Normally have nothing but good things to say about this place but you have to comment when you purchase two packs of chicken just to get home and discover they are rotten. Tried to call (several times) and let them know but they evidently don't answer their phones during business hours. $22 dollars down the drain.

Nice experience for a country store,the only negative is the meat dept. Can't depend on a good cut of meat, always risky !

It's a grocery store. Not sure how to review a grocery store but it was everything I thought it would be. They have a hot bar and serve breakfast and lunch that is usually pretty good. Bakery has delicious cakes that we always get for birthday parties and special occasions. Meat coolers are well stocked with beef, pork and chicken and they even have some of the stranger parts of animals that some people eat. I actually do enjoy the Renfroe's spices, rubs, barbeque sauces, and the Renfroe's brand salsa is amazing!!!

This grocery store has been a staple of the community for a long time and it also serves neighboring towns too. They've done some welcome upgrades... New flooring, self checkouts, new deli floorplan.... that were executed very nice. And can tell by the business everybody is loving it. Produce was fresh and all the meat were great quality.

9 dollars for a bag of grapes. Didn’t buy. There’s nothing organic there which is why I always shop at Kroger but went for some grapes in town and I knew the place is overpriced, im not sure their situation but 9 dollars for a bag of grapes is outrageous..However the food mon-Friday until 2pm I believe is extremely good for $7.I do recommend that.

I always enjoy shopping here. They're very organized and the employees are helpful. I really find that refreshing, for someone to ask, Can I Help You! Always have a Good selection of Meats, Vegetables and Fruits along with so much more. Check them out, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

The biggest problem with Renfroe's is them not getting their prices right. Too many times I have gotten home only to find I was over charged for an item. Furthermore, if the item is on sale, make sure it rings up at the sale price. UPDATE: Went to Renfroe's on 7-19-21. Picked out some sweet potatoes that were marked 79 cents per pound. Got to the register and was charged $1.19 per pound. Pointed it out to the cashier. She went back to the produce section to check for herself. She returned and said I was correct. Just another example of an on-going problem. Renfroe's prices are already high. Don't let them add to that. Keep an eye on these folks. ANOTHER UPDATE: Went to Renfroe's on 3-15-22 and among my purchases was a head of lettuce that they charged me $2.99 for when in fact it was $1.89. A difference of $1.10 on just one item. Then today they attempted to charge me $1.19 for a cucumber that was marked 99 cents. Isn't it funny their mistakes are ALWAYS for more money and never less? I'll be happy when they are no longer the only grocery store in town. Furthermore, they offer senior citizen and military veteran discounts on two separate days of the week. I am both. But you will have to ask for the discount. Otherwise, it will never be mentioned or offered.

The service has always been good to great and they keep the place clean and the prices use to be better when Food Lion of Dadeville was still open. The prices for a lot things are too high.

They have great prices on meats and other items. Great Customer service and friendly staff. One grocery store that still have bag boys. Ive not been to any other store that the staff is Paid to carry out your bags. I almost had a stroke to know that is a traditional that the owner has embarked and carries out today.

The bag guy had no problem going to get 2 items I forgot while shopping. Wish I knew his name. The store is always neat and stocked well. The meat department staff are always so very helpful also. Great customer service and discounts!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this store!! My favorite store is in Dadeville, AL!! Always clean!! Nice sale prices when you least expect it. Management and Staff are the best, always helpful!!!! Keep surprising me with the sales and markdowns!! I especially LOVE your 5 for $19.99. I just WISH YOU WOULD ADD some FRUIT & maybe some VEGETABLES to that bundle. I believe you would sale even more!! Thanks!!

It is the only grocery store in town so it is a bit pricey to me. They jack prices up on things and once they had a sale on an item and raised it from the regular price.Just watch when Easter comes around how much higher eggs will be. I know other stores do the same thing but not like them.The employees were GREAT.

Great little small town store! Limited product brands...a little pricey, but a FANTASTIC selection of beer (surprise)...! The people who work there are very nice and want to please their customers! They help customers load groceries in their car which gives it a wonderful old-school small town feeling!

I would have given this place 5 stars but in the deli department I was in line today and they had to make more tenders which is understandable there's a man standing behind me getting impatient not wanting to wait his turn so he says something to the manager Jimmy. Jimmy proceeds to go back there and threaten the two girls with their job and if they didn't hurry up they wouldn't work there anymore but they were running their self crazy going as fast as they could great attitude and everything. I definitely could not work for this son of a b****. The food was wonderful and I told the girls when I left that I would give them a great review because they were so nice and working so hard. One of their names is Kim I can't remember the other one.

The store is always very clean. Cashiers are always smiling , be young people who are bagging groceries always ask if they can carry your stuff out for youThe meat counter always has a very nice presence as well as good prices .The deli is always well stocked with lots of choices. Renfroe's is a very nice small town grocery store.

Has every department the big stores have, but with a small town coziness. Helpers to assist getting your load to your car, just like the good old days! Friendly staff and management guarantees they'll have what you came for. Easy to reach and nice big parking lot with scooter buggies and open access for all. Lunchtime hotbar, prepared meals and meats, bakery, and new seafood department for some exotic fare.

Good for a basic store but if your buying hot food from the deli is hot and no longer too crispy. Other foods like wings or chicken have good prices that would compete with Wal-Mart. Any basic food necessities they will have and are almost always decently stocked. Great for the area with good parking. Polite customer service and don't forget to tip your bagger or let them take your groceries out for you.

Old and rank ground beef wrapped inside of fresh ground beef...Better check it before you leave the parking lot...!Four dollars for half gallon of Barber's milk...!Nice people, But they gouge the locals...!Never forget a con artist will always smile while they rob you...!

Great meat selection but I don't recommend the Mexican beef, it has always been tough. Good beer selection. Being the only grocery store in town it is commonly crowded.
