If it's in Arley Alabama, don't waste your time. The store is always empty with merchandise. Go somewhere else. Watch your prices at checkouts 9 out of 10 times, they are wrong and not in your favor

Excellent alternative to large grocery stores. Brand-name products as well as Dollar General's 'Clover Valley' items, which are every bit as good, if not better than the higher-priced goods. Conveniently located on Hwy. 31 in Hanceville. Just wish there was one closer to me.

I'm not a big fan of dollar generals, once I went to the one in Bremen, al and I paid for my stuff which was 14 dollars and the card machine said approved then the lady tried to tell me that my card didnt go through when i showed her my transactions on my card saying 14 dollars was sent to dollar general her an the manager just looked at me like "who done it" then shrugged their shoulders like what to do next. Anyways they wasnt getting 14 dollars for free. An number 2, every time I go in there I'll see some kind of sell then I'll grab it only to find out either the sell was from days ago or I didnt read the fine print saying you gotta do this and that. Why do they put it in big bold letters saying 2 for 6 or whatever then small print saying you gotta follow some procedures to be able to use the sell. DOLLAR GENERAL IS WAY TO COMPLICATED..... if it wasnt for the fact that I dont want to go all the way to town for something I forgot or need I wouldn't ever go to dollar general
