Loved the deli, food has always been good but notice it’s going down hill. The customer service was nice today however I had sit there and listen to their work drama while they made my sandwich. Again, they was nice to me but the entire time they were distracted from making my food due to talking amongst themselves. Bread was stale to top it off.

Very clean store, with a wide variety of food based around the customer's they have. Awesome staff, everytime you went past the worker David asked you if you needed any help or need anything it was an awesome place to shop

Alisha in the deli is the sweetest and always upbeat when we go in. Knows our sandwiches and always has a smile + great attitude. Miss Dolores in stocking is great and seems to genuinely appreciate everyone she speaks to!😁

I want to thank Lisa in the Deli. I had placed an order for multiple platters for a baby shower. When we arrived to pick them up, they didn't see an order placed. Lisa and her team made sure that the platters were ready in enough time for the shower. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much for an amazing job, Lisa!

The store is fantastic. That pharmacy drive thru makes you try to put a string bean through the eye of a needle. Lost 2 stars bc its not easily managable. It plain sucks.

Definitely one of the best pharmacist I've ever met. My insurance didn't cover my meds and he went above and beyond to not only make sure I got the medicine I needed but he got it at no cost.

This rating is in reference to the bakery sheet cakes only. I have ordered several simple sheet cakes for work for different occasions. The last 3 orders have been disappointing. On the most recent order, they used two different shades of blue icing. One shade on the top edge piping and another on the bottom and middle. It made the cake look very odd. Script work was very poor as well. With another order, they couldn't find the order ticket. Thankfully, we asked them about the cake the day before we needed it, so they were able to get it done in time after i provided them with my order confirmation. The other referenced order wasn't ready on time, and the cakes were very sloppy. After 3 poor experiences, I have decided to stop using them for cakes.

I like that they have shopping carts that have an extra attachment to accommodate parents with newborns. This is the only grocery store I have been to that does this. Also an excellent bakery.

Deli sandwiches are the bomb, better than subway by a long shot. Just have to fo early enough to get the multigrain bread.

Don’t visit family in Cullman a whole lot, but sure love that they Publix now and it’s great like all of them. Relatively easy parking lot, friendly employees, and good layout.

It's a great groceries store, but if you get subs made here. You want to make sure it's certain ones. Some do a absolutely great job to were it's best subs in cullman. But others will make the sub sandwich experience not a good one.

About a week ago I was traveling from Oklahoma to North Carolina. Durning my travels I had stopped at a Publix store located in Cullman Alabama. I would like to say that I've done a lot of traveling through the US and I have never experienced such kindness, professional attitude and warmth as I had received in that Publix store. Both the staff and management had gone above and beyond anything that I could have ever imagined with trying to help me and I am so grateful to them that the next time I should travel through Alabama I will make it a priority to stop at that particular store..........

Almost every time I shop here they are out of distilled water! Why? Always coming in the next day. After so many months you would think that you would get your inventory set so you wouldn't be out all the time!!!
