I went in the store and there was a long long line. I went to buy chicken feed. I am new to that. I did not know what to buy. I was in the area with the Feed and thinking I wish I had someone to help and then Seth appeared. He was very knowledgeable and genuinely kind and pleasant. He loaded up 250 pounds of feed on my cart. Checked me out with the hand held device and took and loaded it to my car. Wow! I was impressed with him. It is very rare that I come across such a high caliper person like him. Tractor Supply is very lucky as I was to have him working there.

Seth at the Cullman, AL store went above and beyond helping us get the mower we wanted. Great customer service like this is a rarity these days, but Seth was a perfect example of it. We'll be repeat customers for sure!

Soo thankful for the knowledgeable, friendly staff at our local tractor supply in Cullman. After 45 min of trying to explain what we needed at Hartselle tsc, we drove to the Cullman location, 20 minutes before closing time, multiple staff stepped up and helped us get what we needed quickly and with a pleasant attitude. Helped us get exactly what we needed and got is loaded up and in our way. Always get this kind of service when we visit this Cullman location. Barbara and her staff very well educated and always very happy to help us.

Chick starter in the Huntsville <Madison> store is $14.99, chick starter online at TSC is $20.99, yet in the Cullman store its marked for $24. Usually I buy it online at the Huntsville location and pick it up at the Cullman location, just because their prices are so much higher in this store .

This store is the worst about having someone on hand that can fill propane, better call and make sure someone is there first. Apparently they leave at random times like 1pm on a Wednesday with nobody else to do the filling. Not the first time I've gotten loaded up and couldn't get any filled. Really need to have better management of that.

Today, we couldn’t even get through the aisles due to all the empty carts and dollies, as well as carts for stocking. If your customers can’t get through the aisles, how are they going to show there? The employees stood by and watched us struggle to get through the aisles and did nothing. They were not stocking from these carts, just standing there talking to each other. Last time we went, we couldn’t get a length of chain cut for waiting for an employee to help us, whenever he finished chatting. The time before that we gave up after waiting in line 15 minutes. They also rarely carry the dog food we use, though it is a major Diamond Naturals food. And today, when we complained to each other about blocked aisles while trying to get to the register, the sales associate heard us, and did not apologize but complained about us to another customer and then was outright rude. We won’t be back.

Always helpful!! A little low on stock for certain tractor equipment parts, like stay bars or stabilizer chains because of high demand, but they helped me piece something together that worked just as good!!

It's clean and friendly. I usually only shop for 4Health whitefish and potato recipe dog food. They don't always have the large bags so I get the medium size bag. It's the only dog food I have found that's affordable that my dog can eat. They have coupons too if you ask for them.

Have the absolute worst time getting propane here. Its always an ordeal. We actually stopped visiting for a year after waiting 30 minutes cause the one propane guy needed to take his break. We dared to try again yesterday and it was the same nonsense. The cashier said ok when we said we needed our tank filled. We shopped, came back, only to discover propane guy was on break again and we'd have to wait another 10 minutes. After already waiting 30? Hard pass. Why is it ACE hardware always has someone to fill our tank? We give up on tractor supply. Y'all can be the nicest people in the world, but to have customers waiting between 30-45 minutes in an empty store for a refill is unacceptable. I suggest y'all stop selling propane if you have no one available to fill the tanks.

Went to get some hay twine. They had a lot of different people working there today. They was nice and helpful.Update: Called the corporate number like I was asked. And that was a waste of time the lady that I talked to knows nothing. So she said they was goin to have the manager of the Cullman store call me. Guess what it's been a week and nothing from any of them. Like that's a big surprise.Took Angel in for a bath and to exchange a bad pump that wouldn't hold compression.The doggie bath had one stopped up and the other tub didn't have any hot water and I didn't know that until I had soap on Angel. So after almost finished and her starting to shake from getting cold I had to put her in the other bath to get her rinsed off. No towels to dry her off. She doesn't like the dryer.Then they wanted to charge me $10.00 more for the same pump we didn't have a week. And it was used.

Today I placed an order for pickup at Tractor Supply in Cullman, Alabama. When I got to the store they said they canceled the order because it was not in stock. Tonight I looked and the charged my card TWO TIMES for $174 each for the order they didn't have and canceled. I called their 800 number and they said call the store. I called the store and they told me to call the 800 number. No one could help me because the order had been canceled. I talked to Kelsey Cisco the store manager.

Friendly people. Bought a lawn mower there had to take it back swapped for another one had to take it back and pay a bit more . But over all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The store is clean.

First time I've ever been in there. The staff seem very knowledgeable and willing to help. I would definitely go in here instead of going to Lowe's or Home Depot. Much easier to get in and out

I ordered a $4,000 lawn mower 8/28/18 online it was supposed to be delivered to the Tractor Supply in Cullman, Alabama, tracking number says it was delivered in Decatur, Alabama. Tractor Supply charged me almost $4,800 (with shipping, taxes, protection plan, which both were taxed) saying that I picked the lawn mower up, I have proof that I did not pick it up and they have NO PROOF that I picked it up, yet they're still charging me. I have made 15 phone calls to them trying to get this solved and today(10/9/18) I'm told that they will no longer talk to me because I got a little upset and told Gavin, the so called team manager, that I was to the point of contacting a lawyer because of all the run around i was getting. Tractor Supply did not ask the person they say picked up the mower for the email and government ID, which they said was what I needed to pick the mower up. I still haven't received the email saying to come and pick up the mower. I went to the Cullman store to cancel the order, they gave me back the shipping cost(which they was not supposed to charge me) and I told them to cancel the order. I thought the manager knew how to do his job but apparently he didn't, but I did get an email that day (9/15/18) saying I was getting a refund of $4,119.99. I still haven't gotten it yet. I have asked SEVERAL times for written proof of who picked up the mower and Tractor Supply can not show me that proof. They know they messed up big time and I can't afford a lawyer so I'm screwed. People, do yourself a favor and never buy anything from Tractor Supply. In the stores or online. Go to Royal King if you have one in your area.

I love TSC! Haven't been to a bad location. Everything the hobby farmer needs under one roof. Wife likes to go too for the clothes and hardlines. And chick days! Each location also makes there store available for pets adoptions regularlysome weekends Where else can you get tractor parts, implements, trailers, good quality feed and dog food and so much more under one roof?

Nice new store. Not enough registers open. One was closed so went to the other, stood in line and when I was next in line, he put his sign out and said sorry, you'll need to go to the other side which was now open. Geez
