Petsmart was my favorite place to take my dog for grooming. But not no more. My husband took our standard poodle in to get her ears, top of her head and tail cut right because the grooming she had on a few days before the groomer seemed rushed because the store was closing very soon so I didn’t push the situation. She didn’t cut her ears, tail or the top of her head. Mind you she had been getting groomed there for almost a year, no problems.He got back home with her and she doesn’t look like a poodle no more. I called and talked to the grooming manager (Jeanette). She said she groomed her to my husband’s specifications. I told her she didn’t do what my husband wanted. She was very rude on the phone and said I am sorry and It will grow back . So here is what my Ruby pictures before and after. I will no longer use them 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

PetSmart did a really good job taking care of of my English bulldog. Katie and Charlie are always great with him.
