Our Sam is a Black Schnauzer. He has always been took very good care of. He has very sensitive skin. And can’t be cut too close because he gets little bumps on him that can get nicked and bleed if you do. They always know just the right Way and perfect length. Always comes out looking cuter each time in his little bandanna. Which is always different and seasonal. His always smell amazing too. I only that our fur babies and Sam’s family members Daniel and Snickers here. Great service, excellent care they are very kind and polite. They give excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone and they are the only ones I take my Sam baby to They always call when his ready. 5 star in Every category. We have always been given excellent service and Sam has always been given excellent care.

I was very disappointed in the shape of my little sweet Jazzy when we got home. She had two nicks on her.... one the size of a quarter on her shoulder, the other, the size of a dime. Thanks goodness it has scab over and is healing. She smelled terrible, although she appeared clean, she didn't smell clean. Her behavior was off for 3 days, not sure what caused that. I'll be looking for a new groomer.

I have boarded my 2 dogs 10-15 times over the last few years. Tyler and her crew do an incredible job. They are extremely professional, answer every question, and try to meet every need.

We had our dog stay for 3 nights Friday, Saturday, and Sunday because they do not offer Sunday pick up. We picked him up first thing this morning at 8am and were charged a full day. I also asked 3 different days and times to see where my dog would be staying and was not allowed back to see because they were "full". I have boarded my dog many times and never had any issues being shown the boarding area. I have also worked in this industry for years and never turned away a customer from seeing where they would be leaving their dog. I was very uneasy keeping him there but because our normal boarding place was full and it was short notice I didn't have a choice and I am very unsatisfied.

Lincoln Roosevelt loves Tyler... I can say this is the only groomer Lincoln has actually loved on and doesn’t have to be on a leash to go in the door.. she does an amazing job and her place is always so clean.

Was very dissatisfied. When I picked up my 2 toy poodles was told one had a knot in her fur so there was a extra fee of 10 . Was very rude and unprofessional. Both dogs smelled like a kennel and not the usual nice groomed smell.Please enjoy your $110 for a basic wash because you will never get another penny from me .

Excellent service and very friendly staff. I never had a long haired dog, but the staff here helped put me at ease and did an incredible job. I swear my dog had a smile on his face when I returned and looked like an entirely different dog. Great work!!!!

Couldn't ask for a better experience. They handled my pup with care and understanding. Bathed, cut nails (dremel) & painted nails. She can't put happy, wagging her tail. Definitely have found my groomer!! Highly recommended!!

Great place to take care of your dog. The kennel is really nice as are the folks who own & operate it. Very happy with the grooming and the way our dog was taken care of while we were on vacation. This is the only place we'll be bringing our dog for boarding and grooming in the future.

They are nice people and do a good job, but I picked up my dog and was told she had a knick under her arm the size of a “small paper cut”....thought nothing of it. Then I get home and actually notice it, and it’s 2 deep gashes that were already on their way to infection. The review would be better if this wasn’t dismissed as a “paper cut”... and I’m about to have to pay a vet bill on top of it. Won’t be back. :(

My husband has been taking his Shihtzu's to Just Paws for years, the have always been great. They truly are dog lovers, the facilities are nice and clean and his Hazel/Lucy always come home looking great!
