Needs more employees experienced in Appliances but Angelica was very, helpful, patient and thorough with my needs the last couple of days...there just needs to be more hired experienced help in that department in general...very busy expensive important department. She went above and beyond helping me find prayerfully the right new washer and dryer set today for me and my family. Thank Angelica, Jeff, Suzanne and about 10 other customers I harassed trying to solicit help deciding what to buy!! I went with the new GE set btw!! Ask Angelica for details!! Lowe’s has lots of merchandise for construction and home improvement. They have many locations. The customer service is great. They will help you find what you need, help you get it off the shelves and load it in you vehicle.

The Lowes in Daphne Al is the best. My and I go in at the least 3 times a week for materials for our construction business. Every ti.e we go in there is always some there to help us out. But there is one guy , his name is Frank M. I think k he works in lumber , he is amazing . He always is willing to help us out, always gives his option about different ways to do things when we ask him. Even when he doesn't know he always goes out of his way to find an answer . He remembers us by name . That is something that will always keep us coming back. He makes us feel like family. If you go in ask for Frank , he will point u in the right direction. Besides that It is always clean things are where they are supposed to be 95% of the time. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

The first time I got denied to get help to load the stuff in all the stores I have been too. Especially I am 29 weeks pregant and asked help to load 6 bags of garden soil in my car and got denied. The manager said it's unsafe to send someone to help me load the stuff. So it's safer to have a pregnant woman to load stuff by herself than a man? That's ridiculous. The staffs were just standing there and chatted, nobody offered help and just watched all the customers self checked-out. Not even bother to offer help. The manager said the loading guy, Jason, who is working outside today already went home due to the weather. I checked out at 1:15 pm, at that time, the rain and wind is almost cleared out and I even received a text message saying the weather is cleared out at 1:30 pm. I asked the store manager can I just wait here, but he said the rain is gonna cleared out at 3 am the next day. I don't know how Lowe's could develop in the long run, but the related party needs to seriously think about how to serve customers.

1 May 2024:I had to drive to the Daphne Lowes store to get the Reflectix 16"×25' insulation because the Foley Lowes was out of stock. Out of stock probably happens a lot but if I owned a store, no item would ever be out of stock of anything even if I had to drive to a nearby store to pick it up. I never understand how items are not ordered, shipped, due in for any item low in quantity on the shelf. I wish someone would explain the re-stocking procedure.But Lowes is still my Go To Store (GTS). GTS Lowes Foley. Everyone is sociable, friendly, and helpful at Lowes Foley.This morning at the Daphne Lowes, not one red coat wearer smiled, said hello, or appeared happy to be working. What is up with that folks? The one at the "Pro" register was down-right unsociable, did not smile, did not say hello or Good Morning and was very unhappy. She needs to be moved to stocking shelves instead of ringing up purchases. Honey, as customers, we help pay your salary. You should be glad to see us. I drove an hour to get to your store.

While the in-store shopping isn't bad (we are there 2-3x a week), we have had absolutely HORRIBLE experiences with their delivery. In order to do this review, I had to delete my prior review about our week long nightmare trying to get our appliances, including one that somehow ended up at a delivery guy's house and completely reeked of pot when they made him drop it off (in his own vehicle on his day off.) Against our better judgement, we ordered 4 pallets of patio pavers. (We figured they might be harder to "lose" than an appliance. Wrong!) We received an email saying the night before we'd get a 4 hour window. That didn't happen so I called the store first thing in the morning. Caitlin in the delivery dept. assured me they would be delivered that day and the driver would call me 30 mins out. The driver did finally call but it was to tell me they were only TWO pallets and they didn't have the rest. I spoke with Caitlin again who insisted they had plenty, (website said the same too) then she put me on hold. Turns out they "couldn't find" two of the pallets and they had garden employees "looking for them." This is on a Friday and we had people coming to install our patio on Saturday. She said they had more on order could "maybe" get them to us in a week. She seems annoyed that she had to deal with this on a Friday and even said, "Well, what do you want?" Ummm....my full order to be delivered today, as promised, is that too much to ask? Maybe some decent customer service, too? I asked if she was going to let me know whether or not they find the missing pallets, and she said yes, she'd call and let me know. Not a huge surprise - I never heard from her again. I waited a few hours and called back--of course, she was gone and so was everyone else in that dept. So now I have to cancel our install at the last minute, and I have ZERO confidence on when I might actually get them. I called corporate they "noted our feedback" and sent the information to the store. Corporate even said they don't follow up on complaints and can't do anything--great, SUPER helpful, right? We ultimately decided to cancel our order and buy them locally from someone who will actually value our business.

I went to Lowes in Daphane last night and had the best experience in a hardware store I’ve ever had. Kelly, Jeff, and Clint was so helpful they assisted me in picking out a charcoal grill and refrigerator. They demonstrated how to operate both items while making some great recommendation on seasoning and types of wood chips and charcoal pellets for my grill. I would highly recommend Lowes to anyone I know.👍🏾

If you are wanting to buy pine straw I would not buy any from This Lowes in Daphne Al. In Malbis!! It was old and loaded with trash like limbs and vines . At the price Lowes is charging they need to inspect there products before they sell to there customers.!! I would advise anyone needing pine straw to go to Home Depot in Daphne Al . price is cheaper pine straw is fresh and has no trash in there's!!

Very hit or miss on customer service, with the "miss" being more common. If you know what you want and where it is, you're good. But Lowes and Home Depot know they own the market and don't need to go above and beyond. Not what they used to be.

This store gets all thumbs down. Trying to buy wood is ridiculous. Zero quality of wood panels on the floor so we had to wait for a fork lift. Y'all know what that's about. First you have to find someone that wants to help then you wait. Wait. Wait. People have no pride anymore. 👎👎

This review is for the delivery and installation of a new refrigerator.1 star for the scheduling team and 3 stars for the installation.NOT GOOD. 1. The delivery was scheduled for 2 - 4 pm, but they showed up at noon. Of course I wasn't home. The crew refused to answer my text asking that they return 2 - 4 pm! They never returned. 2. I had to call the logistics company and then the Lowe's store to get a new delivery 2 days later! Horrible service. 3. The delivery crew showed up on time this time but a) refused to connect the water line and b) didn't level the refrigerator so it does not fit in the space correctly! I had to get a neighbor to level it and remedy the situation. Again, HORRIBLE service.

Excellent customer service this morning. The young lady, De'Jah at the customer service counter that helped me went above and beyond to assist me with buying a Whirlpool refrigerator. I called the store this afternoon to share my experience with the store manager, Jeff. He was very appreciative to hear my feedback. He mentioned this young lady has been with Lowes one week. Truly refreshing!

Stopped in to check out the garden center for reduced plants/flowers while I was in Daphne! Wow! Racks upon racks of flowers! They kept bringing more and more! VERY friendly lady associate doing mark-downs! I paid from .25- $3.00. Filled a shopping cart for less than $20! That was my budget! Great store and location!

I was hired at this store and worked there for a week before being fired without any reason given. The assistant manager suggested it might be a problem with the I9 paperwork and said i just needed to re-apply only to find out they lied and now won't even give another interview. I have now become a home depot customer permanently.

I bought a refrigerator less than two months ago from Lowe’s. It was a Samsung $1500 refrigerator. It’s worked less than two months and I’m having a hard time getting anyone to help me. Lowes sends me the Samsung Samsung sends me to another repair center. The repair center says it should be replaced but they’re doing nothing about it. I will never buy anything from Lowe’s again.

The Lowe's Protection Plan is a joke. I pay a significant amount and since November I have had 4 different service calls plus two different repair calls (3 different companies) and my dishwasher still is not fixed. Two technicians said I need a new dishwasher. I spoke with a manager last week who assured me I would hear something last Friday. Called today after not hearing, and they don't show an active claim. Starting again with waiting for the 4th company to give a final diagnosis. Totally unacceptable

Great store, always very well stocked and has reasonable prices. They also have a hear round discount for veterans. The staff is very friendly and takes good care of their customers.Lowes has added a wreath to their military parking, that really means a lot to me as a veteran.

My car broke down outside after buying shovels I ran into a lowes associate Daemian went inside to talk to the manager to see if they could help me because I was shopping here.. and way and above customer service actually helping someone in need yeah 10 stars pass it on help others 10 out of ten for Ddarmian and the manager thank yall for helping get back to work.

DO NOT USE Lowe's Home Improvement especially in Daphne, AL. We purchased a new fridge they sent a defective one. Now several days after arguing with them they want to take the fridge but won’t bring us another, we would wait another week! Go anywhere else!! Two weeks later I still don’t have a fridge. Best Buy, Home Depot anywhere but Lowes. The managers are worthless trash go you really could go anywhere else.

Literally I would give a 0 if I could. Gina (the manger) was absolutely rude and was terrible to her employee's. She wouldn't help what so ever and had a nasty attitude. Definitely doesn't make me wanna come back to this place because to see her treat me like absolute trash but on top of that she treated her employee's disgustingly is ridiculous. 0 out of 0

I love going to Lowe’s However they need to work on having more employees in the return area. The clerk there was have was working both returns & apparently pickups! She was an outstanding employee greeting us with a smile and asking how she could help! I know everyone is so understaffed but other than that I love my experience at Lowe’s!!Their prices and selection are hard to beat !!!
