I was dreading having to go to DG to pick up some items for our recent lake trip but the moment I walked in this store I was completely blown away. This is the cleanest, nicest DG I’ve ever stepped foot in. Everything was fully stocked and organized. The staff acknowledged everybody that walked in and was knowledgeable in where to find what I was looking for. They were the chef’s kiss. I didn’t want to leave. To be honest, I was pretty excited to go back the next day when I had forgotten an item from my first trip. Why can’t they all be like this?

Great store, well organized and very helpful staff who are bright and cheery to assist you with anything you need. Assortment of items is good, quality is awesome, and there is a grudge clearance aisle to fit the frugal shoppers needs. All in all a great experience, and close to Martin lake, a huge selling point.

Nice, newly remodeled store, with helpful, courteous employees, but the store is ALWAYS UNDERSTOCKED. It's usually a waste of time to stop there because unless you catch them within hours of a delivery, they're always out of the normal staples.

This is one of the hidden gems in this state! It's been in the same spot since the early 1900's. The murals on the walls are hand-painted and date to the same time frame. Please ask the history and you will understand what I mean.The service is attentive and impeccable. Most of the people waiting on you have been there for Years... Some decades! Everything there is excellent. However, if you're looking for a cheap restaurant... This isn't your cup o' tea!!

I really enjoy shopping at most Dollar General stores. Convenient, inexpensive and sometimes a quick stop shop. I have experienced a long wait in line with only one cashier, but overall I personally love to shop Dollar General stores. With awesome coupons on their app.

This is a great little. Out on the road in the middle of what seems like nowhere and I can say that because I grew up there. About 10 miles out of hell City this is the only store unless you want to drive all the way back to town. It seems to have just about everything you need. Which is great when you're up there for the weekend or if you live up there.

I did not have to wait long at all. The sweet lady at the register was polite and worked quickly to wait on the next customer. Lots of clearance items outside for anyone who loves reduced items.

This stores locale makes it very convenient for the locals. My only grievance with this store is that it put an good and honest small town business out of business. (Richey's Grocery) Other than that this place carries what one might need without spending the extra time and gas driving into town.

Give me hard time because my 3 yr old was on the toy isle dribbling a bouncy ball.... I'm pretty sure that's who they are advertising the balls to, in hopes that a child will pick one up. It's what children do. Then sold me the wrong cigarettes and wouldn't allow me to exchange them even though they were unopened and I had a receipt just 10 minutes later.

Disappointed in Dollar General. Store parking lot is Nasty and inside of the store wasn't much better. Couldn't get thru aisles because stick has not been put up. Definitely need some new supervision.

This DG is in childersburg directly off 280..its been a lower end store since the beginning but they knew that when they chose the location..management told me that..Good part. They're expanding and remodeling..they're adding produce and lots more choices ..Good job girl

They have been out of stock on most cold medicines and analgesics for over 2 months. The store is filthy and social distancing is absolutely not being followed nor are employees wearing facial coverings

Lindsey Halstead that works at the Cropwell location deserves a good raise! I gave been in the store when she isn't there and the isles are messy and merchandise not put out. When Lindsey is there the whole store is clean; everything is where it's supposed to be.

Employees are never there for very long and few are friendly. Shelves are not stocked half the time. The store is clean and looks nice since the remodel. Thats really all I have to say

Store is understaffed and crowded. Merchandise is not stocked it's on carts in the isles. Used to love dollar general not so much now.

Got a shirt for a penny here because it was faded best deal I ever got, they have great items for sale and they are at a very reasonable price. Love the dollar general store

Great prices on name brands and have their own inexpensive brand that's comparable. A newer store that's clean, organized and in a good location with lower sales tax too!

I really this place. The employees are knowledgeable of the items they sale. The is a bit unorganized, but it seems more of a lack of space issue.

There is only 1 cashier, and always a line.If it wasn't the fact it's the only store from work to home...I wouldn't stop.I only do if I have to have so.ething like bread or milk.
