I dropped off my son‘s ADD medication last Friday and she said they would have to order it and asked me if that was OK. I asked her how long would it take and she said it would be ready Tuesday. My son started school on Thursday, so I thought that was fine and told her to go ahead and order it. I planned to pick it up Wednesday, but was unable to. I went Thursday to pick it up and they said it was back ordered. At this point, I was obviously upset that it was two days after they said it would be ready, and I had no notification that it was back ordered. I visited and called 5 pharmacies and all were out of the medication due to it being back ordered. Had I known on Tuesday, I may have been able to call the Dr and get something else before a week after school started. I realize that you can’t control the drug being back ordered but you can control informing me of the situation. You can text me about flu and covid vacccines but you can’t text me that my prescription is back ordered?! That’s why I like the texts…timely notification, or so I thought. I am very disappointed and aggravated with the service.

CBS is a decent place to get your medicine at but sometimes they don’t have what you need in stock. But overall it is decent.

I was standing in front of the pharmacy trying to buy Sudafed at 1:29 today and was told to come back because they couldn't process it. I understand you close at 1:30 for lunch but if your gate is still open and it's not actually closing time you should still process a transaction for someone. Especially something as simple as that, super dissapointed.

My place to go to now! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The folks in the pharmacy are great and very helpful. No complaints at all! My son has a severe dairy allergy. I get crazy looks when I've asked elsewhere for them to check ingredients. NOT HERE. They were exceptional and saved my son a lot of pain. Thank you CVS 98!
