The Pharmacist is very professional and polite, however, most of the young techs need some serious basic training in customer service. I have had several young techs be nothing short of rude and argumentative at the drive up window. Management needs to teach this younger generation some respect and accountability.

Everyone in pharmacy has gone the extra mile to get my insulin approved by Medicare. They have even contacted my doctor when they needed more information. Most pharmacies tell the customer to do it . The store is well stocked and clean employees are friendly and helpful.

Not bad and way better than the new CVS. The photos they print are never good. The color is always off. Store is clean and shelves are stocked.

Horrible experience, I’ve gone to this location numerous times hoping for a better outcome. As it’s the closest to my house. But every-time, they’ve failed to provide me with a pleasant experience. One staff member, I believe the name was Nikki? Nicole? I’m not positive, but they had such a horrible attitude each time. She rolled her eyes a lot, and kept looking me up and down with an ugly face. I know what it’s like working in customer service, so I’m always polite to the person I’m speaking with. But they just have a nasty attitude. Will not be returning.

Walgreens Mill Ln store very nice people. Friendly and willing to answer all questions. Giving only four stars due to no State of Alabama Flag and or Confederate Battle Flag showing respect and honor for the State where you do business. We Confederate Americans and or Southerners expect it.

They will send your prescription off to be filled not tell you they sent it off to be filled and you will have to wait for 5 days like I did. I went from being able to get it filled in about 3 hours to having to wait 5 days. Unacceptable. AND I had to call them to figure out why it wasn’t ready 4 days later.

Incompetence at its finest! My husband went to pick up a script for our son. He repeated the name and DOB 3x and they told him it wasn’t there. He left and we notified his doctors office that the pharmacy said it wasn’t there. My son’s PA called the pharmacy and was told “yes it’s ready”. I called the pharmacy back and was told yes it’s ready and explained my frustration that my husband was told there was nothing ready for our son. I asked to speak with the drive thru worker and was told that my husband said the wrong name. So my husband picking up a script for our son gives you his name and DOB 3x and you can’t find it and we’re told we don’t know our own child’s name? And I’m trusting these people to fill our MEDICATIONS??

I stopped by this store today and tried to use a legal coupon and the manager turned it down. She said they do not allow printed coupons off the Internet, yet the online coupon policy does not say it. I called the main office and they stated that each location has the right to refuse any coupon. Be ware of this if you are shopping to save money at Walgreens. Thank You.

Never have gone there for anything complicated, but will be taking my health needs and business elsewhere, as the crew has been rude and seems to not be able to handle even the simplest of tasks. They have been repeatedly rude to my wife and I.

This Walgreen in Spanish Fort AL will not honor discounts for controlled substances. My prescription is a controlled substance and also something I need to function normally. So their prejudice means my monthly costs are double what they should be. I will never spend another penny in that Walgreens location and urge everyone else to avoid this Walgreens as well. Ignorance should not be rewarded by repeat business.

This Walgreens customer service is great. The pharmacy here is much better then the Walgreens on 98 & 31. I prefer not to use that pharmacy
