Although it took a couple of hours for the busy tech to arrive he was very courteous and got right to work on repairing my flat tire versus just changing it which was perfect because I still had 150 miles to my final destination. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the area

Wesley Strawn went well wel out of his way to pull my car out a ditch and tow it and me home an hour away . I did not believe he would be able to do it, leaving me stuck in a county road with no way homeHighest praises to Wesley !! My Husband and I drive team over the road, our Tire Blew out on a tanker trailer, hauling Hazmat. All other Bug Chain repair Truck Service companies, refused to help us due to the specialty rim on the tire. Nick who works there worked all day and night to be sure we were all set and safe to be on the road. Nick is an awesome, employee and should be commended for his dedication to help the customer. Thanks so much M &S for getting us back in the road, we will be sure to come back if ever needed

We broke down outside of town & we called M & S towing & they were there within 15 minutes. The mechanic was very helpful & patient. He got the parts & put it back together in just a few hours. The owner was also very helpful & courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Wesley was the tow truck driver that went and got my sons pickup off of the side of the highway in a very sketchy place. He made it work and got it loaded and went above and beyond to serve us and get our sons vehicle home from Greensboro to Tuscaloosa. We are so thankful for Wesley. Had a flat tire on the way to a robotics competition and of course couldn't get the spare down on my GMC 2500hd or disconnect the trailer behind it. They had to replace the rubber on the side of the road. The service tech had us going in under 2 hrs (from the initial pull over) even though he was sick. I can't recommend them highly enough.

M&S is extremely customer friendly and the most helpful service in the AL/MS area. We were stranded on a Friday evening until Saturday morning with little help from any other tow/auto service except M&S. The lady who answered the phone for M&S was so helpful. We’re very thankful to her! The mechanic who came out to fix the tire valve stem was very good too. Thankful for their services.Service: Tire change

Highly recommend their services. I was in a tight spot after one of my tires went flat on the interstate. I had two events to make it to that I thought I would have to cancel. M&S was able to get my car towed to a parking lot and able to find a replacement tire put on for me all in a span of about an hour and a half, putting me back on the road in under two hours since my flat. I have never experienced anything close to that in service and speed for a situation like this.Specifically, I want to recommend M&S employees Wesley for towing me and Nate for bringing and installing my new tire. Both men went out of their way to help me find a replacement tire and get back on the road in record time. Once again I highly recommend M&S for all your tire and tow truck needs. 5 stars

Jay arrived earlier than the expected arrival time we were given and he was very polite, courteous and friendly. We were broken down off an exit in Meridian about 7:00 pm and expected to be home after midnight. Jay has us back home in Alabama before 10 pm. If we ever needed another tow, I will be asking for M&S to come get me and my car and asking for Jay personally.Thank you M&S and Jay for making what could’ve been a horrible night into an easy tow home.I will be recommending this company and driver,Jay, to anyone who may need wrecker services.Thank you again!

Had a blowout on the side of the interstate, and my spare wasn't available. Once I submitted the roadside assistance request, the response I got from M&S Towing was immediate, and he made it to my vehicle (from over an hour away) in less time than I expected. And even with mess ups on my end with sending my location, they were very understanding and friendly. I felt awful for giving the wrong location at first, but he was totally helpful. Very good people over there, I'd definitely recommend them to others.

We called for service while on the side of I-20 with vehicles speeding by late at night. Wesley resolved a very scary situation for us and we were so thankful. He removed the lower engine cover/splash guard that was dragging underneath our car when it became loose after I drove over something. Brian and Ray provided excellent communication! Brian was a godsend! He was quick, caring, and super helpful! He fixed our flat tire and then continued service at the shop. We left something behind and he was kind enough to call us right away so we can come back and pick it up.
