This place is usually hard to navigate, but recently its gotten much worse. You can't even walk through the aisles, let alone push a cart. And they're all like that. With a now hiring sign on the door, I have no doubt that the employees are not paid enough to care how the store looks or how shoppable it is, nor is it an environment that employees want to stay working in.

Last time came this store door open know one here at to call police two weeks later I'm back at least someone her but have wait outside because there running late store open at 8 it's now 8:30 parking lot getting full still setting outside waiting for them to open the doors

This store has changed a lot in five years, and it's run by a kind and friendly manager who actually cares about her customers and associates. I routinely shop here when I can. The only complaint I have is the same with all dollar general's, aisles are too narrow, too much product on display along the sides. Other than that, it's a great place to shop.

The manager, Cheryl Wade, is absolutely horrible to her employees. She leaves new hires hanging and then gets angry at them and disrespects them when they don't understand something. When Tracy was there, it was way better. I feel so bad for the employees there. They are so understaffed all the time because Cheryl can't treat her employees with respect so they all quit. And the ones that cant afford to quit get stuck with her treating them like ****. She needs to lose her store. She doesn't listen to her staff and is all together just a bad person and a bad manager.

I love the DG, but maybe I'm crazy but everything I buy there SMELLS like like the store and they ALL smell the same. That ain't so bad, until you get to a loaf of bread that smells and tastes like the inside of the stores smell. Is there any hope of eradicating this smell? Could just be me...heck. Otherwise I love the convenience of the DG.

My dollar general in cordova, al is great. The employees are wonderful and our store is clean. They have been there for us. The only place we had after the tornado blew everything away. I buy everything I can from there.

When this store first opened in could find Hotwheels treasure hunt cars here.After management found out I have not found any in over 2 years. Either Management are taking them out for themselves or letting their friends know that they are in and letting them get them first. Isn't this against policy ? Cheaters.

Great prices. Need another cashier instead of just 1, when busy as it can be. Some of the employs are rude. But, I can deal with that for the prices and convenience!

The Cordova store is getting better stocked and it is still a great place to shop.

Was low on the dog food and cat food I needed... found different kind...this is not the only DG that seems to be low on stock of Cesar dog food....
