them!” Very rude like. I told her I see the smaller style that I would like to purchase it as well but, she refused to reach over the flashlights to get. There was no extra energy that had to be taken. She was already bent down. I just don’t get how someone could be that lazy, let alone not care about giving the customer what they came in to get. In the future I will pay 3 times more the cost for a product rather than just having to come in this store and having to look at or talk to this pathetic lazy ness tub of lard that doesn’t even deserve the job she has. This has happened twice by the same woman. She needs to sit at home, suffer, and give this job to someone who honestly deserves it because obviously she doesn’t know what hard times are.

We came into the store the lady was VERYY rude whenever we asked questions she said she didnt know. But she just didnt want to help us. I asked when someone who knew more would be there she didnt want to tell me. I would not recommend shopping here if you want to be treated like a decent human being.

I loved the variety they had at this store. I was actually coming to meet a friend there and didnt realize they closed at 7 pm. So we had to hurry and make our purchases before they closed. The lady at checking us out was kinda rude and irritated bc we came in late and was looking forever. But the things they had for the price was great..

Looks like a trash bin exploded! A few small things that are pretty cheap but most stuff is broken, overpriced trash. I mean literally broken merchandise that is trash. Some hard to find things though. I saw many more thing on the price UP part than close to 99 cents.
