The awesome young woman at the register stated, "I hold your item." This young woman was so kind, friendly and professional. I will definitely shop at Publix again.

Clean, beautiful grocery store with ample selection of fresh produce. The bakery is delicious. Lots of yummy treats, fresh bread, and even pizza dough. Best buttermilk frosting ever! Deli has made to order sandwiches as well. Sushi is blah. Great service and friendly staff. Baggers always offer to help you out with your groceries. I never take them up on the offer, but it's a nice touch.

Terrible baker attitude. Senior lady. Shouldn't have asked for her name. The younger person apologized for her. Will not shop at this location again. The bread I bought had holes in the middle .

Terrible awful dried out “rotisserie chicken” is what $8.00 and change gets you in a sealed bag. Your deli personal needs retraining and the Manager fired.

My son is a Lord of the rings fan and wanted a Hobbit inspired birthday cake. The publix in Daphne, Alabama bakery cake designer went above and beyond in getting the cake exactly how I had envisioned it. I gave her a photo of one and she literally duplicated the design. It was a stunning cake. She went above and beyond in decorating the cake. I wish I knew her name! Sorry I did not get it. But she is the cake decorator at the Daphne Alabama store. She really is such an asset to that department. Thank you so much for all you did. I will 100% be back for more cakes and I told all my co workers what an amazing job she did.

It's a great store.It's always clean, the staff is always friendly and smiling, the deli is awesome, it has anything you could want and they carry boarshead 🐗 brand which is by far the best luncheon meat I have ever had.The produce is always ripe and tasty. (None of those yellow/orange tomatoes that taste like nothing at all or pineapples that were picked a month before they were even close to being ripe 🤢)It is a bit more pricey than wallyworld but it is well worth it .And they always have b.o.g.o. sales which can save you a ton if you just buy the one at half price.Yes sir, it's a great store.

I wish someone would have waited on me at the deli counter just got ignored for ten min and told someone would be with me but no one was they seem more concerned on the online orders not the people standing there otherwise its a great store just won't be back to the deli for anything else

I went there expecting to have to stand in line forever. Why? You may ask. Well the parking lot was full. But I trudged in anyways. Just to be immensely surprised. I walked in, got what I needed and was out in no time. It was a pleasant experience.

Publix is always a first class organization. Never had an even so so experience there, ever since I was a little kid 50 plus years ago. BTW Publix used to be closed on Sunday and was the last holdout on Sunday business besides Chick Fillet. I wish it was still that way. I understand though there is too much Sunday business to pass up.

Stopped in to get a filet mignon. But there were only packs of 2. So I took a pack to the butcher and he separated it so I could have just the one. Thank you so much! I travel for work and enjoy cooking meals when I'm stopped for the night.

I love Publix. I had a little cake and cupcakes made for my son's 2nd birthday and it turned out sooo cute! I made the cupcake toppers, but that bookworm on the book was awesome! I thought it was going to be a little 2D bookworm next to a little book and they went above and beyond with it! It was absolutely perfect!

My favorite store. I go daily. I love how even at the busiest times of the day there’s always a great parking spot. The selection of items are always good if they don’t have it they apologize. The corn 🌽 in the produce section sometimes aren’t the freshest so be careful. The staff is amazing as well

All I wanted was something from the bulk foods. I had not been in this store so I asked customer service desk and they didn't know where it was. There were two employees and they both looked at me like I had 10 heads and I had to repeat what I wanted at least five times, using different words to help them understand what I was looking for. When they figured out what I wanted they pointed me in the correct direction and I proceeded to fill out my bag with the item I was going to purchase. In that area there is a scale and I kept waving my goods because I didn't want more than a pound. The last time I checked it said 11 oz, and I thought to myself, this seems very heavy. I grabbed a tag and wrote down the number and took it to the checkout. The number was not coming up and the girl couldn't ring me up and told me to go to customer service. They couldn't find the number either and told me that my item weighed 1.74 lb. I told them what the scale has said and they both said there's nothing we can do about that. But the real issue was finding the correct number so I could actually pay for my item. They called another manager and while she was gone to look for the number, my item now weighed 1.88 lb and I brought it to the customer service employee and again d told there's nothing we can do. While we were waiting for the last manager to come back with a number, another manager, and my guess is it was the store manager, was walking by and they got his attention and explained the situation. And he said well here's what we can do, and he grabbed a Publix bag and put my merchandise in there and said thank you and have a good night!I am new to Alabama, though I have shopped at Publix in other states, and I would hope the customer service at each individual store would be the same quality, or at least there would be ongoing and improved training in customer service.Thank you.

Clean store, friendly people. The parking lot was being re-paved so it was a little confusing getting in there at night.
