An older dollar general here in Daleville. The selection is large and the staff is friendly and helpful.The store seems a little dirty but that may be just because of the floor that is really terrible. It needs to be replaced or at the very least professionally cleaned and waxed.They had plenty of snacks, home goods, and other items to meet most needs without having to drive to the larger stores in Dothan or Enterprise.

Great staff and great store..wonderful prices!!thus store needs a new register to make everything flow easier. Aggravating sometimes having to wait in long lines. The store improved in every way..keep up the great work

This location is horrible! Nasty and slow. Flores look they haven’t been swept in months. One checkout with 10 people in line. I hope I never have to come here again.

That's how bad and quick this place goes back downhill. I don't think any employee should be telling anyone to use self checkout in a manner as if we don't have a choice. Get rid of that thing. It doesn't even make things faster especially when someone else screws up something on it and you got a long line of people waiting for one of them to notice to fix it like tonight

This store is slow at register. The ólder lady who works there is rude and I have witnessed her threatening to call the law over petty situations. That had no reason to the law. It never has merchandise on shelves and it's messy and bathroom are so gross!!!! Please get better employees who are pleasant and understanding. And clean this place!

This place has sugar ants ALL OVER THE PLACE, especially by the cereal. I bought some cereal anyway thinking that it wouldn’t be IN the box. I WAS WRONG. There were ants crawling on my counter from the box. This place needs better cleaning.

This store doesn’t even deserve a 1 star!! It is the filthiest place on earth!! I had already said I would never go in there again but I did! I would bet that 80% of merchandise does not ring up what price is marked on shelves!!! It is always higher and God forbid you say something!! The parking lot is disgusting also! Right next door there is a dollar tree and a parts store and their parking lot, in front of each is nice and clean! Daleville does not have many choices to shop and this store is an embarrassment to Daleville!

Never clean, never stocked, their inventory is on big carts so that you can't get to what is available. The one lady that is always "stocking" is extremely rude. I avoid this Dollar General at all costs. It's better to go to Level Plains, Clayhatchee, or Newton. They need better management or more staff.

Very cluttered. Couldn't get through the aisles. Wouldn't bother me if I didn't go back. They are always a mess but I think this time was the worst. Had to go over 2 aisles to be able to go the opposite end and then had to leave the cart. They are getting worse.

They have all kinds of stuff for great prices. The only downfall is that the store smells sooo strong of fabric softeners. I instantly got a headache and kinda had to plug my nose. They definitely need to keep the doors opened to air it out.

Every one that I have been to has always been a pleasant experience for my shopping needs. There are times that they might not have what I'm looking for but that's gonna happen anywhere. Very pleased with them!!

This Daleville dollar general is okay, I can almost always find what I need lately, and the customer service is usually good, but not always.My only problem is what corporate did to the manager that was there before, and then her employees after they fired her! When that manager was there, everyone that I spoke with when she was fired agreed that customer service then was excellent. What they did was clearly based on discrimination to me, especially because the assistant manager, who was also black, was the sweetest thing ever, you were guaranteed a beautiful greet and smile, and she was always busy, yet she was fired.The manager now will pass right by you and don't say a word, and most times she don't look friendly. The employees will greet most of the time, but depend on who it is, it don't sound honest. However, like I said earlier, they keep the shelves stocked, and bring new things to have to wider selection, and that's why I gave them a 4 ★★★★

This place is terrible. The floors are discussing. There's open boxes with tobacco sitting in front of the case that has the tobacco in it. The "manager" who's more like a child, complains constantly. Never helps her staff and doesn't stock the shelves I would not recommend going here. The drive to level plains and the one in clayhatchee is worth it to actually get some customer service

Almost every time you have to wait in line with 7 or 8 people. It is the busiest place in town most of the time and they usually have two people working. Well at least one of them is working at the cash register. The other is usually somewhere putting out stock or smoking. Then if they show up to help a lot of the time they say cash only on the second line. This store needs to be up graded to one of the dollar generals with the food market. Also maybe add a few employees.

I'm always closer to the end of the the night when I get off work. And every once in a while they'll have what I want. The only reason I even go into that store is because I'm looking for the TruMoo chocolate milk and it's never there whoever is doing their milk orders needs to get off their rear end and place dang order

I will never ever go back in that Dollar general. A lady had her dog inside the shopping cart where we have to sit our food. If its really a service dog why do you have to place it in the shopping cart. That's nasty. The manager didn't say anything to her

Inventory on hot items like soda, refrigerated or frozen convenience items could be stocked better so they don't run out. Customer service could be a bit better.

Daleville dollar general I do like it. Majority of the time I go there they polite and very helpful. I was confused because I haven't been there in a long time they remodel the store. Cool 😎 I like it! The customer isn't ALWAYS right!

If you’re concerned about COVID, avoid this store because not a single employee was wearing a mask when I went in the store. They didn’t even have masks around their necks as if they had just recently taken them off. And, there is a big sign in the door saying masks are required for entry.

This store looks like trash the staff is rather outside smoking than helping customer. They customer service is the lowest I have ever seen. Very rude you can clearly see that they hate they job I will contract the cooperate office they really need to see how dirt that store is I avoid going there as much as possible this staff needs some serious training

This place needs to hire enough staff to properly maintain this store! The entire store is unorganized and in disarray where you trip over merchandise strewn all over the floor and have boxes blocking aisles.

This store is so disorganized it's confusing. Every other store is set up the same way n it's easy that way for folks to come in and know right where they need to go to get merchandise they came for. Not there trust me. It took me 10 minutes just to find what I was looking for.

some of the ladies here help and some don't they give you a round about area and with out showing you exactly where something is. so i go there when the one that r not rude and work as a team is there they never have a long line and that is the 2n shift mostly that is the nice lades

One of the worst DG's I have ever been in. The staff and management clearly does not take pride in a clean and organized store. Employees were using foul language as soon as I opened the door to walk in. Employees are rude and do not go out of there way to help you find anything in this nasty store!!
