I can never say enough about this storeThe knowledge of staff 👍🏼My issue was a gold fish that my grandson won at a carnival (Bill). I had no idea what to do, having no knowledge of fish. And being determined to keep him alive and thriving I turned to Adrian at PetSuper Market. She is full of knowledge on her fish there and keeping them alive and healthyRight after I started with them, my water was having issues and (Bill) was dyingAdrian, Caroline, Kyle and staff were able to get him back healthy and teach me all I needed to know to keep him doing great. (Bill) is now a year and a half old and thinking we will have him for years and years to come. He is over 4 inches now and growing. I can never thank them enoughSome people think it’s just a fish but he is my grandsons pride and family

The employees definitely care, especially the woman working on the fish tanks (I think her name was Aly or Amy but I could be wrong.) She was great though!We have great success with animals from here. They're very healthy and well maintained.

We love the products, prices and the staff here!! They are always super nice and helpful as well as knowledgeable! Frost was super helpful getting our Mexican King snake a new setup that he is going to love. We appreciate all the attention to detail and help!

This is by far the best pet store. I just recently got a puppy and Adrianne help me chose the right things for her. I got her advice on multiple things. She was the most friendly employee I’ve ever spoken with. I went in there last week to buy my nephew a fish and they have SO MANY beautiful fish. They are well taken care of and the tanks looked awesome ! Adrianne was also there that same day and her and another employee Kaycee help me chose everything I could possibly need for his new fish. I will definitely recommend this store to anyone I speak to. I will never go anywhere else !

I've been to this location a few times considering an aquarium, and today I stopped by for a tiny emergency. I caught a baby house gecko on a glue trap (living in an apartment, I never even thought about anything bigger than spiders getting caught) and fortunately found it alive. All I had to do was show them the photo of it, and they knew exactly what I needed to get it through a few days of recovery. I was out the door and on to creating a Gecko ICU in no time!

Spend $400 a month at the place and then get told you're buying too much and put you on limits on how much you can buy! I'll just take my business elsewhere. Insane policy. most of the employees are nice at least

This has been my go to pet store for the last 5 years. I love the rewards program there and the staff has always been helpful. However now they do some sort of algorithm for their ordering and they are always out of the cat food I need. Even when it says online they have it, I get a call saying they don't. I've tried to purchase from here for the last 6 months with no success. And when I ask about ordering I'm told they can't. I'm very sad that I will just have to give up and go somewhere else. Petco and pet Smart have it every time I go 😢

The worst conditions i’ve ever seen for fish. tanks were dirty and water was murky. multiple dead fish in each tank and tanks had nothing covering the top…anyone could reach into them or drop anything in them if they wanted to. i was so upset i had to leave the store without purchasing any fish. they should not have the license to even store and sell fish. they also didn’t include information on the labels for the fish, nothing about tank size or environment necessary for the fish. just imagine how much mistreatment has come from lack of knowledge. do better. this is inhumane.

Tropical fish in an incredibly sorry state. Water is cloudy, which means something is wrong with the sump or their is a bacterial bloom. Many of the fish were gasping for air and had their fins clamped. Aquatic plants were dead or dying and covered with black beard.Do not buy your fish here.

People are very friendly and helpful. But very to the have what I need when I go in. They need to increase their order levels so they will be better stocked. Store is always clean when I go. And check out line moves fast. But I gave 3 stars just because of always being out of the main item I go in for. Thxs.

Thank you to the friendly staff that helped us today! My son received a fish tank for his birthday, and he has been so excited to pick out the perfect fish for his first large aquarium. We went to Petsmart first. No one helped us. We went up front and asked if anyone could help with fish. We waited about 45 minutes total and couldn’t get anyone to help. Next, we went to Petco. We waited there for 30 minutes, and no one even said hello to us. My son was so disappointed, so I googled pet stores and found this place. The store was very affordable (cheaper than the other two places) and the staff was very friendly. We were helped almost immediately! My son left as the proud owner of 10 fish and 2 live plants! We will be back soon!

Everyone there is so nice and helpful but our favorite is Natalie. We come in every week and buy tons of fish at a time for our 80 gallon tank and when she is working she is also so helpful and remembers us to. We never have problems with the fish/ plants they have the best ones around way better than petsmart! I would recommend to anyone ! Keep up the good work!

Love this store. I first went there for convenience as it is very near my home. I noticed how attentive the staff is to the animals living in the store. There are cats in one area; birds, bunnies, hamsters, etc. in another. One day, a parakeet was loose, flying close to the ceiling, lighting on merchandise out of the clerk's reach. One of the employees stayed by the door to assure the bird stayed inside. The others gently and calmly coaxed her back to her enclosure.They know me when I come in, remember what kinds of pets I have, help me find discounts and are knowledgeable when I have questions.I feel confident that you will be pleased if you try Pet Supermarket.

Small selection of fish tank filter cartridges. Had the brand I use but not the filter size. Ended up buying on they had that was kinda universal.Decent number and selection of fish but every time I've been there all of the tanks look pitiful. I'd never buy a fish there. Would probably die in short time and likely carry disease to my tank.

Pet Supermarket helped me a lot. My daughter's dog was not eaten his food, the lady at the store took me around and showed me different brands of food high protein. He loves the one we brought home. She was very helpful. Thank's a lot.

I have stopped here several time to get dog food,convenience on my way home from work (even though their prices are higher than most other places $15 more for the same dog food). But this will,be the last time. Sales people are extreamly rude, just stand around BS'ing then help, get to the register and have to wait dor their non-work related conversation to be over before checking out. I actually don't think this store should even rate 1 star, more like half a star.PS. After reading other reviews bet this will get the same BS automatic reply, and not actually fix the problem.

The lady who helped me was nice and professional. The young man with the rainbow lanyard....eh....not so much. I couldn't tell if he was tired or annoyed. After all, the hand through the hair, rolling his eyes and sighing before he answered made me feel unwanted.

Good selection of quality supplies. They don't have a lot of reptile stuff but they make up for it with their excellent selection of fish and related supplies. Good go-to for cat and dog food as well.

I will never do business here again! I bought some aquarium plants from here that were INFESTED with LEECHES!! I quarantined the plants appropriately, but normal methods aren't effective against LEECHES. When I called and informed management, all I got was a generic apology. Completely ruined my shrimp tank I had hundreds of dollars invested in. Aquarium hobbyists beware!!EDIT: Customer service is also lacking. I contacted this joke of a company at the email address they responded to my review with. I got an automated message saying they would be in contact within 24 hours, almost a week later I haven't heard anything.
