I am only giving 1 star because there is no option to give 0.This store was horrible, the ladies working there are so very rude, I mean, RUDE. VERY SNOTTY, they treated my mom (a highly favored employee) like garbage. Their customer service was very very bad. Their names are karen and debra.May I add, they both were also NOT wearing face coverings.

I'm only leaving one star because 0 stars aren't an option. I'm so upset. I'm a regular almost daily customer to this DG and I have never been treated so rude by a store employee in all my life. DG closes at 10 p.m. and I was at the door at 9:53 and the doors were locked but their were still guests in the store and the cashier was actually ringing up a man at the register. I came to get my baby some milk so I and another lady were waiting. The cashier ignored me and went to get a lady from the back. The lady named "Sara" came to the door and was so rude and nasty and said that they were closed. I told her that I was here before closing and she said that didn't care and proceeded to close the door really fast. I asked her name and she said Sara and I told her that I was calling corporate and she said that she didn't care. I worked in the public and I understand the frustration when customers come in close to closing but don't have doors locked before time and that's part of the job when you accepted it. I rarely do bad reviews but this lady was so nasty and unnecessary.

Tried to buy some lawn and garden items but when i get to the register the price only took 50 percent off it clearly says select items 50 percent off and another 50 percent off at register and woman would not do her job this place sucks and she pretty much called me stupid

This is usually my go to DG. They recently remodeled so I thought things would get better. However, I went in to grab a few things and ended up standing in a LOOOONG line of people that was wrapped around and down an aisle. There was one lady at the register that was trying her best to get everyone checked out, but she was visibly under stress. DG took out their other register area and put in a 2nd self check out area. So basically you have no choice but to use one. But wait, they were BOTH down and not working. It was a mess. Another employee finally came over and fixed it. So for my conclusion, DG is just getting worse, they clearly don't care if they only put one or two people in the store per shift.

The store was apparently well stocked and very busy tonight. My checkout experience was wonderful. The lady checking me out was super nice. She was an older lady (no offense). She's great.

Won't be back to this Dollar General. My wife went in to get a few things and comes out in tears. To the young man that was her cashier: Do not take your bad attitude, your frustration with your job and your negativity out on the people who are responsible for you having a job. It is never ok to use profanity toward customers just because your system isn't working properly. I will escalate this until I am satisfied with a response.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! Watch out for sale tags because they are ALWAYS wrong and if you inform cashier they become rude and unwilling to make right and God forbid you return anything (because it is defective or expired) you will be humiliated in front of everyone although it’s their fault. Also, pay attention to your receipt because one of their employees is a thief. We had a receipt showing our $18.34 receipt was paid in cash with $118.34 so someone got a $100 bill in their pocket and it wasn’t us! Why would you pay $118.34 for a $18.34 bill to only get right back the $100 you handed them?! Karma will get you!

Do any of you cashiers that work here EVER listen?? You tell then one thing and they do the complete opposite. Don't plan on going in for a quick visit also unless you have 10-15mins to spare standing in line.

Although they don't carry everything I need, It's a great place for a quick stop rather than running into your larger retail stores. Great prices.

Customer service is as far as attitude is great! Efficiency is another story. The lines are always so long. Its almost never a quick stop.

Convenient place to grab those items you have to have without needing to go to Walmart and Target. Be patient during peak times though, the lines can be long.

Never have enough cashiers. One lady checking out had a cart full then went to pay and the cashier said it didn't ring anything up! I'll take my business elsewhere before ever coming here again. So slow.

This place is ok with the exception of a gentleman named "Chris". Chris is very rude and belittling to the customers. He refused to open up another line and keep it to one line when the place was packed during the holidays. When aseked if he could open another he was very sarcastic and belittling. Be prepared to wait!

Not bad by Dollar General standards. This is a newer location and it's still pretty clean. It's in an odd location, just north of CR-64, so it's not very busy.
