I have never had to board my fur babies until this past weekend. Happy Tails was so informative with their daily report cards, picture updates, and notes on how my babies were doing. I have a Cane Corso who is very shy with people she doesn't know and it can take a while for her to warm up to people, but Happy Tails were up to the challenge and made my fur babies feel at home and gave them all of the lovings and treats they could ask for. I was one nervous fur momma but these wonderful ladies took such great care of them and put my mind at ease. I can not recommend them enough! Thank you Happy Tails for everything yall did for my little and not so little fur babies! You have my business for life!

I absolutely love this place! I put my Bernedoodle in the puppy boot camp class for 4 weeks. Elena and Sadie are incredible trainers with years of experience and qualifications. My puppy got personal care, and now he’s a mannerly, happy boy. Facility, office staff, every aspect of our interaction was professional and friendly. Highly recommend!!

Macky could not have had a better experience. He loved his Thanksgiving feast. They definitely go above and beyond. The daily pictures were also a real treat to receive while we were away.

Our dog sitter was unable to watch our dogs for our family vacation. I booked 2 of our dogs at Happy Tails in Cullman, AL. They were amazing! We loved getting pictures everyday and they were very helpful and kind explaining the different services they offer. This was our first time boarding our fur babies and we were very satisfied with Happy Tails. Thank you guys for treating them like your own!

My dog goes to doggy daycare and is also boarded when I travel and because Happy Tails' staff truly cares about their service, I never worry about her. She plays with other dogs and is safe and in a clean environment. I recommend Happy Tails to anyone who is looking for boarding, day care or grooming.

So happy that we found Happy Tails! I am 100% a helicopter dog mom that trusts very few with my babies, so I searched high and low for the best place to board our pups. They normally travel with us and our youngest is very anxious, so I have been super worried about boarding. We live 50 minutes away, with 10+ options within 5-15 minutes of us, and I would drive even further to take them to Happy Tails if I had to. From phone calls, to actually being there, the staff were all so nice and helpful. The facility is very clean and the prices are great! Most of all, our boys have a great time, look so happy in their pictures and come home worn out from playing!

We have been boarding our dog here for several years. We have never had any complaints. It is such a great place. We live about 50 minutes from the facility but we continue to drive to leave our dog here while we’re away because of how awesome they are! Our most recent boarding experience was amazing. Our sweet chocolate lab is a very energetic but anxious pup. During the first part of our trip, she became anxious being alone in her room/kennel area in the evenings. Elaina called us and was so informative and helpful! She worked with us so much to come up with a solution to help our baby while we were away.We always love taking our dog here because they allow for so much play time and we have the option to let our dog swim in the indoor pool also.

We just took the tour and love every bit of what they provide for all of our fur babies. You can tell that they truly care in what they do.We have are very familiar to Colton, one of their amazing groomers and are happy that he has found a place relatively close to where we live.Being able to set up a scheduled appointment for not just for their grooming, but also for them to enjoy a little 'doggie' treatment from professionals. Highly recommend this place for all pet lovers!

This place is AWESOME! They are incredibly reliable and actually work with you. I have never been so pleased with a grooming facility. You can tell all the employees genuinely care about their clients. They treat my 14 y/o mini schnauzer like a king. Plus, the haircuts are amazing! Winston has never looked better!

We will NEVER use this place again! I’m about to take one of our dogs that was boarded with them for 6 day’s to the vet. We have a Frenchton and when we picked him up he looked so skinny and was trembling. We got him home around 10:30 this morning and he’s thrown up all day, he can’t hold anything down, and his gums are white which is a for sure indication of dehydration. I called and talked to the manager and was lied to several times. She told me he was very anxious while being there, and didn’t eat well, but when my daughter called 2 days before that they explained to her that all of our dogs were doing great, eating great, having lots of play time outside and one on one time. Which she also lied about because I told her I was about to take our dog to the vet for dehydration, and she said that there was no way it was that because, he was only let out to use the bathroom and brought back in because of how hot it was. That was another lie, because my husband asked why Tucker was wet underneath his mouth when we picked them up, and she told my husband he was playing outside with other dogs during playtime. Also my parents dog, and my brothers dog was also boarding during the same time and they are sick and very tired with no energy. We were all told we would receive report cards during their stay and none of us received anything the entire time. Also I asked to see video and they lied and said they don’t have video, which was another lie because they told my mom they watched her dog on video climb the fence and couldn’t believe he was able to do that. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS PLACE!!!!

We did an overnight stay trying to get our puppies adjusted to staying somewhere else if we go on a cruise. We take them with us if we go on trips by staying in puppy friendly cabins.At Happy Tails, the employees seemed to truly love their jobs and the animals who come to stay. They are welcoming to the owners and the pets. They went the extra mile with me. I was extremely hesitant to leave my 3 babies for the first time. The attachment goes both ways. They talked me through everything that the puppies would be doing and how much love they would receive. It went so well that we have a puppy play date set up.

We had heard nothing but great things and live over a hour away and we finally decided to board our German Shepherd with Happy Tails. When we picked him up, they gave us a great report on how he had played with other animals, and been great. He came home and I could tell he had been fed, loved on, and smelled AMAZING! I would recommend to anyone, anywhere, any day. Our German Shepherd is a family member, and here we know he will be taken great care of!

My furbaby has stayed at Happy Tails on a number of occasions, as we like to go out of town on vacation quite a bit. It’s easy to re-book once you create and account online for your pup. I love how I get pictures and videos on my account of my furbaby having so much fun with the other pups while he’s there. It gives me peace of mind knowing he’s having fun and being taken care of while I’m away from him. I have also scheduled de-shedding and bathing while he was there and was very much satisfied! The first time I dropped him off, I cried, and the staff was soooo understanding and showed me where he would stay and where he would play to ease my mind… I can’t say enough great things about this place! They love my furbaby too!🐾

Love love love this place!!I rave about this place all the time!! I love how personal they are with customers and don’t mind when owners call to check on their fur babies. The staff is so friendly and informative about what your fur baby is doing or does during the day or days they stay there. I trust that they take good care of my baby, she is always so happy when I pick her up too! I love how spacious and clean it is. They really have thought of everything there!! This place is amazing!! Happy tails is an awesome spot for my furry baby! We took him for the full treatment: bath/grooming, nails, teeth and they have a De-shed treatment that works great! They were very caring and helpful since this was our first experience with a professional groomer. They also offer boarding here. My friend has used their boarding services several times and highly recommends them!

We love Happy Tails and so does our Fur Baby Baxter! Happy Tails is beautiful, clean, and offers excellent customer service. Colton is our groomer and he is so sweet to Baxter. I am here on business for a week and this place has been great to just drop off my dog, anytime, without a reservation, and he sleeps well at night! Their indoor play areas are better than the average due to the flooring. My dogs paw pads are not all scratched up because he is playing not playing on a concrete floor! The people working there are very kind and I have no reservations regarding leaving my dog family member there! Thank you Happy Tails! You live up to your name!!

I have recently moved from Cullman and Happy Tails is the one thing I took for granted. Finding a boarding/grooming facility that provides the same amazing care is down right impossible. I have never once questioned dropping Auggie off. I was always thankful, but truly didn't know how good we had it!

We are at the beach and a few days in I received pics and a report on Piper. It absolutely made my son’s day to know while he was having fun so was his best friend. Love love love Happy Tails! Awesome people, facility, and experience! One of our dogs is very anxious and difficult to groom. Page was so patient with him and took breaks to give him hugs and calm down throughout the grooming process. They truly care about the "fur babies" that they are caring for.

We cannot say enough great things about Happy Tails, Megan, Page and Aly! We were coming into Smith Lake and wanted to board our dogs Radar and Bandit for the week.. I called another boarding place in Cullman before speaking with Megan and Page and hands down, their time and care in speaking to us about their facility and what they offered for our dogs sealed the deal to come here. Our dogs stayed a week, made doggie friends (a pug named Frankie!), got in our car and fell right to sleep. We come to visit family down here 2x a year and we will be boarding our pups here from now on. If I could give Happy Tails 100+ gold stars I would.
