After I just called (because I didn’t want to make a blank trip) and asked if there were any padded chrome book cases. I was told by an associate that they were out at the moment. So I had someone go and check anyways just to be sure because I truly needed it!!! Only to find that the associate that I spoke with LIED!!! The shelves are full of them! As shown above they have some in stock; black, gray, blue etc… So thanks for nothing Customer Service. It’s always best to do things yourself. Because people will lie just to get out of doing their job!

Your store is well organized and well stocked.I shop here regularly. Today i had my best customer service experience because Mary Lou was so friendly and helpful (and quick) I do have one request….this didn’t happen today but every other time I feel hounded by the check out clerk to download the App. When I politely say no thanks….the man at the register keeps hounding and “scolding “ me to accept the App on my phone….I don’t want it.I get the emails and I know my rewards but every time I check out I get the same high pressure request to download the App. And after I refuse it….the man is mad and rude.Please take the pressure off this sales pitch.

Staff member routinely opens my Amazon return packages IN FRONT OF EVERYONE to sort and repackage them! Absolutely ridiculous and bad business practice! UPS NOR KHOLS does this. She says management told her to do this.

Just purchased a pack of batteries and I got back to the office and the pack was full of dry battery acid. Not happy, I'm leaving town so I won't be back for a week. And have been sitting on the phone for 10 minutes and I'm in message he'll. Bad service.

Delivery of the package that I ordered took longer than expected due to the storm. I ordered it to be delivered to the store to avoid any mishaps. However, every time I checked for updates-there were none. 7 days later I called the store and customer service to no avail except suggestion to wait for an update within 24 hours. On the same day I went to this store in person because it showed online having 16 in stock. I talked to the person checking out customers and next the store manager, Sarill. She was so helpful and polite and turned my frustrating experience into a pleasant one. She listened well and responded accordingly. She gave me my missing item out of her store stock as hoped. She knows how to talk to customers as well as to her employees (I noticed). Staples needs more managers like her.

I stopped into this store today to purchase an office chair, which they had displayed on their floor. Of course, it was not in stock. Per corporate policy, you cannot purchase the floor display. So I went up front with the anticipation that they would place my order online. Again, they could not do so and I was told to check back on Friday (today is Sunday -- five days). I left empty handed. Went home and ordered it online. Folks, we are all rooting for brick-and-mortar. We really are. No one wants to live in the land of empty box stores. But you have to do better by your customers.

Drove over from Mobile to do a store return. Checked Google to make sure I would make it on time. Literally standing outside the store having a conversation with a store employee about how their posted website hours say they close at 7pm, yet they've locked the doors and the doors sign say 6pm. No understanding. No care. Just a "Sorry, we're under staffed and someone was supposed to fix that.". I will never use Staples again.

Nice, very helpful young ladies. I got my massive order ready a day sooner than anticipated, which was extremely helpful to me.That 'Office' place has lost a very good, long-standing client. It's STAPLES Daphne for me from now on!

Bought Toshiba laptop last week from Staples that qualified for free data transfer. Took laptop in to Staples today for data transfer. They refused to do it because I didn't have a "coupon." Never saw or heard of a "coupon" in my purchase. Staples wanted to charge me $69 to do it. I asked them to look up my purchase in their records to confirm. They wouldn't. I took the laptop to Office Depot who did the transfer for free in exchange for applying for an Office Depot credit card. Done! And with a $20K credit limit. Goodbye Staples, hello Office Depot. My business partners and I cut up our Staples credit card over lunch. Sorry customer service will do you in every time.

Just go to Best Buy or Office Depot. It literally read 100 percent price match. But it’s only for certain item. So it’s not 100 percent lol fix it read 80 percent.

I have been doing business with staples since they built this store. Came to return ink cartridges that never worked and today it was a problem. We talked with someone over the phone and told them the situation before I even wasted my gas. So I get to the counter she tells me we used all the ink when there was never any in the cartridge, that's why we called before. And now we missed the time to return them. I am never doing business with them again.

Wesley (Tech Sales Supervisor) and Sarril (Store Manager) provided the best shopping experience and top rated customer service I have seen in a long time. These two employees went above and beyond my expectations. All the staff in the store were extremely courteous and helpful. Wesley went out of the way to fully explain the product while making recommendations. Sarril also made recommendations while volunteering to help with applying applications to the devices I purchased. This level of customer service needs to be recognized.

I feel so sorry for those store clerks. I have been in there twice in one month and they had NO air conditioning in the store. However, the clerks in the printing section have always been so kind and gracious as are the ladies at the registers.

Won't be coming here anymore. There was a line of people waiting to check out and the cashier was standing 10 feet away and would not even acknowledge we were there. She just kept doing whatever she was doing, we just left after waiting 3 minutes or so. Ridiculous...no help from anyone while we walked the whole store looking for what we needed either.

Solid place, typical Staples. The store is never busy and it's kept really neat and clean. Friendly people that work there. Most stuff they sell can be found online for a lot cheaper. But if you HAVE to have it right now, this is a solid place to get it.

Terrible experience...the Spanish lady is extremely rude and unprofessional. She makes you fell like you are a bother. Have not set foot in the Daphne store in over 2 years. Pitiful excuse for a print department!I now shop at Office Depot where my business is APPRECIATED!!!!!

Do not use Staples online especially. The company will sell you product to pick up in an hour but then advise that it is not available. This activity put me in a bad situation because I needed it immediately.

Just shipped a package- the UPS Store closes earlier than Staples does (+1 point) I can't give 5 stars because I will need to make sure delivery is completed. So 4 stars & 1 extra point.

Staples never has computers in stock. They will order one for you but it will be days. Before you receive it. That doesn't do me any good.

I have been in this store at least twice a month in the past 2 years and every time I usually have a good experience, the staff is friendly and price decent, I usually use the copy machines and they have there issue but nothing like other stores, for copy and printing they are definitely one of the best in town - see Linda -The store is always well kept and they seem to have more local deals on office supplies than the other stores in the area, would definitely recommend over any other staples stores in the area

Worst customer service ever from the print center employee. I visited this location on 11/17/18 to print some material. The female employee made sarcastic comments toward me and after her poor attitude, I went elsewhere. There was another customer in front of me that she was also treating poorly. That customer also left the store.

Am NOT happy with this store! I took my computer there to have it serviced and was promised I'd get it next day. Today is day FOUR and it's still not ready! I will never used this store again.

Don't bother going to the printer here. TAKES FOREVER. They have only one person on staff in the department. I wait 30-50 mins every time and have walked out twice. Today was 50 mins to get 24 copies printed out. Not going here again.

Terrible service. Print shop messed up an order and then refused to correct it without requiring a new order with no refund. What a joke.
