I take my mini Aussie here, i love how everyone treats him, we have had bad experiences in the past but i havent once with everyone here. We even have now taken my mothers mini Doodle puppy there. I would recommend to anyone who needs a dog trimmed.

I love this pet salon. Very clean the staff is very friendly and good with communication. My 16 year old Australian shepherd loves to have her spa days with a trim and blueberry facial. Would definitely recommend to others.

I absolutely love Tangled Tails. Miss Gabbi is Layla’s personal groomer but all the girls are amazing. The facility is very clean and it’s such a friendly environment. Layla is always returned to me happy and beautiful.

They dis a fantastic job on grooming my cocker spaniel. They where able to fit me in really quickly and the shop wad immaculately clean. The customer service was beyond amazing. The prices are also very very affordable

These guys really care about the babies that are brought in to them. Our sweet baby got out of our yard, and someone found him and brought him to them. As soon as they saw my Facebook post they called me. They went out of their way to groom him and make sure he was well taken care of. I can’t praise them enough!!

There is nothing bad to say about this grooming salon. They are always professional and I am always amazed at how they go above and beyond to make their customers happy! My go to place for grooming. These ladies came in on a Sunday to take care of our animals because we weren't able to work something out during the week with scheduling conflicts. But they went above and beyond to help us and we were thrilled with the results. I highly recommend these ladies for all your animal grooming needs.

They were so good. My dog is very difficult to groom and even sedation wasn't working. They were so patient and encouraged us to come back another day and try again at a later date. We'll be back to try again. Thank you so much for compassionate and patient care.

Awesome! My Baby is Rudy . Rudy is a long haired yorkie and he didn’t feel silky and his hair style needed a pro ! They did my Rudy up! Rudy can get a woman on Yorkie’s Corner !!I will be taking Rudy to Tangled Tails every two weeks . I want Rudy to look Handsome all the time and thanks to Tangled Tails he will.Also, Rudy left there happy and not shaking so, he must of had a good experience!We are new to Alabama , we just moved here from Maryland our groomer never had Rudy looking , feeling or smelling this great !Thank You Tangled Tails you guys are pros!
