Fantastic experience! Kelly was an exquisite guide through my engagement experience. She made sure to take care of my family heirlooms while they were sized for our fingers. Extremely average and fair pricing. She doesn’t price gouge. I would send family and friends to this location because she has enough experience to be confident while being relaxed enough for me to enjoy my jewelry experience. I normally go to a jeweler in southeast florida. however, for the foreseeable future I’m located in Dothan alabama. I’m happy that she took excellent care of my wife and I. I assure you that this jeweler will take care of you as well. Cheers!

Went in to get a ring cleaned that I bought for my wife several years ago. Service was very good. Bought her a pair of diamond earrings. Great deal because they were 78% off retail price. The owners are super nice people and I recommend anyone go here for all of your jewelry needs.

I walked in today around lunchtime, to see if they could fix my ring, I was greeted right away when I walked in the door, the very sweet lady looked my ring over & fixed it right up for me, she even cleaned it. Going to Ingrid's jewelry was the best decision! I needed a quick gift for an aviator's graduation and they were so helpful and helping me choose inappropriate items. Service was friendly, informative and they also free gift wrapping patient. If you're looking for something special, I would definitely recommend this jewelry store.

I've known Miss Ingrid since I was a teenager coming into the Castle Restaurant with my parents for a taste of my childhood growing up ARMY, the German Food there is Delicious. I have admired all of the Beautiful Jewellry at Ingrids Jewelers, looking at it like a little kid in a candy store! And this year for my 53rd birthday/Christmas present my husband, David, bought a lovely ring for me on their fantastic lay-a-way plan. He asked what the payment would be and She said "whatever you can afford and call me if you can't and I'll work with you on it." Can't beat that, can you? I have always thought she was a lovely person and I love the fact that it is a family business, her Grandson helped us with our purchase and was very knowledgeable about the selection of rings we liked. Very nice young man, too. So I highly recommend Ingrid's Jewelers, for a delicious meal or a lovely sparkler for your sweetie!

I had to get a ring sized because my husband never remembers!! There was an inscription in the band and they tried to save it, but they couldn't. They let me know every step of the way about the situation. I could not have asked for better service.

Don’t get your aviator necklace here. I can not express our disappointment with the lack of help they provided when the $90 chain snapped not even one month into wearing it. They have a no refund policy, not even within 30 days AND They wanted us to pay extra to fix it.I get it jewelry breaks but your quality should last more than 30 days of wear.Should’ve known with the no returns. I recommend Michael's Jewelers in Enterprise.

Such a wonderful experience every time I’ve been there. I have a few pieces of jewelry from them and they are gorgeous. I have also eaten in the cafe and it is the best German food! The staff is amazing. In response to the 1 star review, it had to have been a very off day. I am not a local, I live in Dothan, but I have eaten there 5 or 6 times. I have been there when they were busy and when they were dead. The quality of food and service are always on point. There has never been an unpleasant smell and I have never felt rushed or ignored. I hope the other reviewer brought their issues to the staff so that they could be fixed and not just leave a crummy review without bringing it to their attention.

I've never had the chance to try the food here, but I only hear good things. The staff are always welcoming, knowledgeable, and so very sweet! There is a wide variety of brilliant jewelry for kids and adults with unbeatable prices. Ms Ingrid herself is a true gem! I follow them on Facebook for pictures, sales, and giveaways (which I have been lucky enough to win)!

Took my parents here after graduation. Absolutely horrible. The old, musty smell of the place hit me first. The waitress was rushing us throughout the whole meal. For example, we just sat down and she quickly asked what we wanted. We hadn’t even been handed the menus yet. She was rushing around doing her close out stuff and not the least bit of attentive to us. My food came out suspiciously fast and the food was cold. Like they literally grabbed it out of a fridge and plopped it on a plate. It was that cold. I am super embarrassed that I took my parents here and wish we had gone somewhere nice like Corks and Cattle in Enterprise. I can only assume the great reviews are from locals and friends. You have been warned.

Patrick was a big help in getting the wings necklace set up just right. They made the changes and had it ready within a week.Mrs. Ingrid was very sweet and did something special for my mother.The restaurant has good lunch food as well.I definitely recommend them and will be back.

What a great place! Ingrid, the owner, is a hoot! I've had the best knackwurst on earth here, and have always been impressed with the courteous staff. Oh, they also sell jewelry, but the authentic German food is my draw. If you are ever near Daleville, or Enterprise, this spot should be on your itinerary!

I came here a few times three years ago and it was one of the very few places ANYWHERE that would touch my family heirloom Rolex. I finally came back to the area for a brief stay and remembered Ingrid and her daughter, with my first thought being “I need to bring them my Rolex!” This place is nothing short of amazing! If I lived in the local area for a longer period of time or retired here, I’d be coming back to Ingrid’s for everything. Ingrid and her daughter are absolutely sweet and down to Earth. They make you feel at home right from the start!

If I cloud give them 6 stars I would. They stayed open for almost an extra hour for me. I was coming back from a trip and needed to drop some jewelry off to be fixed. Unfortunately I got delayed and only had that day to meet with them. They were so kind and stayed open long enough for me to get there. Wound up purchasing another necklace and diamond for my wife, which both were very reasonably priced.

Every time you walk in, you are greeted by all of the staff working. Every one is always very nice and Mrs. Ingrid always comes and personally checks on how your food is when you eat there. You will always leave with a happy and full tummy!

The jewelry shop has a german restaurant in it and they had some fabulous food. Great service and excellent knowledge of the food being served. The prices are very reasonable. The quality of the food was great. The waitress was excellent and very attentive of our requests.

Visited the Castle restaurant attached to this establishment. Great quality German food for a reasonable price. Overall delicious and worth a stop. The Jewlery store itself seemed to have a good selection but a majority of the building was designated for the restaurant.

My husband and I went into Ingrid’s jewelers to create a custom anniversary piece. It is everything and more than I could imagine. The staff was so helpful, and took a dream into reality. We had the awesome opportunity to work with Kirsten, who is incredibly knowledgeable and a powerhouse! I wanted to alternate our birthstones (peridot and aquamarine), and Ingrid’s was able to secure such beautifully colored jewels; a feat that can be difficult with such light colored stones. I’m not sure we will ever be able to shop at another jewelers no matter where we are in the world because of the kindness and comfort we felt at Ingrid’s. I’m so excited to have this sentimental piece of jewelry on my hand for the rest of my life!
