Alyssa at the Daphne Petco grooming is absolutely Amazing. She grooms and maintains all 4 of my dogs and also my 2 Grandpuppies. She has a way of making the dogs feel at ease even when they are a little scared or fearful. My dogs always come back to me excited in a happy way not shaking and scared like other groomers I’ve been to.

All I can say for Melissa is one big THANK YOU. My Teddy looks totally amazing like he is transformed into one gorgeous and cute lovable dog, awesome . Plus the staff is great. What is nice you can see the haircut as it progresses and all the groomers are so professional that every dog that comes out looks beautiful. I think that the petco grooming staff should be teaching all other groomers on how to groom. but i again want to thank melissa for being so gentle and great with Teddy. its too bad i cannot give 6 stars...................

We will be using Petco again. Bella looked good. She did however act a little lethargic when I picked her up and all night. She did not play with her toys or want to play like she usually does everyday. That could have been been because she was stressed. Victoria was very soft spoken when she approached her and that was important since she is a rescue. Oh her beard was a little shorter than I like it but Victoria said when she got to her face she would pull away so she had a hard time. Other than that we were very happy.

We have been to several private groomers. I was actually reluctant to take her in just because I always thought you needed to take dogs to specialty places the way humans go to salons. Melissa was wonderful. She let us pick a non-offensive perfume (which I am very picky about) she immediately loved on our baby instead of treating her like a number. Our baby has the BEST cut and style she's ever had. We even had her nails painted which the kids got a HUGE kick out of. We were very pleased and intend to return when the time is right! GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Nice staff, seemed caring, and looked good on top when we picked him up but they never told us they clipped our tiny long hair Chihuahua way too close on his underside and private parts! It’s been a few days and the little guy is still licking uncontrollably on the effected area. Had to resort to coconut oil to south him a bit. Not going back.

We were very concerned about how our dogs would behave in the environment, but the groomers there knew exactly how to make her feel calm. They made the experience a great one for her and overall did a fantastic job.

Chloe looks great and she seems to like Ashley the groomer. She is not as nervous as she used to be when we drop her off. If Chloe is a happy girl then so am I.

Ashley, who is our groomer always goes a step above. She interacts very well with my dog and with us 'parents' with follow-up and basic tips. Without Ashley there I would be going somewhere else.

My golden needed a full cut with specify instructions. My daughter had to take her back in to get 3 areas finished the next day and it was still not finished once back home.Service dog for the blind.
