This is the absolute worst DG. I placed an order online for pickup about 2 months ago & it was canceled due to "technical difficulty". I decided to try it again yesterday only to get a confirmation text that the order was received, then at 410pm (10 mins after my delivery window ended) I logged into the app to see my order had been cancelled. I had already been on the phone with customer service so I asked why. After they dug around they said it was cancelled bc I didn't pick it up in my window. I told them I never got notice it was ready. I had also called the store at the number listed in Google 4xs and it rang to a busy signal each time. Needless to say, their DM was supposed to contact me in less than 24 hours. So, here I am...26 hours later going to get my order that I'll just shop myself. That's fine. Whatever it's a Sunday I get it. But when I went in today I got in line behind a woman who said she was "corporate " and was trying to do some sort of discount. The kid behind the counter didn't understand so he went to get who I can only assume was the manager. She left & they voided the sale. I waited till I was motioned up to the register. I wasn't greeted. The only words spoken were "uh...the fanta?" I stated it was mine. He rang me out, handed me a receipt. The "manager" went "here ya go" and they moved on. I wasn't handed my bags, given my total due, told thank you, have a good day, nothing. So I left. I'm literally so annoyed I'm sitting in my car writing this. I have been in customer service for over 25 years and have never treated people like that. A friendly hello goes a long way when other things go wrong. Do better.

False advertising says they closed at 10pm when they close at 9pm! Lady locked the door as soon as I walked up!

Lots of Christmas decorations and wrap, etc. Nice cashier, line moved quickly, ample parking, clean, smelled nice. Robertsdale has the nicest dollar store in Baldwin County, one star taken away for improvement.

The Management & The General Staff at the HWY 90 Dollar Tree Store In the Daphne Alabama Store in Zip Code 36526 have and provided me exceptional Customer Service with a Skills set with an unbeatable quality of Customer Care Pride that still to this day keeps me coming back to the store as a consistent regular customer! I'm usually satisfied with this store that is close to where I live....however...this has happened to me a few times and I'm very disappointed. If I purchase a number of items and ask that specific items are bagged separately....its become a habit of the cashiers to set them aside and those items get left behind. I call to come back for them and go back to the store but unfortunately the items AND my money are kept by the store. I know things are difficult right now....why make them more difficult with Poor Customer Service.

I love this store and shop here often. However i placed an order online because i needed bulk of the item and when i got the email that it was ready i went into thw store only to be rudely told i needed to come back in the morning to speak to a manager because they dont have it. Went back this morning and it was sitting up front the whole time. Definitely wont be doing store pickup again.

Upon walking in, I was not greeted with a “Hi, how are you” or anything, only bombarded with the yelling of the manager complaining about his employees. The yelling gave the whole store a hostile environment and I am disgusted by the unprofessionalism the MANAGER showed in the brief two minutes I was shopping.
