I'd like to preface this with I'm not a Karen. Far from it. I don't need fanfare when I enter or leave an establishment. However, at least being acknowledged at the register would be top notch.I walk in to an almost dark Walgreens. I go to the photor counter. After the girl puts her phone down & glances at me, I tell her I'm picking up and provide my last name. She asks me what I'm picking up. My prescription. Clearly.So I tell her photos, and she goes "what size" exasperated. I'm sorry to bother you while you're at work ma'am. I'm not sure as my husband ordered them & asked me to grab them.Also, I provided my last name. Can't you just look in one of the two bins marked M-Z and if it's not there...check the other?She hands me the photos and says "she'll ring you out up front" so I take my pictures and Janel meets me at the register.I wasn't even acknowledged. She dis not speak. Didn't say hello, goodbye, the total, or even hma thank you.Completely unacceptable.I get bad days, I legit cry every day when I get home from work bc of the customers I deal with. I at least greet people. Completely rude & uncalled for to the point I told her that please & thank you go a long way.Maybe retrain your employees or at least have them pretend to care.

If you need your medication asap I suggest your Dr office call your prescription in some where else. They will fill prescription for people that are not in the pharmacy before they will someone there waiting. Nevermind the text you're suppose to receive when it's ready. If you can get your medication delivered from Express Scripts or the free standing emergency infirmary, I suggest that is what you do.

I've been getting medication from here for years but because I all of a sudden got insurance and my doctor had to change my medication to suit my insurance after being a loyal customer for 5 years I walked in there and the woman acted like I didn't even exist was very short with me was even Brazen and rude in my opinion. I would not suggest to go there they didn't have the medication that I needed, and there has been a trend among the people I know that have gone to this particular one in Daphne Alabama who have met a lot of problems because of this. So I would recommend you go to any other Walgreens or probably another Pharmacy all together because not only did they not have the medication that I needed the other four Walgreens close to where I live some of them being half an hour away didn't have the medication either. So all my medications now on will go through a different Pharmacy so if there was a zero star and do not recommend option that would be the one that I would have hit

Had oral surgery February 15, 2023 after release around 10:30 AM contacted regular pharmacy who could not fill my prescription then called Walgreens to check if they had the medication available. Took my prescription to them went threw the drive threw window had my driver present my prescription to the girl at window along with my insurance card that has all my information on it which includes my Rx number and member number she tells us that the card we presented was an OTC card for meds which is the same number that is on the previous card that she insisted on us presenting to her, her attitude was very rude and when we went inside to speak to manager to explain what happened the pharmacy manager looked at the cards and said they was the same number's on both cards she didn't understand why the previous girl didn't take it she apologized and when I asked for the other girl to apologize she came out and said I'm sorry before she even got close to us and when asked what she was sorry for she would not look at myself and when I asked her to read the numbers off the cards she walked away from us very unprofessional and rude Walgreens will never have to worry about my business again (but now that I think about it she may not could read the numbers threw the long fake eyelashes )so I took my prescription to another pharmacy only to find out that Walgreens filled the prescription after I left with prescription and so I had to have them cancel it so I can get it filled elsewhere now after all this I'm needing to be on bed rest have not made it that far and it afternoon thanks Walgreens

I paid a $7.99 deliver fee to get my 3 much needed prescriptions today. I called Walgreens pharmacy 3 times & they said, “it’s still sitting here waiting for Doordash to pick up!! The 3 call was at 9:50, 10 minutes before the store closes. I ask if I would get my $8. back & the person said, “I don’t know, ask doordash!” What kind of circus are you running, Walgreens?!? If we knew you couldn’t deliver, my husband would have taken an Uber.

Had a prescription filled and only received a 3rd of the amount that was prescribed/ paid for and I quickly ran out as a result. Then I was blamed for having misplaced them only for the employees to eventually find out they didn’t give the correct amount in the first place.

0/10, would not recommend. Nothing but problems since we started using them 6 months ago.Just recently, during a doctor's appointment on Friday, I was prescribed a common medication. I went on Sunday to pick it up, to learn they had not even begun to fill it. It was nearing their time to close, so came back on Monday. I went inside, and waited in the line that wrapped around the side. When I finally got to the counter, I told them my name, the attendant got some kind of error, and apparently hid behind the shelves until a manager showed up to help. This was not a short period of time, and the line continued to grow down the freezer aisle. When the attendant and the manager finally returned, they said I would need to step to the side and wait a moment. I did as they asked. It only took another three to five minutes for them to fill the prescription and call my name. I went back up to the counter, and they told me I NEEDED TO GET BACK IN LINE FOR THE THIRD TIME FOR THE SAME BOTTLE OF PILLS.#teamCVS

Every month when I go to this location it’s an issue with dropping my prescription off and waiting. It’s like they don’t want to say you are waiting for it. Today everyone working there said it’ll be a very long time before I can get my meds! This is what they always say. She said they was short staffed, understand but not every month. Nobody was waiting on shots it’s was 2 people in line! This Walgreens needs serious help or something to be able to do their job.

Called in and ordered my pills, a week later they are still not ready. I call in and they inform me that I have to come get them that they cant be shipped.. well thanks for letting me know.. This place is horrible and this is the absolute last time I will ever step foot in a walgreens or place a prescription order through them. Doctors in this area should be advising against Walgreens entirely. My doctor told me right away this is not the first complaint she has heard. This is not the first issue I have had, I am now a week behind on my medication and there was little to no concern from the employees when calling in about this.

I have used this pharmacy since 1999 and have never had a problem until recently. The new woman, Antoinette, in the pharmacy is the rudest person that has ever waited on me. She is consistently rude so I know she isn't just having a bad day. She needs a big lesson on customer service. 5 stars to the rest of the store/pharmacy.

Very strange pharmacy staff. I had an appointment yesterday for the Covid vaccine. I was told by the counter girl that it would be about an hour, unless I wanted to “come back at another time.” My husband had dropped me off, so I simply asked when another good time was….ol’ girl started rambling about how “we’re in a pandemic” and they’re so busy and sometime when they have a 2nd pharmacist….it confused me because she was acting like I was belligerent when I was being perfectly civil and just wanted to know when they wanted me to come back! I ended up ending the conversation by telling her I would stay just to get out of talking to her. And it ended up being only about 5 minutes so no harm no foul….still, that girl was very weird

I went to purchase soap detergent and he told me the limit was 4 but no signs posted and what they needed was to make a sales to draw the business in it was plenty with that kind of promotionWhat really upset me when he whisper to the manager in which she never said anything and was going to check me out . Miranda is amazing! She is professional, friendly and efficient. She assisted me with correcting an issue on an RX that was filled the previous day for my Dad. She made the process so easy! Walgreens is lucky to have such an awesome young lady representing their store.

They used to be very good for years the PA's were very pleasant. Now the Pharmacist are not as good and it seems to set the tone for the PA's they are unprofessional and talk down to the old people. I have been using them for 15 years, but in process of changing. Rude unprofessional and I know they don't care, but it's the only way people can make a difference is to choose to spend their money $$$$ with another company.........

In person it’s 50/50 on how helpful they’ll be. You can FORGET using the phone, I stayed on hold for a total of 45 minutes over the course of two different attempts at calling them (both times was hung up on). They had a vital prescription for hours before even putting it into the system. I could understand taking a while to fill it but with it not in the system I start calling doctors and such to see if it’s even been sent or is at the correct pharmacy! Honestly, I’ll be switching to the CVS across the street because this is NOT the first issue I’ve had with them.

50 minutes in iine to pick up my prescriptions. Watched ppl who were not even in line when i got in line get checked out before me. 8 cars to be exact. One man was special enough they filled his while he waited. Now Im late for work when i thought i left in plenty of time. Never again Walgreens you just lost me as a customer. 👋👋👋👋👋

Drive through is painfully slow. I was 2nd in line and still waited 15-20 min. This happens every time. When you see 3 or more cars, keep driving unless you have 30-40 min to burn. They need more help badly at this extremely busy pharmacy.

Yes there are waits as its a very very busy Pharmacy and yet each staff person that I have watched and that has helped me does so with professionalism, patience and a "I will take care of you attitude". If you don't like your job find another one but don't take your insecurities out on the customer. I will be transferring my prescriptions. P.S. get some customer service skills from Publix and Chick FIL A!!!!

Our insurance changed 1/1/20 so we moved all our RX’s to Walgreens from CVS. First time I went in to get set up the staff was super helpful and friendly. Delphine (not sure that name is correct) took several minutes getting my new info and setting me up with text alerts etc. Thanks Walgreens for making the transition so smooth. 👍

The store is fine, store staff is super nice. One particular employee in the pharmacy is not, however. And I didn't quite appreciate how he has handled a couple of prescriptions for me. For this reason, I have transferred all prescriptions to a competitor.

Do not use this place as a fedex drop off. There is a young lady that resembles me working photo. She is very unprofessional and lacking customer service skill. Does the very minimal and very Unenthusiastic. You have been warned. This was my experience. Never again!

I've never had so much trouble with a Walgreens pharmacy!! Horrible! We transferred everything from Walmart bc Walgreens has a drive through. Horrible mistake! They are WAY understaffed. Uuughhhh

Can never seem to run insurance consistently. Sometimes I pay $0, sometimes I pay $4, sometimes I pay $6 for the exact same prescription, then fight with me when I explain how they need to run it. Moving my prescription somewhere else.

If they can’t fill your prescription they tell you to transfer it to another location after YOU contact other locations. They make no effort to help you do this and they seem to brush you off!
