Owners, will not fix broken coolers. Inadequate air conditioning for month's. The Staff is great and I commend them on having to work thru this year's summer heat.

I absolutely enjoy shopping in this store. The cashiers are very helpful and kind. The assistant managers have great customer service skills. The Manager Nathan is fantastic! I visit this store many times a week and I have only had wonderful experiences each time. Thank you DG! ;)

Employees could definitely use some more training with customer service. I've honestly had one experience with a friendly employee at this store and it's very disappointing, to say the least. Especially considering the amount of business my family could be handing this store- literally every day- simply because of convenience, I can confidently say some manners and a smile would go a LONG way. Until that shows to have been learned, none of us mind the extra gas we use to give the store on 168 in Boaz every purchase, just to shop in a store that we feel appreciates their customers.

This is specific to Kilpatrick, AL. Most unfriendly staff I have ever met. You couldn't even get down the aisles because of all the boxes in the way. The staff also went outside to smoke every little bit. This is probably why they didn't have time to clean up. Typically I enjoy shopping at other stores.

The store is always a mess, there is stock everywhere not put up, you cant even get down some,of the isles because of it. The manager is hateful and will not help his cashier check people out. There is never a time,that I visit this store that there isnt a line of 10 to 15 people waiting to be checked out. This store is,5 min from my house but I prefer to drive 15 min to a better store

The store was some what clean. Cleaner that it has been in the past. The cashier was very friendly. All employees we're in covid 19 compliment. And they had sanitizer at the front.

This place is so dirty! I hate shopping here! Just because you cant even go through the aisle with out bumping into some box on the floor! I understand its a high traffic store but there is no reason for it not being clean!

Good value and decent selection. Though usually understaffed and sometimes the lines are pretty huge. The cashiers do their best to minimize the delay.
