Chad at Floor Medic stretched our carpet a few months ago and he did a great job. The carpet, which was only four years old and gently used, had some unsightly wrinkles. This was the first time that I used Floor Medic and I am very grateful that I used their service. They were able to fit me in within 2 days with a time that accommodated my schedule. Brett arrived and started straight to work. I told him that I had cats that were confined to one room that was not being cleaned today. He thanked me for letting him know that there were animals in the house. Even though they were not a risk of running, he was very considerate of my animals. That meant the world to me! Brett was super professional, very fast and removed every problem spot that I had. Saying that I am a satisfied customer is an understatement. Chad and floor medic have been spectacular. We had a pipe burst and they were able to save the hardwood floors and saw the project til the end. We also had them clean and stretch the carpet and clean our sofa and loveseat, all with great result. Highly recommended.
