We came to buy a golf cart that was only located at this store, but we live in Pensacola. Monty stayed well after hours making sure we were taken care of, and even let us borrow one of the store’s trailers to get the golf cart back home with us that night. Monty and the sweet cashier helping us were both absolutely wonderful!!! What awesome customer service! Thank you, again!!

Front end cashier is always engaging and happy. Asks if you need assistance right away. I usually get propane refilled here and those teammates are always very polite and take great care of me. Today I used the online same day shipping for something that would not be easy to fit in my sedan. The team had the order at my home just over two hours later. Great customer service as always from Daphne TSC. Thank you!

Went to my local one and purchased 4x6 stall mats. Got to load the mats and they weren’t the same I purchased two months ago. Showed them online what I intended to buy they said they couldn’t do anything. The refunded my purchase. They were nice and called another location 13 miles away in Daphne. They said yes we have the old style we will save them. Drove 25 minutes out of the way to buy them, when I got there they still weren’t the right ones. I got stuck buying ones I didn’t want still after this. Item doesn’t match what was online and basically got told oh that’s the manufacture’s problem. It’s the same sku number. It wouldn’t have been bad if I didn’t get told, yes they have them. Just a waste of time. I could have saved a couple of hours and some fuel. Thanks for nothing.

The name doesn’t do this store justice. It has everything from landscaping and to firewood to a full range of pet supplies, including cats and dogs. The pet supply prices are great too - lower than several other pet stores in the area. Staff are helpful as well!

Every employee I’ve met - and I’m here regularly - has been excellent. They are always willing to help me shop for, and will load my vehicle, with heavy animal feed. Most of the time, I use the app to order and use the pick up service. I’ve never had to wait even 5 minutes for them to come out with my order.

I had a surprise when I checked out. My purchase was half off of the clearance item. A very nice place. They have just about every kind of dog food. I think there were 3 isles of it. They has flee and tick medicine at a price lower than my veteran.

Pretty decent quality products at a fair price. There are some bargains here like the pine chips, which are easier to use than pine straw. Pet products are slightly better priced than mega pet stores. Good variety of tools. Friendlier than all get out.

Called store this morning 26December2021 around 9:30 am and asked for the earliest available appointment for the dog self wash. I was told by the employee on the phone that the dog wash availability was open until 1pm. I stated that I was going to arrive in approximately 45min. At 10:10 I walked into the store and let the staff know I was here for the dog wash.I was approached by what appeared to be management and he stated that some other customer D. Wilkinson or something who had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow came in and instead that his appointment was for today.Instead of telling this customer who wait and see if I showed for my appointment they gave him full use of both dog wash stations and told me I that I would have to wait at least 40 months.This is unsatisfactory especially after I drove 30 minutes to the store location. Management at this location needs to get it together.

Friendliest store around. Tom and April are so delightful, ready to help and good conversation. I forget how many neat things they carry. I will definitely be back based on the great employees there. They even had a treat to try out for my fur baby.

My wife and I love Tractor Supply. We have used the one in West Mobile and the one in Robertsdale. Thank God there is one in Daphne!!!! Last night we took our new dogs there. Amanda and John helped us and Patty rang us up. They are the best of the best as employees! Helped us out gave us coupons, took our stuff out to the car and loaded the kennels for us!!!!! This is definitely the best Tractor Supply on the Gulf Coast! Thank y’all Ralph and Patti

The frustration felt when it comes to the pet wash station. Why advertise online “No appointments necessary “ but when you show up, you are told that it’s by appointments only. Not to mention, nobody was using the tubs! What’s the point!? I even asked if I could use it since nobody was there and I was told they were “in between washes” and was only advised to make an appointment up front. I definitely won’t be loading my dog back up for this. Kind of ridiculous if you ask me.

Good group of people here. Got about anything you could need here. I typically get my propane filled here for our camper. I'm usually able to get some ones help quickly, get the tank or tanks filled, and be on my way. They're price on its reasonable and you can get it since they're open on the weekend which is always when I'm running out.

This is one of my favorite tractor supplies in our area. They seem to have a better ordering system compared to the Summerdale and Bay Minette locations. When I make a trip to TS I plan to buy everything I need for Atleast a week. I can trust Daphne TS has what I need. I can’t say that about other TS’s in Baldwin Co. Thanks Daphne TS for keeping fresh stock of supplies on hand.

We come here to wash our dog and to get his dog food every month. The employees are super nice and very helpful! Even our dog Milo loves coming here especially for free dog treats! 🐾

They usually only have one cashier and I wait everytime. It would be better if they could have another cashier come when people are waiting with heavy dog food etc. 4 stars only.

We have made several purchases here. I can find a lot of what I need here, but not 80W gear oil for some reason. My hiking boots came from here, as well as some lynch pins, fence posts, fencing, fertilizer 2 pecan trees and 2 peach trees, and a few other assorted items.
