We have used Go Play multiple times for boarding and have always had a great experience. We have done short stays over the weekend and even a longer boarding stay for a 7 day cruise. We have never had a bad experience. My pups come home exhausted and happy!!

I would like to thank Holly and her team for the outstanding care both of my dogs (Groot and Dixie) receive whilst in their care.They always go the extra mile to ensure both their boarding and daycare stays are enjoyable and as homely as possible!They even mange to tackle bathing my non water loving Great Dane into having a discharge bath before pick up .. let me assure you, this is NO easy task 😂Thank you for making this fur mommas heart happy knowing they are well looked after when they are in your care ❤️

My Ace Man loves it at Go Play. He always comes home wore out from playing all day at daycare and is already in the door before I am when I drop him off! I had to board him on short notice recently as well and they helped me so much! We love Go Play!

*DOG OWNERS BEWARE! * WOW reading other reviews, there seems to be a lot of injuries not communicated to owners!!I had Go Play board my dog for 10 days. When I picked him up, he had this huge gash just above his eye. No one called to tell me about it. When I got him home, I noticed his eyes were gooey and looked infected. I was worried he had a corneal abrasion. I took him to the vet the next day. He had bilateral eye infections, bilateral ear infections, an infection under his chin and the vet treated his gash above the eye. Not to mention he lost NINE pounds!! He also slept for 12 hours straight. He seemed traumatized. $171 vet bill. He has been to different camps for even longer periods of time, and I have never experienced this mistreatment of my dog. I tried calling the owner Holly, but she was out of town I was told. We did communicate via email, and she agreed to pay $65 for part of the vet bill. She said the infections were not from her facility. It is conjunctivitis! Its highly contagious! Of course, it was from them. Holly should have communicated what was going on with my dog. The infection in the eyes was obvious. They wiped his eyes when I got there. Holly, you need to communicate with the owners better. See the pictures attached. They were taken as soon as we got home.

My Cece loves this daycare. The staff is amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable on how to handle my baby girl. They're also great at monitoring her nails and grooming needs. Definitely 2 thumbs up for care and love for Cece. I'm so grateful to know she is in good hands while I'm at work or when i leave town. Thank you Holly and your superb crew!❤️👍🏼👍🏼

They don’t check vet records. Staff doesn’t seem to care about the customers or their animals. Dropped off my dog for a temperament test. Didn’t explain what that test consists of, or check vaccination records before letting my dog in and interact with other dogs. They said it would take an hour, I picked her up early because it made me so uneasy they didn’t check vaccinations. My dog is vaccinated but now I can’t trust if others are. Staff didn’t even care when I picked her up, didn’t say a single word to me. I would never recommend this place to anyone. This place is a dump.

It's a good sign when your doggy runs up the stairs and can't wait for the doors to open at Go Play!I use the drop in day care, grooming and boarding services. My doggy always comes home happy and VERY tired.Staff is always genuine and sincere with their interactions with my dog.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My dog loves it here. He always comes back totally worn out. Cage free play area and cage free boarding are really a big plus. They also put the new dogs through a compatibility test to ensure that the dog will get along with the other animals. I also love the discharge baths. I would recommend that you get the full discharge bath. They trim nails and bathe your pup in a long lasting scented shampoo.

We absolutely love Go Play! We started using them about 6 years ago to keep our Lab and Blue Heeler. My Heeler, Dixie, is a rescue and extra sensitive. She has always been happy to stay at Go Play, which says A LOT. She is now 15 years old and blind, and the staff at Go Play takes such wonderful care of her. I always feel comfortable leaving my sweet, special girl with them.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Go Play and its staff. My sweet dog Ray is always excited and wagging his tail as soon as we pull up . They greet him by name and are genuinely excited to see him whenever I drop off. The price of a full day of daycare is very affordable and the $10 Tuesday is an amazing bargain. I could not trust anyone more with my dog.

My dogs love going to Go Play. I've been taking them there for over a year, and they always come home tired. They have a camera that allows you to see what the dogs are doing while you wait to pick them up (which is usually a slow process). They have a very clean play area and have Wet N Wild Wednesday where they let the dogs play in water. Most of the employees are great, especially the ones who have been there for a while, but a few lack customer service skills. No one has really been outright rude, but don't go expecting warm friendliness out of everyone. Service is usually slow, but it's not bad enough to make me want to stop going. The only concern I have is that they have never asked me for updated shot records. I provided them when I first applied to take my dogs there, and they haven't asked about them since.

My almost 2yr old mix pup really looks forward to go play with all the other pups, he is very tired after a full day of play and I love it too, they offer bath at reasonable prices as well as severak packages to choose from if interested in taking your pup more often or not!! Very caring and pleasant staff to work with too.

We took two of our dogs to this facility, they both came back with wounds. They also never mentioned the wounds when I called to check on dogs.The facility seemed overcrowded with 30+ dogs. One of our dogs was bleeding when we picked her up. They overcharged us and will not refund the monies. Three day later and both pups still have the diarrhea.Do not recommend, very unhappy with the service and outcome.

A Great Dane who belonged to "a friend" and was staying there but not with the other large dogs jumped THROUGH the window between the office and the small penned in area where they do temperament assessments as I was reaching through to give my pup a last minute pat, causing severe bruising to my upper arm.When I picked my pup up, he was CLEARLY traumatized as he climbed up me and tried to crawl behind my neck. He is 16 pounds and that behavior is NOT normal. I asked them how he did for the one night that he boarded and they assured me that he had done very well and had gotten along with everyone and hadn't had any problems. Once we got home, we noticed he was limping. When we felt his right leg for injury, he yelped loudly. I cannot find any obvious injury, so tomorrow we will be going to the vet. I will try to post an update.

My westie just got groomed here today for the first time. Ladies were nice, but place was noisy and had large German Shepard peeking his head over the gate. There was also a cat just walking around which I think belonged to the groomer there. My dog was shaking when we walked in due to the noise and number of animals around. With that said, her cut was the worst looking westie cut she ever had in 13 years! Her face was very short and sides cut off (didn't look anything like a westie cut) also the end of her tail skin is showing like too much hair was cut off. It's also looks like a carrot and is trianglar shaped. My baby doesn't seem happy since she came back from there but maybe she is just responding to me. First and last time here for sure!!!;

My husband dropped my dog of here, because we are trying to get him out of the house to burn off energy, when he picked him up, he had puncture wounds and was traumatized. He is still not acting like his happy self. I tried calling multiple times and no answer. My next step is to go there in person. I will be going somewhere else for sure. Absolutely incompetent and negligent workers.

First and only time I will use them. My dog went healthy and came home with bloody diarrhea which he then gave to my other 2 dogs at home that had NOT gone. So now not only did I pay to board but now I’m paying for the vet visits, meds and carpets to be cleaned! This has never happened anywhere else I’ve boarded.

Fiancée's dog stayed for five days and came back with multiple wounds under his neck. Lack of supervision and carelessness by staff. When she checked in with staff after two days, they assured her he was playing with other dogs yet did not mention his injury. Will not recommend for services.

Very unorganized, booked boarding for a trip and called to confirm twice and emailed vet records. When I arrived the staff was rude and said they had no boarding scheduled, didn’t have records and that they couldn’t board them since they had not been there previously.
