Very helpful and friendly staff. The owner is the only gentleman who was able to replicate my house key. I had tried Walmart, Home Depot, and Lowe's. None worked. My only option was to have the house doors rekeyed or call a locksmith. Luckily for me, Mr. Phillips was able to help. Would definitely recommend. They are not a big box store but therein lies their advantage.
