So glad they are open on Saturday, we were able to do a doggie day care while we were visiting from out of town. We didn't want to leave two larger dogs alone at our rental all day!

To be honest I’m pretty upset. I have been going over here a little over a year and they are a bit expensive compared to some groom shops, but it’s conveniently located. Today I brought in two standard poodles for a bath and a face feet and sani trim. I was returned with my male poodle, given he’s younger, his entire backside covered in dog poop. So gross and meaning he sat in his own poop for a while. I dropped off at 8, picked up around 1030-1100. I paid 200 with tip, and they even asked me if he did it when he went outside… like they there was no poop in the kennel…. Yeah right. So upsetting although they did wash him off so I guess that’s nice but not comforting to know he was sitting in dog poop. I don’t know, other than that they haven’t shaved my poodles armpit area a couple of times but that’s fine considering the location. I’m so upset at this experience I do not think I can go back. I did not just pay 200 for my dog to be treated that way.

Happiest Double Doodle you could ever meet until his last visit at Waggy Tails . He had a few mats as he did the time before but this time my dog is not the same happy dog . He isnt lively like he use to be he just lays around looking so sad . I do not know what you did to my beautiful wonderful dog but may God have mercy on you for damaging such a lovely soul. Shame on you . Especially after $300 . Never Again . I feel so guilty for putting in the care of people that put him in the state he is in now. Horrible

I take my 14 year old dog her for a full doggy spa day and she is always very well cared for and loves the staff! Always friendly and helpful, they have a variety if healthy foods and natural treats my dog loves!

Great place to bring your pet , even if you just need their nails clipped (and filed)! They also have a good variety of food, treats, toys for your furry baby! Friendly staff!

They helped me out big time when I was traveling into the area a couple of weeks ago. They boarded her for the night on short notice. You Can really tell they love dogs. There are still lots of good people in this world, and i put them right at the top.

Taylor cut both of our pups with wonderful professionalism. Shelby and Jax are both Australian Labradoodles. A little pricey, but worth it for the great cut! The only thing we missed was the trimming of the Nails. That didn’t seem to happen.

The staff were professional and friendly. Taylor was able to work with my dog who has had limited exposure to groomers, and won him over! He looked amazing afterwards. I will definitely be returning to Waggy Tails!

We brought our 20lb goldendoodle in for some grooming while visiting some family. They charged $120 for the visit. He wasn’t matted, or incredibly tangled or even especially dirty considering he had been bathed a few days before we were in town. We’ve been consistently charged $50-70 everywhere else he’s been taken. Make sure they give you a price before you leave your dog or you’ll just be told that wherever you’ve taken them before is “undercharging” you. This will be the last time we take either of our dogs to Waggy Tails.

I brought my dog in to be groomed and had a wonderful experience. Jeremy the groomer was attentive, thorough and took extra time to talk about details. They were so sweet to my pup who doesn’t love getting groomed. The rest of the staff was great as well. We will definitely be back!

The ladies here are super sweet. I love their sweet fat kitty that greets all of the animals at the door. The cat groomer also did a great job grooming my cat. I just would like for them to take their time when grooming my pup next time I bring her. Her nails was very jagged and was cutting my skin and some of the hair on her body was uneven. It still looked really nice just those minor details I noticed could use improvements.

They've gotten a little expensive over the years, but still worth the price. Jeremy is our favorite groomer!! The desk staff is always very pleasant!

My first visit here and my Dog, Tucker, loved it. These people are really good with animals. I expected them to have to muzzle him but he had no problem with the staff. He will ONLY be going here from now on.

I have boarded Minnie my beagle there multiple times a year over 11 years. They are fantastic. They are all so sweet and follow directions to the tee. Their groomers also do a great job.

Recently went to your Daphne location just to get my small breed dog BATHED. Took 6 hours just to bath and trim his nails INCORRECTLY. I never received a phone call saying he was ready to pick up. I just showed up out of pure frustration and he was "just then ready for pick up" 30 mins before closing. Front desk girls are rude and very unprofessional. They do not pay you any attention because they are too busy in their phones and talking about their personal lives. I asked for my dogs nails to be re cut seeing as though they looked the exact same as when I had brought him in, she took him back and nothing had changed. Claiming she couldn't cut any further seeing as though he would bleed. Which is false. He has had his nails trimmed shorter than the horrific job I payed for today. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. There was no doggy cologne put on my dog, which is insane for 26 bucks. He smelt the same as when I brought him in, I honestly don't think he even got bathed. He left acting as though he had had a traumatic experience. Very shaky and wanted nothing to do with me. I am very pissed off and very very displeased with this entire establishment. Yall left my dog in a kennel all day, just to return him traumatized and unclean.

Not pleased. For the 5 months I have had my dog I've never had flea's. Always treating my dog with Trifexis. He came home with fleas. But I called back and spoke with the groomer. She apologized and corrected it with a flea and Oatmeal bath to calm his skin. Because she was willing to correct this, both my dog and I are feeling better. And him a whole lot more comfortable.
